3.5" exhaust, standard turbo rear housing-- weld a wastegate to it for better boost control or just go flapper mod for more boost,... bigger injectors,.... atomic valve springs... and atomic oil pump gears if you wanna drifties and rpm bounce a bit.. hardlines.. an then get it retuned.. easy 250rwkw.. the 4 speeds are known to break loose after 250rwkw tho so have to consider that.. T56/TR6060~ mantic/CI twin plate clutch, for 3-400rwkw upwards with above engine mods
depending on tune. 250-300rwkw is the roof though unless you have a really good tuner as everything else from Engine back need attention when your reaching those figures an want aggressive power delivery
Id say there's some sort of issue with it. These cars usually run a mid to low 14 stock. Id say its got a boost leak or a lazy wastegate actuator and you're not getting the massive 6psi of factory boost haha

I do however love the look and love a lot of things about it. Now starting to do some performance mods hoping to make it more exciting to drive

Wow talk about a long time coming. This would be a nice "replacement" for a Project BUDGET Supercar Killer so to speak. Everyone has seen the limits of the stock RB26 and 2JZ, maybe show how quickly/fast you can go on the big 4.0 with minimal parts/money outlay. Or just go billet.
@@ashcosmo3854true, but. axles break with excessive power, more specifically in manual models, more of a joke tbh. tail shaft unis die and the donuts die all the time as well. a btr with 250k and questionable service history, considering the engine oil was basically sludge, i doubt its doing too well. an oil change will probably kill the box. ba was the worst model of turbo falcon, even an n/a fg will walk one, stock vs stock.

The tailshaft in the BA's are stronger than the FG's. My BA has 270kw at the wheels and is as smooth as butter. The ZF has its fair share of milkshakes too. Its about how you treat it and service it more than anything. If you run 350kw and do 4th gear pulls then yeah you'll probably run into issues. My BA with mods cost me 20k.. has 60000km on the clock, an FG with those mods and kilometres would see $35k. Id say I've gotten pretty good value for money

Try owning a TD42 Nissan Patrol. Mine gets a complete rolling oil change every month.....these things seem to leak from every imaginable orifice!

Try using Flashlube injection cleaner. I swear by this stuff for my Bf falcon. Runs great after a few tanks with Flashlube.

Just put 4.11:1 ford territory diff gears and wavetrac or truetrac lsd in it.
Don't bother touching anything else.

sounds like when we built a stock bottom end RB26 back i the day and every episode people said "it will blow soon" and never did
300kw is max where you'd wanna go but there are plenty on the forums that have pushed more. The tune is the most important part.
most stock bottom end BA's will handle 300-330rwkw without a problem
