Ladies!! This is the only DR workout you need! 1 month ago I had 3 finger separation. I did this everyday for a month. Just saw my physiotherapist today and I have no DR at ALL! She was so shocked she even took down this videos name!
Thank you so much for this I started doing Jo’s workouts a couple weeks ago and just found this one tonight and I’m so excited to start doing this one!!
Please do more workouts focusing on DR and strengthening the core muscles. C section momma here and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for I’ve tried looking at other videos but yours is so fun and easy to follow please do more
Just wanna put this out there - I started doing this video (combined with her seated workout) once a week for 3 months and got my waist down to 31 from a 34. Combined with mindful eating and walking, this is the most effective ab workout I've ever tried. Definitely recommend.
It’s so restorative and effective!! All other abs workouts I’ve done before were too hard on my body. I have done this once a week for the last month and have lost 1 1/4 inch off my waist. It actually feels like im activating and improving the function of my core.
So it's been maybe 2 months since i started doing this workout - I'm usually doing some cardio from Jo's and then 15min of this (usually i do half one day and finish next day) so let's say i do at least 15min 3 times a week. When I started I had to take breaks all the time, i couldn't get my legs up and it was very clumsy. I started seeing progress, which was very exciting (my husband said "it's not getting easier, you're just getting better!" And he was definitely right!). But today I'm SOOOO proud of myself! There was only one exercise i couldn't do, the rest i did WITHOUT ANY BREAKS! To keep my head and arms up, while simultaneously moving my legs for 40 seconds?! Seemed impossible, and yet, I'm doing it 😎 as always the simple truths are the most surprising - APPARENTLY consistency IS a key after all 😂 Love you, Jo! ❤
Very helpful for apron bellies! I have only completed this workout about 6 times over the last month (with other exercises mixed in 4-6 days/week) and I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference.

I am super happy, and pretty confident with myself, but the weight is slowing me down. I have started counting my calories and drinking about 64oz of water daily. I am on week 2, and I’m already feeling great. I can’t wait to start this workout. I think this will greatly help with my lower back. 🙏🏽 Thank you
I don’t have a DR yet this workout is great! I honestly didn’t feel anything after the workout but BOYYYY when I woke up the next day, MY MUSCLES ARE SORE 😭😭😭😭 thank you for this!
Thank you so much for this! I believe our respective connections to God brought me here. I was in a pretty bad car crash and have been praying about (but, secretly dreading) the moment the professionals tell me it's time to start focusing on abs--the seatbelt really tore me up. I just talked to my Physical Therapist about your workouts, and now I can show her this one for approval! Seriously, I'm crying happy tears right now. I could've saved myself the worry by trusting God. ❤❤❤

As long as you're consistent you can close it! If you're pre or post menopausal it is a longer process due to the slowing of muscle growth with the hormonal fluctuations, but on average 4-6wks of doing this daily will establish your core again. Just make sure you have it activated first! Aka, suck your belly button in towards the floor and imagine the muscles along your back pinching together to pick up a penny. Images help with visualization so feel free to look online for proper core activation. With significant DV though, you'll see a dome form in the center of your belly if you've not warmed up/activated your core (it means your back is doing the work for you). Hope this helps! ❤
do more of these!! I was never pregnant and my abs aren't separated but I have had sciatica & pirformis syndrome for 5 months and have started doing these workouts for a month and the pain is nearly gone. it was my core being super weak. thank you!!
Well I’m new to this space and adventure. I have to say, before my son woke up, I was 22:35 into it and I thought: oh wow, I actually would have continued this workout! I’m convinced this might be the workout I need to jumpstart my way out of this depression funk.
Did this one for the first time today. Here’s everything I love about it: The colours. The generic best music, nothing cray. The two halves, easy and advanced. The breathing segments. The silent mouthing to the camera, no voice. The coming up preview. The solid cooldown. Perfect ab workout vid, Chefs kiss 😽👌
PLEASE do more of these!! It’s so hard to find good DR videos. The way yours is structured is so nice I’ve been waiting for you to make a DR video and I’m so glad you did
I need to have hernia repair surgery so i just seen the surgeon today who said i went from 3 finger diastasis opening to about 2 fingers and thats within a months time. I started following this video! 🙏🥰
Hello from Switzerland. I'm 50 years old and I've been making the videos with Jo for 1 month. I already have minus 3 kilos and just feel completely happy. I'm looking forward to more great videos, I would also like to mention that the music is always absolutely brilliant. Greetings to all.
