Christ completed His work and rested on Sunday. His Day. He sat down at the right hand of God when He ascended on Sunday. He entered God's rest. Therefore there remains a Sabbath for the people of God. It's a beautiful picture of the rest to come.

We are not "workmen" for Jesus. We are lovers of Jesus. Love comes first, and obedience comes as a result of that love. However, the bible must be read in context. The 10 commandments were given as a part of the covenant with Israel. The church under Christ does not operate under that covenant but the new covenant. Paul was very clear about this in his writings.

The seventh day Sabbath is God's law, not Mosaic law- the 10 commandments that were of stone and are now written in our hearts. The 7th day Sabbath makes the whole Bible cohesive and perfect when I study it. I can't help it, it's an awesome day. I'm a child of God, I'm justified by the blood of Christ, sanctified by the God of the Sabbath. I'm a work in progress. God bless and thanks for your input.

He said if you follow the sabbath you have to keep all the mosaic law. But. I don’t know any Christians that think it’s ok to commit adultery or theft or idol worship. The same principle applies. Also. No doubt 100 percent the “lords day” came from the Catholic Church that is Sunday Bering the sabbath
Also the belief that the commands of God are not valid opens up to teachers to make up thier own rules and regulations which are rampant in christiandom
The argument that because the disciples took a collection on the first day means God changed one of his commands is like saying because I have two pick up trucks I must hate all cars

The Ten Commandments Are Gods law written by his own finger.
There is a difference between the Mosaic law and Gods law.
    Mosaic law
    Luke 2:22 KJVS
    [22] And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
    Ephesians 2:15 KJVS
    [15] Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
    2 Chronicles 35:12 KJVS
[12] And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the Lord, as it is written in the book of Moses. And so did they with the oxen.
    Deuteronomy 31:26 KJVS
[26] Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.
    Galatians 3:19 KJVS
[19] Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
    Colossians 2:14-16 KJVS
[14] Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; [15] And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. [16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days :
(Sabbath days being the ceremonial sabbaths not the weekly)
    Hebrews 7:16 KJVS
[16] Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.
    Hebrews 7:19 KJVS
[19] For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did ; by the which we draw nigh unto God.
    Gods Law
    Isaiah 5:24 KJVS
[24] Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
    James 2:8 KJVS
[8] If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
    Exodus 31:18 KJVS
[18] And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
    Exodus 32:16 KJVS
[16] And the tables were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, graven upon the tables.
    Exodus 40:20 KJVS
[20] And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:
    Luke 16:17 KJVS
[17] And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
    Romans 3:20 KJVS
[20] Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
    Romans 7:7 KJVS
[7] What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
    1 John 5:3 KJVS
[3] For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
    James 2:10-12 KJVS
[10] For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. [11] For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. [12] So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
    Romans 7:14 KJVS
[14] For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
    Psalm 19:7 KJVS
[7] The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
Sunday is nowhere called the Lords day. As a matter fact, Jesus claims the sabbath as his day, and as he is, the Lord, that makes the sabbath the Lord day.
Also, Sunday is nowhere appeared in scripture.

Colossians 2:16 says not to judge for keeping the SABBATH (in singular in the original) or of festivals (God's Appointed Times or "moadim") or of NEW MOONS (Biblical lunar months), etc.
How many Christians support keeping "New Moons" or even know what they are, yet they are told not to judge against those who do keep them ( and all Biblical Holy Days in God's calendar).
They try to turn this upside down in order to hopelessly defend the holiness of "Sun"- day.

