    I am 56 and been an avid outdoor runner for about 8 years. I always hated my treadmill and avoided it. I felt that it wasn’t “the same” or “as good” as running outdoors. IBX thank you, you have changed my mindset. I look forward to working out indoors and your runs/boot camp programs are excellent. I can’t do a burpee, but I just hit 6 miles on this run (usual 10k) pace - thank you for keeping me motivated and active. Aging is real and movement works to counteract it.

    Tea-riffic workout! 6.6 miles. Just make the decision to do it, get your workout clothes on and hop up to you treadmill. Coach Rachel keeps you going even in the moments you might feel like slowing down or stopping. So grateful to her.

    Loved this workout. Started at the lowest speed for first set but then kept adding 0.1 every 30 seconds 🤪 . Pushed hard. Love the flexibility this allows. Thanks coach Rachael for another motivational, fun workout. ❤ well done to all who turned up and smashed this 💥

    Oh boy Coach Rachael! I showed up for myself on this one💪 Jogged instead of walked every other time, and picked up btw 0.5- 1.0km every run 🏃‍♂️ Almost tapped out every 15 minutes...but you got me focusing on my breath🥰 LOVED IT when i was done😁😎 Thank you!!!! Waiting for Thursdays workout❤️

    I enjoyed this workout very much. Using a treadmill is dreadful so I have avoided long runs this winter. This will be my go-to for long run days until I can move my runs outdoors this spring. Thank you for making this available!

    My new favorite from you guys!! The 60 min endurance used to be my fav because it was so chill and just about holding the pace but it has the longer segments and I really like the 2 & 4 and 1 & 3 combinations in this one!! So so good! Got 5 miles in with this one 👏🏽

    This was a perfect endurance training run. Loved it. She just keeps pushing you. I wanted to stop half way through 2nd block but just kept pushing it. 720 kcals and 5 miles.

    Habe ich heute morgen in 60 min bei dem Tempo wirklich genug kcal verbrannt? Oder hätte ich schneller laufen müssen? 175 spm waren es jedenfalls nicht. Wollte mal etwas anderes als 60 min 140 spm und 10 min mit 175 spm laufen und bin mir nicht sicher, ob dieses workout dafür geeignet war. Aber die Optik stimmt! Sehr anspruchsvoll, auch wenn ich kein Wort verstanden habe.

    I showed up for myself!!❤️! I thought I would struggle breathing but it was mu legs. They felt like lead. The last sets of 3 mins those god-damned legs😩