I had three babies in 3 years and never put myself first to find time to fix this issue. Though mine is minor, I still see improvement. Could really feel exactly where we're targeting. Your workouts are so fun and uplifting! Thanks, Jo!
Thank you! I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I was very consistent with my workouts, which was the real reason I never managed to lose weight before. But your workouts are always so much fun. I added some leg workouts and ab workouts every few days. I am also doing IF, and I am on a low-carb, high protein diet! I still have some pounds to lose but I am so close to my goal. Thank you!! You are an amazing person.
@@gigglekeyon Hi, yes I only work out at home. I try to do one every day even if it's a 20-min video but most of the time I did 4 times a week- up to an hour following different videos.
@@gigglekeyon Got to keep in mind though, they are doing a low carb diet together with intermittent fasting.. which can make a big difference in the speed you loose weight outside of doing consistent workouts. Whoa! I so needed this. As a mom of 5, my core is thrashed! For years I have been waiting for a program like this without having to pay for it. We pay for too much already. First day and my core feels amazing already. I will work on this often to heal this DR. Thank you so much! 🥳 EDIT: June 8th 2023- I have started doing this whole workout at least twice a week combined with my walking and I am feeling great! Abs are looking a little better so far.
Oh my gosh, I searched "Grow with Jo diastasis recti" just TWO days ago and there were no results and tonight I see you uploaded this! Can't wait to do this workout!
From a mom of one and had C-section i started my workout journey with Jo in aug24 2years pp I have had my child at 33yrs I was 143lbs before and became 171lbs after birth. But my tummy still looked liked I was 6months pregnant. I’m super happy of my journey so far since I joined this community and this video is heaven sent. I promise myself to do this every 5/7. And other workouts I can’t wait to comeback and share my story ❤ thank you Jo
My baby is 15 months old. I had to stop my physical therapy for my diastasis recti. I am so happy to find this video. I enjoyed it so much! Exactly what I need. Will be rewatching over and over 😊
My son is exactly 3 weeks today. I had a csection so I will wait til the 6 weeks healing period before I work out. I cant wait to do grow with jo's dance parties & this!.
You are so incredibly inspiring! And oh so right regarding accepting your body. My MIL asked me once how I felt about my body. I told her, "My body is the story of my life. The good, the bad, and the ugly! I remind myself that my body has served and supported me through soo much." Don't get me wrong, there are times when I might feel down about where I'm at in my fitness journey at the moment, but I look at my kids, my life, and the things I have accomplished and am grateful for the body I have!
Hi ladies I’m currently 5 months postpartum and quickly approaching my 6 month on 6/26/24 I’m just now finding this video tonight is day 1. I haven’t been working out since high school before I had babies. I guess I got lazy after my 2nd and 3rd truth is I barely have time to exercise at the gym. And when I did it was AMAZING! I’m 27 I’ll be 28 07/12/2024 I’m trying to get my stomach at least to not have this C-section pouch still. I am going to try to stay with it and get there wish me luck ladies
Please update if you keep up with it! Just found this video today. I'll be 32 on Aug 5 2024. I have 3 kids and I'm ready for a flat tummy again. I'm going to start doing this at least 4 times a week. Good luck to you mama! And happy birthday to you!
Hi cancer sister! My birthday is also July 12th & I’m 5 months postpartum! I had two babies back to back & feel you on it being hard to get to the gym when we have babies! but we got this! keep us updated
Had really bad diastases recti and I was doing other workout religiously one hour every day and they did nothing for me. This workout changed my core completely. I am so grateful. I am pregnant again for the second time and I am doing this again from four weeks till the end of pregnancy. I will keep you updated to see if my diastasis recti is as bad as it was the first pregnancy !
