my treadmill's highest incline only goes up to 10, but when you got to 11, i increased my pace to challenge myself more! i felt so good after i was done! your personality and encouragement helped me so much!

Back on the treadmill since late May after about 10 weeks off with an injury. Did this workout this morning and got almost 8,000 steps in and just missed 4 miles (3.96!) Love these longer walks but that long hill climb was a real killer! I was able to maintain 3.9 until level 8 but then had to slow to 3.6 for 9+. Thanks!
i do 2 hours of incline treadmill 5 days a week 2mph at 15% incline the whole time without holding on; from 331 lbs to 252 lbs atm trying to get to 190-195 i think (5'10 male 29 yrs old)

Rachel, you are an amazing, and inspiring Coach, and despite my inner voice „ its toooo hard“ I have finished every run and power walk regardless how hard its been. Of late, Ive noticed that I can run longer 5:1 on incline .5; Power walk on incline as per your videos at 4 - 4.5 miles/hour. Thank you so very much for making me smile( even whilst I cough up my lungs 😂) and push myself to a healthier version of me… .

Day before that I did your tread workout that was running and I did the entire 45 minutes! I never ran that far! So I am so happy u uploaded this! So this will be a good workout that is not to hard but still challenging! Thanks

All I need is my mental y body willing to connect with my body and get ready to work for me… Kiddos are in the school and my 2 years baby beside me looking how mommy is taking time for her self. At least she understand and she still looking to the tv waiting for me to get done this! Thank you for help me Rachel. 🎉

Keep the walking walkouts coming, I sometimes watch the jogging ones with envy (those days are long gone!) Love your attitude and lack of any pretence, thank you!
I modified this workout, run 1mile do the second part 2-12 then back down by 2 degrees 12-2, then run for the rest of the hour. Thanks for your content.

I agree, I need to incorporate more walks into my routine. That had my calves on fire lol all that running wears out the leg muscles 🏃♀️ Too bad my treadmill only has manual incline up to 3, so I just keep it on 3 incline and never change it. I added jogs into this whenever the incline went higher than I my treadmill could go. Love these hour long workouts, especially this walking. I figure I should do more walking since I’m 32 weeks pregnant today and my baby is getting huge all of a sudden 🤰
While I did all of it, I did have to drop the speed on the inclines below the 3.0 lower end on the top 3 incline heights so as not to go off the back end of the treadmill. I will try this again after I have been running and walking more. Already after following your various videos, my walking speed and running speed has increased noticeably, so I am guessing if I redo this in a week or two I will find I will be able to do it as the suggested speeds.
Second time doing this one and I think I just got my butt whipped (literally). It hurts every where and definitely in a good way! Thank you for the MOST amazingly motivating workouts which I just can’t get enough of. Meeting you every morning on the tread 😊

I didn’t see a new run video this morning so I decided to try this. I had skipped it when first posted because I “ didn’t think it would be much of a workout “ . But my legs still felt toasted from a weekend workout so I went for it . It was great! Constantly moving at some challenging speeds for me and loved the inclines ! Burned more calories then I thought I would .
Whoever said a walking workout is easy must be crazy 😅 this was challenging and being added to my cardio playlist. The talking actually helped. Good thing you couldn’t hear what I was saying back to you 😂

Had to do it at 2.0-2.5 and at 9 max for my incline, but I got it done...3.0 or faster hurts my knees and hip and higher than 9 incline makes me feel like I am going to fall off the side of the treadmill, but I will get used to it over time and get it done...finished the workout otherwise with the adjustments...
I actually stumbled across this video today when I got home from an hour walk on the treadmill at the gym. 😂 You were so entertaining that I watched the whole thing.😊 I will definitely give this walk routine a try the next time I'm at the gym. How many times a week would you recommend doing it?