The Sabbath is one of the COMMANDMENTS write by the FINGER of GOD! As for the “Mosiac Law” this was the LAW that God spoke to Moses to give to the people after they were discovered at the bottom of the mountain where they worshipped the gold calf. The 10 commandments are still stands the spoke law that God have is still holy and Paul even said it is to be established but when you say that if you keep the law you have to keep it all that is not true to a BELIEVER (Saved person) to be a believer you have to trust is Yahshua (Jesus) so then you are justified. If a people wants to keep the law with out Yahshua then yes they have to keep ALL the LAW perfectly. A believer should observe the law and know that God’s law was given to keep people separate, Holy and from being sinful. So to say that if a believer want to keep the law they have to keep it all is wrong. We are not justified by the law we are Justified by Yahshua who fulfilled the law (He did not abolish it) now the write Law by the finger of God is to be kept and majority of BELIEVER keep the 10 commandments except the 4th commandment and that is because of the lies taught.

    • @amyw4125

Paul and Peter both kept the Sabbath and the Gentile converts kept the Sabbath. The Gentile converts begged the to receive the teaching that was given in the synagogues on the Sabbath. NOT one place where Yahshua told them to change the Sabbath to the 1st day of the week. Just because Justin Martyr (a man) documented this in his writings does not mean anything. Peter and Paul both warm of false teachers and people that twisted Paul’s words. Paul kept the Sabbath just because they came together to break bread and collect money that does not mean that they switched the Lord’s day to Sunday. The Lord’s day has always been the 7th day Sabbath and God even said to REMEMBER THE SABBATH AND KEEP IT HOLY” because God knew the wickedness of man and that is why numerous times in the book of judges you see “ they did what was right in their own eyes”. The twisting of the WORD like the serpent did in GENESIS 3 is exactly what happened. When Yahshua was in the wilderness He quoted the WORD to show us that we are to quote the WORD against the enemy. I pray that God really reveals to you the Truth of the Lord’s Day. Resurrection Day is absolutely beautiful and wonderful and it fulfilled the Feast of First Fruits which was prophetic and which is still prophetic when we come into the New Jerusalem on that 8th day for a new beginning with Yahshua.

In Leviticus 23, we can find how God differentiate His weekly Sabbaths and the annual sabbaths:
    Feasts of the Lord
"1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.
    The Sabbath
3 ‘Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
Here in verse 3, we see the seventh day of the week, a Sabbath of solemn rest, CALLED the Sabbath of the Lord (The Weekly Sabbath of the Lord of the 4th commandment of the Decalogue)
On each feast of the Sanctuary, it is written the following expressions:
"you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it."
"on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest... 25 You shall do no customary work on it..."
"you shall do no manner of work
"It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; on the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath.”
Those Mosaic sabbaths were called "your sabbath", "it shall be to you a sabbath of solem rest" in contrast with the Weekly Sabbath of the Lord.
And almost at the end of the chapter, to make sure that nobody gets confused about the two sets of sabbaths, in verses 37 and 38, God Himself makes the distinction between the two:
"37 ‘These are the feasts of the Lord which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to the Lord, a burnt offering and a grain offering, a sacrifice and drink offerings, everything on its day - 38 besides the Sabbaths of the Lord, besides your gifts, besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings which you give to the Lord."

The 4th commandment is the lords day that the lord requires us to rest and spend a whole day with him as he stopped all work. When he died on the cross he still rested on his day the lords day and resurrected on the Sunday to start his work again. Plenty of scriptures in the new testament requiring us to still keep the lords day sabbath. Luke 23:56, acts 13:14, acts 16:13, acts 17:2, acts 18:4 is a one because you said that Sunday was the new lords day for the gentiles because Greeks are gentiles. Back in those days they collected the offerings on the first day not the sabbath or lords day. Matthew 7:22,23 this is on the last day. For those of use who continue to spread false doctrines and deceive the people, you will be in this group of Christians. Jesus said let no man deceive you.