I am 4 month postpartum after having 2 pregnancies back to back. I currently have a 3 finger DR and a pretty messed up core in general (these pregnancies wreeeecked me)... I will start doing this video every day and see what the results are in a month! Today is Day 1! 😃
Hey, how has the workouts been going for you? I’m 6 months PP and back to back pregnancies so thinking of doing this everyday or maybe 5 days on and 2 days off
Girl yesssss❤ I've done many of these workouts but I've never done one like this. I love that it's 30 min instead of 10 min like other fitness instructors. I really enjoyed this and I burned 180 calories while doing this ❤ BTW you look so beautiful and you are glowing
I love this abs wokout, it doesnt put any pressure on your tailbone and it goes very deep. My core feels stronger. I do it twice a week mixed with some cardio workouts and it works. Thanks for this masterpiece❤
I’m not a mom but I have been wanting to work on my core and these deep core exercises is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I absolutely love this! Please do more video like this 😊. I will be doing this one a few times through the week.
Thank you! I'm not a mom either and I was looking for a comment to see if anyone else that does not have kids is doing this. I'm thinking about trying this work out because I have not train my core/abs in a lonnnnngg while. 😮 So maybe this could benefit me. ❤️😁
I followed your workouts before getting pregnant and loved them. I didn’t workout much during my pregnancy, now I’m 3 months postpartum and in a much better place to start giving myself some TLC. I can feel my body NEEDING to workout and my belly is much different then it was before I got pregnant so this video couldn’t have come at a better time! Thanks Jo! ❤
This was good I felt it in my core but did anybody else feel it in their thighs? Also please Jo make more videos like this it was greatly needed. Your workouts help me all the time ❤
Girl! That was no joke! I’ve had two c sections and it’s only been about 10 minutes since I finished this and I can STILL feel it. Thank you for all that you do. Your videos have helped me so much.
Thank you❤ i was doing it and i was crying. Not how hard it is phisically, but mentally so hard to get what you have lost. Thank you so much for your workouts ❤❤❤
I am 9months postpartum and have DR. I have been doing this exercise since 3 weeks and I can already see the improvement . I am regaining my old strength and I had 3 finger spaces which seems to be now only 1. This is going to bey constant workout hopping to get rid of my mom pouch now🤞
I’m about to get on this started actively doing her workouts from last week and the week before I started eating healthy intentionally was 103.25 kg now I am 100.00 kg proud of myself thank you Jo
Thank you! I did my kidney donation almost 10 months ago and just couldn’t move that lower belly after the”C” section to remove the kidney. This will definitely be staying in the toolbox 🙋🏼♀️❤🇨🇦
Jo, literally you were the only one who made me love to exercise instead of suffering from it, but I'm beggin you with my soul, as someone who's dealing with chronic illnesses and hip, knee and heel pain, please do more easy but effective exercises and more chair workouts and warm ups, i felt depressed when my pain hit harder and i had to stop exercising, and i also want my mother to workout with me (she had a serious injury in her feet too) love you!!
I just started this workout on Monday. I am currently at 175 and my DR is terrible. I’ll be back in a month to let you know what I’m looking like. Thanks for posting this
@@CourtneySweeney-qq3ip it’s healing but not completely. My stomach was so big I looked about five months pregnant but now it’s closing up slowly. I believe by summer I’ll be where I want to be.
Glad you made a video on diastasis recti. I followed a physiotherapist's video on healing my diatasis recti and continued with your lower belly fat burn videos in-between, as your workouts are low impact. Which I simply love! I started 18 months partum. I had a four finger gap and it closed to a 1 and a half finger gap. My stomach improved, however I still need to work on it to get it completely flat and closed.
This is seriously so good! I add it in at least once a week now and my abs are already so much better! I was finally able to do it without my tummy bulging out at all today! Thanks, Jo!
I've been focusing on strength, cardio and weight loss for the past few months and seeing progress everywhere except my stomach - it looks even bigger and more bloated than when i started 🙈 so decided to add some deep core workouts every week to tighten those corset muscles and try to reduce my waist a bit. Love this workout and I'll definitely be adding it into my routine. More like this please! ❤
I started out doing Chloe Ting workouts. I saw more results with these workouts than I did with anything else. I literally have abs and I’m 4 months PP. DEFINITELY recommend these workouts. They’re pretty chill so they’re great if you don’t like intense workouts but really want good results!
