    There is 1 circuit to complete. Work through each exercise 45 secs work/15 secs rest.
    You don’t need any equipment at all to complete this one, so just go grab your towel and your water bottle and let’s do this!

    Yahhhh a killer 30min ab sess is well over due! 👌🏾 one arm plank is the new challenge 💪🏾 right arm almost completed the 45sec,.left has some catching up to do 😅💜

    Wowwwwww! That was a rough and super satisfying 30 minutes!! I love the no repeat option sometimes especially when it means a one arm plank hold omg !! 😂amazing as always you make it look so easy! My new favorite core add on after some cardio .
