Just wanted to say that one year ago I started my running journey with Rachael and this workout. Then my 3 min runs were at 6,5km/hour, today I ran at 8,5km/hour. And I have also lost about 20 kg of my bodyweight. Thank you so much Rachael for challenging myself and keeping me motivated 🎉 I am strong, I am fierce, I am not a quitter and did it for myself!
The best do able , yet challenging run workout! The speeds were great. Perfect amount of recovery time, too. Simply perfect! Thank you coach Rachel for motivating us!
Officially been running with y’all for a year! 🎉 I’ve loved every single workout and have come so far. I used to run in the 4.5-5.0 zone in the beginning and am now able to complete these workouts at all of the paces shown. I did this one with zero walking, jogged during the walk rests and I feel AMAZING!!!! ❤
This was a great workout.. mentally challenging at the beginning, yet definitely physically do-able! Thank you Coach Rachel and Team IBX for all you do to motivate us and keep us healthy and fit. Happy New Year !
Nice!!! Struggled the most in block 2. Just not an incline or hill runner. Need to drop that 90-minute for New Year's Day (or the day after for the hungover). 15-minute walk warmup, 60-minute easy endurance run, 15-minute walk cool down would be my ultimate 90-minute workout just saying. 😁🏃♂
Ugh I know! I need to figure out how to have the camera batteries last longer for a 90 min workout. Or maybe you'll see a quick cut when I go to replace it! Happy New Year!

I wasnt going to finish... it was WAY too hard after all my Christmas face-stuffing🍖🍞🍗🥙🥂🍻🥧BUT you made me want to complete this ...I am amazed... last hits were a struggle to not throw in the towel.. i even kept turning up the pace as a crazy woman🤪 Thank you❤️ Happy New Year and keep inspiring us to work harder💪💪💪