This is perfect especially on those in between days where I don't want to do a full-body workout but still want to get moving and my abs is always the main focus for me so this is great. Thank you for making a channel that focuses everything woman. ❤️
Thank you!! Need more of these ❤ today is my second time doing it. Feeling no pain after that only feeling great. it’s been over 3 years after c section but still have about 1 finger separation and it bothers me every other day. It was 3 fingers before and physical therapy helped reducing it. With the experience of therapy I can tell this workout is very effective legitimately. Breathing between is the key ❤ I’m going to do it consistently ❤
I really love this! Now I am 300 lbs and day 1 of this workout. I struggled and had to take a ton of breaks lol. I'm confident I can keep going, the drive is there. I really want to get rid of my gut and just get stronger overall with doing these workouts. I appreciate you Jo!
Don't give up! At first it was so hard! But today i did the whole video.. So proud of myself! After 13 times.. I hope to see results. But I can feel that i'm stronger!
I’ve been searching for a good work that I can follow to help heal my core. And this definitely has helped me get back into the groove of working out after being 8 and half months postpartum
Oh my gosh. I'm so glad you've done this. I'm 8 months post c section so probably a vit late doing this but I am definitely doing this. Thank you so, so much ❤❤❤
I've never had any children, but I'm pretty sure I have DR just from gaining weight and having poor posture working at a desk job etc. these workouts have helped me flatten my lower belly so much!
I absolutely love your videos so much!!! i talk about your channel to every person I know. I’ve never been able to keep myself motivated enough to work out regularly i often do it for a week then stop. Something about your videos have me coming back every day and the fact that there is such a variety!!! Thankyou for everything you do and also for keeping it free i always get so disappointed when i try a new workout app and there’s always a subscription fee
Day 8 -Added this on after one of Jo's 20 min morning workouts. I'm really proud of myself for taking it slow and focusing on form because I want a strong, supported core for life! Slow and steady 🙏
My kids are in their 20s now, Ive had a c-section 3 times. I was never told D.R was an actual thing. But I knew something was “off” - especially with the bulge in my stomach when I would do a sit up or how my body would shake from being too weak when my core was engaged. Doctors should send women to physical therapy after having a c-section. Thank you for this exercise Jo! Im excited to try this exercise!
@@talihahussain1072 You probably know by now but DR stands for Diastasis Recti. It's the separation of the abdominal muscles. Specially after pregnancy the muscles might not close back and have a gap in the middle of the abdomen.
I had to have a complete hysterectomy 19 years ago due to endometriosis. The past few years I've had a lot of trouble losing weight in that area. I've been super consistent with working out with you for the past year, 6 days a week. I'm so excited to add this workout to my weekly regime and see results. You make it all fun Jo thanks for all you do. 🇨🇦🥰🇲🇽

YES! 🙌 Thank you SO MUCH for making this! My DR with pregnancy #2 resulted in 2 hernias, which I FINALLY got repaired last month (I waited 8 years to fix it) It's only been 3 weeks since surgery but already the difference is Life Changing. I am cleared for core work at 5 weeks post op and I am SO READY to close up this DR once and for all! Pinning this workout and I'll be back in 2 weeks!

I'm so excited for this! Im 5 years post my 2nd c section and have not been able to find exercises that helps with DR. Starting this one this evening. Thank you!
Hello there! Today I started this workout. 7 years passed since my c-sec. I've got the shelf :) I'm an active person, doing trails, yoga, pilates etc but cannot handle the shelf. I'll edit time to time. Day 1: Aug 19 - 69.2 kg - shelf is about 97 cm
I noticed that I commented a year ago, but I'm just really getting serious about it today. I had 2 C-sections in my life (93 and 97). I strongly believe this will get me to where I've been wanting to be for years. Thank you Jo🎉
I couldn’t do some of these workouts I hope I still have some good results! I still tried every workout for about 10-15 secs before I gave up and realized it was too much. I feel the burn! Great workout 🎉🎉
Day 5 - Added this on after one of Jo's 20 full body cardio workouts and I'm going to add this on every day! Pelvic floor rehab wasn't well known when I had my kid 14 years ago, so I really want to focus on activating these deeper core muscles now.