The pharasee and sauducee we're adding all this other junk and making it impossible for people to do. Yeshua was accused of not keeping the Sabbath by their talmudic junk such as eating grains as they passed by them or healing a blind man. 0 Now there was a man named Joseph, from the Jewish town of Arimathea. He was a member of the council, a good and righteous man, 51 who had not consented to their decision and action; and he was looking for the kingdom of God. 52 This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. 53 Then he took it down and wrapped it in a linen shroud and laid him in a tomb cut in stone, where no one had ever yet been laid. 54 It was the day of Preparation, and the Sabbath was beginning.[g] 55 The women who had come with him from Galilee followed and saw the tomb and how his body was laid. 56 Then they returned and prepared spices and ointments.
Jesus died on Friday and even he rested on Sabbath and he rose on Sunday. Sunday is when you would talk about budget for the week and you would put something aside for tieth on Sabbath. So if we no longer have to keep the 4ht commandment do we no longer have to keep the rest of his commandments? Why only one of the commandments. Why dont we just get rid of the old testament all together.

Christ literally requested his apostles to recognize the Sabbath, after the resurrection.
I'm under the impression that we recognize the 10 commandments, even though they're part of the old covenant, because their importance is recognized in the New Testament. We do not recognize ceremonial law, and choose to opt for the moral law, excluding the Sabbath becuase it is literally the 4th commandment. There's only two verses in all of scripture that potentially downplay the importance of the Sabbath (and you stated both). There's literally two dozens verses in scripture that request we acknowledge the Sabbath, and keep it holy. Its even recognized in Revelation as Gods seal, and commitment to us. I'm not attacking you, I just have a really difficult time understanding your argument.
Why not mention the Papacy changing the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday? This is currently the Churches opinion on the Sabbath: "Deny the authority of the church and you have no adequate or reasonable explanation or justification for the substitution of the Sunday for that Saturday in the third- Protestant fourth- commandment of God. The church is above the bible, and this transference of observation is proof of that fact. If Protestants would follow the Bible, they would worship God in the Sabbath day. In keeping that Sunday they are following the law of the Catholic church."

Day of atonement feast on 10 day of seventh month was celebrations from evening to another evening and also called it Sabbath day.-Leviticus 23:26-32 . It is a feast part of ceremonial law written in mosaic law by Moses himself and gave it to levi priest then command to keep it besides the ark before his dead- Deuteronomy 31:9,24-26. Also these celebrations were called Sabbaths - Exodus 31:12
Seventh day Sabbath was known before sin God Rested on Sabbath , blessed it and hollowed it- Genesis 2:1-3.
Seventh day Sabbath was a part of among ten commandments- Exodus 20:8.
It was inscribed by finger of God on two tablets of stone at Mount Sinai and gave it to Moses.-Exodus 31:14-18.
The ten commandments or testimony or two tablets of stone put in the ark.- Exodus 25:16. There was the ark in the Temple of heaven saw by john.- Revelation 11:19.

Why is the Sabbath Commandment Not Repeated in the New Testament?
Some people believe that, since the Sabbath commandment isn't explicitly repeated in the New Testament, it is no longer binding. But is this true?
The Sabbath commandment did not have to be repeated in the New Testament, simply because the people to whom Jesus Christ and the apostles preached would never have imagined that it needed to be repeated!
The Scriptures that would later be called the Old Testament were their Bible, their guide for living (Romans 15:4).
Paul described them as being "given by inspiration of God, and . . . profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
    The Holy
Scriptures clearly commanded them to keep the Sabbath, and the common people accepted that as God's inspired instruction.
Jesus Christ and the apostles lived and taught in a Sabbath-keeping society. Jesus' confrontations with the Pharisees were over how to observe the Sabbath, never over whether to observe it.
When the apostles took their message beyond the confines of Judea, Sabbath observance was well known in other parts of the Roman Empire. Notice, for example, what the Jewish historian Flavius Josephus, writing during the New Testament period, said: "The multitude of mankind itself have had a great inclination for a long time to follow our religious observances; for there is not any city of the Grecians, nor any of the barbarians, nor any nation whatsoever, whither our custom of resting on the seventh day hath not come . . . As God himself pervades all the world, so hath our law passed through all the world also" (Against Apion, Book 2, chap. 40).
The examples of Jesus and the apostles confirm that they believed in and obeyed all of the Ten Commandments.
Throughout the book of Acts-written by Luke, a gentile -the Sabbath and the annual Sabbaths described in Leviticus 23 are mentioned quite routinely (Acts 13:14, 42, 44; 16:13; 17:2; 18:4, 21; 20:6, 16; 27:9). Whether to observe them simply wasn't a question.

