Yep assembly lube for the first start and pump the oil circuit with a electric external pump or crank it with the starter for a minute before ignition .
This is horrible in every way. I bet no RA test was done on the surface of that head. Looks like it was machined with half a house brick. Washed all the lube off the bores, 😂. Plastered everything with copper 😢 Dead set horrible

Pays to put head gasket before head studs , and your supposed to lube studs washers and nut, for correct tighting

Man there was a lot of copper spray left in cylinder 2 and cylinder 5 and right at most crucial compression spot. At the top