do more of these!! I was never pregnant and my abs aren't separated but I have had sciatica & pirformis syndrome for 5 months and have started doing these workouts for a month and the pain is nearly gone. it was my core being super weak. thank you!!
Look up Windsor Pilates, that’s what this is.
Well I’m new to this space and adventure. I have to say, before my son woke up, I was 22:35 into it and I thought: oh wow, I actually would have continued this workout! I’m convinced this might be the workout I need to jumpstart my way out of this depression funk.
Hope you are doing well 💪
My youngest is almost 9. Never too late to work on my core and fix my DR. First time here. Going to do this a few times a week! Thank you, Jo!
Did this one for the first time today. Here’s everything I love about it:
The colours. The generic best music, nothing cray. The two halves, easy and advanced. The breathing segments. The silent mouthing to the camera, no voice. The coming up preview. The solid cooldown. Perfect ab workout vid, Chefs kiss 😽👌
Also want to clarify, by no voice, I mean it helps me focus better. Like the intro and outro talking 🫶
Thanks, Jo!
Is this recommended for the mommy pooch after c section?
Girrrrrl, that got intense. My legs were shakeeeeeey. I was grunting and groaning but pushed thru nonetheless. Stick with it gals!!! WE GOT THIS!!!
Hi are you only do at home videos? If so how many do you do?
@@gigglekeyon Hi, yes I only work out at home. I try to do one every day even if it's a 20-min video but most of the time I did 4 times a week- up to an hour following different videos.
@@gigglekeyon Got to keep in mind though, they are doing a low carb diet together with intermittent fasting.. which can make a big difference in the speed you loose weight outside of doing consistent workouts. Diet is everything, they say with loosing weight it's 80% about diet and 20% about doing exercise.
Thank you so much, Jo!! You are a Light in the world!! ☀️🙏🏻
Hi Dear, I cannot thank u enough...for giving me a ray of hope..I used to workout before my babies, m a second time Mom while I had my first in my mid twenties n though it took time it was easier for me to heal my DR that I recovered quite easily from by doing bridges..but this time I had many complications.it was tough n I was way heavier..also my lower tummy grew way too outward ..I carried almost dat tummy even 6 months postpartum..before starting breathing exercises..well I HAD FOUR-FIVE FINGER GAP. It reduced to two finger gap and half a nail deep ...but I was stuck with two finger gap yet to close..n despite my efforts it was not happening. I needed to get rid of d bulge too..but d workouts available for diastis were too boring ..until I stumbled upon ua video n later got d assurance from beautiful mommies in d comment box..I CANT BELIEVE I HAVE ALREADY CLOSED 1 FINGER GAP IN THREE DAYS..U R AWESOME..d bulge is still dere..but I am now hopeful dat wud go to..but thanks dear..lots of love for making mine n a lot of ladies' life easier.❤️❤️❤️
I have done this for 3 days and my DR has gone from 3 finger separation to 1.5!!! Thank you for making this video❤️
3 days????!!!! Wow! That’s amazing!
I have a question. Any idea how many reps and set do I have to do this?
What do you mean by finger separation? I am a 2 Times c-section mom as well and have that baby pooch. Will it work for me?
@@Gtg356 it’s the amount of fingers you can place between the separated ab muscles. Google it or ask your doctor.
So been doing this workout for 6 months. My postpartum belly is flat. Except for occasional bloating from foods or period.
How often did you do it ?
@@ShauntalCC 5 days a week at least.
howww many weeks it took to show results
@@sarikumari9477 one month. To be exact I was doing this 4-5 times a week.
@@daleanaaa9961 i have lost a lot of weight doing her workouts and my DR Is almost closed as well but I have a hanging pooch, that lose skin. Can I get rid of that hanging pooch with this workout?