4:04 I would like to correct this. You don’t actually see in the New Testament a repeated view being “The Lord’s Day”. There is no place where the first day of the week is referred to as “The Lord’s Day”. To see this view in Revelation 1:10 is to read into the text a tradition that is more recently established than when the book of revelation was written.
John is a Jew. He is speaking in Jewish terms. John saying, “The Lord’s Day” is the same as if he were saying “in the Day of the Lord.”
"the Day of the Lord," the time of the coming destruction that climaxes in the return of Christ.
    Consider Isaiah 13:6, 9; Joel 1:15; 2:1, 11, 31; Amos 5:18; etc as examples of this.
The Lord’s Day in revelation is John referring to what Revelation is about… the Day of the Lord. See how that works out? John never refers to it as the first day of the week and the Bible never refers to the first day of the week as the Lords Day.

No matter how much you will search in the Bible for the word COVENANT (referring to the OLD covenant) you will ONLY find verses saying about things (such as the ark OF THE Covenant, the tablets OF THE ten commandments, the words written on the two stone tablets are called as words OF THE covenant, the blood of animals or the blood of Jesus are called the blood OF THE covenant) etc…
ALL these are NOT the covenant because they are only OF THE the covenant given in Exodus 31:16 the seventh day Sabbath as being the only perpetual covenant:
Exodus 31:16 The children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, celebrating it, they and their descendants AS everlasting covenant.
Hebrews 8:13 In that He saith, A NEW covenant, He hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old IS READY TO vanish away.
Hebrews 8:13 makes it clear that the OLD covenant (Exodus 31:16) is still active (which means that is still not abolished).
But the OLD covenant (the seventh day Sabbath given in Exodus 31:16 AS covenant is still active in Hebrews 8:13 which means that the Sabbath is till AS covenant until beginning with Isaiah 66:23 WILL CONTINUE forever but NOT anymore AS covenant=AS convention=AS condition of salvation because being already in heaven CANNOT exist anymore ANY condition of salvation=AS covenant.
Like in a marriage which you started with the covenant, making clearly that only being forever loyal will last the marriage forever.
Don't be fooled by the teachers who twist everything to put into your head that EVERYTHING in the Old Testament is the OLD covenant.
No matter how much they will search in the Old Testament they will ONLY find verses about things OF THE covenant which given in Exodus 31:16 and nothing else AS covenant to be mentioned also in Hebrews 8:13 and to give in Rev 11:19 the name of His ark to be called as ark OF His covenant in Rev 11:19(Hebr 9:4) which will be made as highly visible in Rev 11:19 to fulfill Matthew 24:30 showing YOU HIS SIGN(Exodus 31:13,17 Ezekiel 20:12,20).
In Matthew 24:30 Rev 11:19 only SEEING the seventh day Sabbath as HIS SIGN(Exodus 31:13,17 Ezekiel 20:12,20) can make the whole SUNday world to MOURN in Matthew 24:30 when the ark OF THE covenant will be open in Rev 11:19.
Cannot exist any other verse in the Bible to explain Matthew 24:30(Rev 11:19).
SUNday worshippers will be forever and ever in impossibility to explain Matthew 24:30.
SUNday Sun’s day worshippers are going astray by not being able to see the whole creation and the whole Bible given FOR the Sabbath.

