I was in a funk for a few days thinking it was selfish of me to go to the gym everyday when there are so many things to do at home. But Momma needs to feel good about herself and have energy to be her best self! 💪🏻 Gah! I just love you!

I'm a nearly 40 newby runner. I'm really a backpacker, working on my stamina as I transition into mountaineering. You make this 30 minutes on the hamster wheel fun! Thank you. 🙏💜👣
Recently completed my annual fit test for work. This includes a one and a half mile run. I completed this attempt in 14 minutes and 22 seconds. For context I'm 38 years old and weight 215 pounds. I was happy with that score because of my age and weight and extreme inconsistencies when it comes to running. However, I realized I could easily do better with a small amount of effort each day. I'll be using your workouts for the next year to see how much time I can take off my score. Thanks for the great workout.

I was running at 5MPH just now with the last interval block.. like WHAT!? This is a first for me, and I didn't even feel it just because I'm concentrating on her talk.. And takes my mind off of what I'm actually doing which makes the workout actually FUN! This entire workout just flew by and I just love her energy ✨️I can't stress it enough. I know I've written it in her other videos .. it's just Rachel is the best ❣️

Progressed to this workout from your beginner hiit workout! NEVER been a runner and I can’t wait until the day comes that I am able to run more than 2 minutes at once, seems like my mental breaking point has always been 2 minutes
Thanks for this workout! I panicked when you said run for 2 minutes, but took a breath, listened to you and went for it! I finished it! I was wondering though if IBEX running has after tread stretches available?
I could do this properly for a week (did 3 times a week) but on the second week my calves and feet started hurting so much I had to stop 😢😢. I don't know what I did wrong.

That was a good one for me, just had 10 days no training so that was a perfect way to get moving again.
I used this for the other equipmetns at the gym! I just forget about the incline andndonthe levels and is a challenge and i get my work outs in tks