Whoa! I so needed this. As a mom of 5, my core is thrashed! For years I have been waiting for a program like this without having to pay for it. We pay for too much already. First day and my core feels amazing already. I will work on this often to heal this DR. Thank you so much! 🥳
EDIT: June 8th 2023- I have started doing this whole workout at least twice a week combined with my walking and I am feeling great!
How you doing with it
My baby is 15 months old.
Almost 11 months post-partum c-section with an apron belly. Going to give this one a shot😊. Today is day 1
How is it going so far? 😊
You got this!! Im just starting too
You've got this Mama! Right there with you! 🙌
Is it working for you?
Aww, your birthday is tomorrow (made this comment on 7/11/24)! Happy birthday to you!!!! 🥳🎉
Are you still doing this workout? How are the results going?
I’m 6 months PP and back to back pregnancies so thinking of doing this everyday or maybe 5 days on and 2 days off
Hey u completed 1 month what was the result
Any results mama?
love that you’re switching it up but still keeping it doable. Thank you Jo!!! I’ve been watching you for years and haven’t turned back!
Girl yesssss❤ I've done many of these workouts but I've never done one like this. I love that it's 30 min instead of 10 min like other fitness instructors. I really enjoyed this and I burned 180 calories while doing this ❤ BTW you look so beautiful and you are glowing
The other instructors suck thats why and they never had kids they just do yoga
I don't have DR , can I do this?
@@queencupcake09 I’m glad to not be alone with this hahahaha . It’s one of my favorites and I believe it’s helping.
This workout is the truth !!! Yesterday was my first day of trying this workout and i literally already feel it in my lower stomach
Thanks Jo! ❤
Wow I’m… im gonna cry ❤
Your videos lately have been getting right to all my issues 😊
I feel so seen 🤗
This was good I felt it in my core but did anybody else feel it in their thighs? Also please Jo make more videos like this it was greatly needed. Your workouts help me all the time ❤
I did! My thighs were on fire by the end.
This is going to bey constant workout hopping to get rid of my mom pouch now🤞
This was the workout I've always needed! More deep core workouts please!!
Thanks for posting this
Any update?
@@CourtneySweeney-qq3ip I wish I could share a pic but I am down to 159 I was dieting with the the exercises also. High protein and low calorie diet
That’s so good, is your DR healed from doing this ?
@@CourtneySweeney-qq3ip it’s healing but not completely. My stomach was so big I looked about five months pregnant but now it’s closing up slowly. I believe by summer I’ll be where I want to be.
I wish I could post my before and afters under this video specifically! It’s been a game changer
how long have you been at it sis?
@ 1-2 times a week for 3 months
What if I do daily?@@beyondafoodie
Glad you made a video on diastasis recti. I followed a physiotherapist's video on healing my diatasis recti and continued with your lower belly fat burn videos in-between, as your workouts are low impact. Which I simply love! I started 18 months partum. I had a four finger gap and it closed to a 1 and a half finger gap. My stomach improved, however I still need to work on it to get it completely flat and closed.
Finally trying this 16 months postpartum lol. I love you workouts, especially the music. It really keeps me going. Thank you!
Omg I did it! I did the whole advanced part for the first time! I can already see the results after 4 times, you are amazing!
Yay! Pregnant with my 5th🤰🏽 Can’t wait to do this postpartum!
I started out doing Chloe Ting workouts. I saw more results with these workouts than I did with anything else. I literally have abs and I’m 4 months PP. DEFINITELY recommend these workouts. They’re pretty chill so they’re great if you don’t like intense workouts but really want good results!
This is my 1st postpartum workout. I had no idea where to start and found your video. This helped so much and was easy to follow. Thank you!!!
This is perfect especially on those in between days where I don't want to do a full-body workout but still want to get moving and my abs is always the main focus for me so this is great. Thank you for making a channel that focuses everything woman. ❤️
I am so happy you posted this! I have been trying to work on this while pregnant and to have stuff postpartum, same with the PCOS videos
Girl!!! I just had baby #3 but my first c-section. You are right in time because I was cleared to get back to normal last week. Excited to get started
Amazing video, Jo. I am 6 years postpartum but I’ve only recently started to work on my DR. I think this workout is going to be a game changer.
I'm going to try this, Jo! Thanks!! After 3 Kiddos...DR has my midsection looking like I'm still pregnant at times.
I’ve been searching for a good work that I can follow to help heal my core. And this definitely has helped me get back into the groove of working out after being 8 and half months postpartum
I'm about the same PP...ill be 9 months PP on the 28th. We got this! I'm so glad she came out with this video, much needed!
6 weeks postpartum today! I did the (beginner) part of this video! So proud of myself!
@@nadak3187 how are you now?
I absolutely love your videos so much!!! i talk about your channel to every person I know. I’ve never been able to keep myself motivated enough to work out regularly i often do it for a week then stop. Something about your videos have me coming back every day and the fact that there is such a variety!!! Thankyou for everything you do and also for keeping it free i always get so disappointed when i try a new workout app and there’s always a subscription fee
I couldn't do all the exercises of beginner part 😢 my post partum body is so heavy but I will show up again and again until I do the whole video 💪
What is D.R?
@@talihahussain1072 You probably know by now but DR stands for Diastasis Recti. It's the separation of the abdominal muscles. Specially after pregnancy the muscles might not close back and have a gap in the middle of the abdomen.
I love how you only smile and the music makes me want to do this workout everyday
Whew! This work out is the only AB work out I've done that had me literally pouring with sweat. Wow! Great job Jo💪💪
Jo is this real? I've received this before and signed up to Telegram but never received a reply. Is it a scam???
Why would someone like this???? It's a question. To Jo.
First time trying this video! im getting a bit discouraged because my tummy fat is getting in the way and i feel weak, and it feels really hard. but the comments are making me motivated to continue. still at it!
I'm the same!!
Not Jo inspiring me to work my core!!! I've had 3 c-sections and I haven't bounced back from my last. I absolutely hate such exercises normally but I just completed this and I feel amaing. THANK YOU!!
Omg I’m so happy that you’ve done a work out on diastasis I truly appreciate you
These are the best classes for those with diastasis, I exercise every day . At first it was very hard, now it's getting better and easier. Thank you for the training.🎉❤❤❤
This exercise got me sweating I had my baby last year November and glad to find this exercise six months later. I was active before my pregnancy by doing some of growwithjo exercises and I was in shape. I’m glad to be back and focusing on strengthening my core.
YES! 🙌
Thank you SO MUCH for making this!
How's it going
This is so untalked about and such a real thing! I love this workout and appreciate all these great workouts you put out!
Felt like I was actually able to do core and that was safe and helping my core come back together after having 2 kids in 2 years! THANK YOU i can't wait to keep using these to help my core get better!
I'm so excited for this! Im 5 years post my 2nd c section and have not been able to find exercises that helps with DR. Starting this one this evening. Thank you!
Did you notice any change ?
Hello there!
Today I started this workout.
7 years passed since my c-sec. I've got the shelf :)
I'm an active person, doing trails, yoga, pilates etc but cannot handle the shelf.
Yay this is what I have been waiting for after my C section 4 years ago. Thank you Johanna.
Day 5 - Added this on after one of Jo's 20 full body cardio workouts and I'm going to add this on every day! Pelvic floor rehab wasn't well known when I had my kid 14 years ago, so I really want to focus on activating these deeper core muscles now.
This is what I've been waiting for. I love doing your videos and now I have the one I've been looking for.
I have a pcos belly and this was so difficult to do, i can't wait to come back with an update after seeing the positive reviews.
Hey how is the progress?
I’m 2 months postpartum after two back to back pregnancies (Irish twins). I’ve been doing your workouts daily and I’m down to my goal weight, now I’m just trying to maintain this weight and continue to get toned up! I love you and your videos Jo, thank you!❤
i lost 20kg in 3 months. and the only AB exercise that ive been doing is this video. waist from 90cm to 76cm not lying i love u for that
What about belly fat? This wk helped in losing belly fat? Please reply. Thanks
I am SO super thankful Jo shows us how to breathe properly through these exercises! 6 mo postpartum & mama of 3 ❤