Why don’t we translate the Lord’s Day in Revelation 1:10 as the Day of the Lord as the rest of the Bible talks about being a day of darkness and destruction? What I find interesting with this is what I would think would be an obvious link. Revelation 1:10 says: “I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,”. Revelation 4:2 says: “And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.” This is very similar wording here. If we consider the rest of the book of Revelation, it seems clear the John was in the spirit on the coming day of death, destruction, and darkness that the rest Bible calls the Day of the Lord.
John only uses the phrase “the Lord’s Day” once in the Bible. He never says, “The Day of the Lord”. It would behoove us to be careful setting precedence from one reference of a phrase that doesn’t necessarily define itself as we define it.
Jesus rose on the day of First Fruits. This day is always the first day of the week. This comes straight from Moses. It’s the first day of the week within the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is always 7 days long. It will always occur every feast. This wasn’t about changing the Sabbath. It was about Jesus being our Passover Lamb and our First Fruits offering. Interestingly Jesus technically rose what we would call Saturday night. The day starts, according to the Bible, at sunset. Jesus was three day and three nights in the tomb. He wasn’t there 3 days and 4 nights. He didn’t rise at sunrise. He would have risen after three whole days and nights. If He was in the tomb just before, or even at the start of the High Sabbath (the first day of Unleavened Bread) at sunset, three 3 days and 3 nights would have Him easily rising at sundown at the beginning of the day of First Fruits.
Revelation 1:10 is not talking about what we in modern times call Sunday.

I do see some potential flaws in your view. If someone decided to fast all week and said they do not want to eat or drink the communion, should they not drink and eat it on the Lord's Day? Also, if John said the Lord's Day without having to explain it, it was well known by the church even though there are little to no mention of it in the New Testament. The way I see it is, if the Sabbath was just a sign and seal, like unto circumcision, it is optional to follow it (as long as you do not think it saves you). But if it is truly a part of the moral law that was known by Adam to be obeyed when his nature was untainted by sin, then we should obey the Sabbath. I have thought in the past that because Jesus taught about the Sabbath, we should follow, but this too has a flaw. Jesus taught the lepers to go to the priests as said in the law of Moses. Jesus was also circumcised to keep the Abrahamic Covenant, rode into town on a donkey according to the Davidic Covenant, and therefore should not be surprising that He taught how to keep the sign of the Mosaic Covenant in order to prove that He fulfilled each Covenant perfectly. With this logic though, I am still having trouble. Please pray for me to know how to keep the Lord's Day.

Nowhere in this chapter where it says Sunday or Seventh day Sabbath..
This is y we have to use the principle of Bible reading in:
Isa 28:10 ”For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:”
& it has to go according to the “..Law & the Testimony..” Isa 8:20!!
“Seventh Day Sabbath” have been Blessed & sanctified(make it Holy for Religious use) by God and not man at creation and it will be in the New earth:
    Isa 66:22!!

WHERE in the Bible does it use the term "Christian Sabbath"? That is ADDING to Scripture.
There is only ONE DAY in the whole of the Bible, including the New Testament, that God and Yeshua call the "Sabbath," and that is the 7th day at the end of the week AFTER six days' labour, not the first day of the (working) week or "Sun"-day, named after the "sun," but not the "Son."

There are three sections to the Mosaic Covanent.. Shabbat is one of the 10 which Ecclesiastes or Kohelete says is for Cal Hadam which means all mankind. It is actually impossible for a man to do all the commandments for a few reasons. Some are only for woman to keep, others for priesrs, others for men, others for only when the temple is standing, others for only in the land of Israel. Yeshua didnt do all 613 whoch are commands, mishpatim/ Rulings, judgments. The sabbath was given way before the Mosaic Law.. The sad thing is that the misinterpertation of Pauls writings Contridict themselves under Greek Ideology because the language doesnt distinguish. Example (Elohim, YHVH, and adonai. Hebrew. Greek just says G-D or Lord. The Exodus 20 Mitvot law is different then the Mishpatim in the next couple chapters.... But the new testament doesnt destinguish these things. This is a big error on christian part from Roman thinking. Becoming like Yeshua is literally reflecting the commandments perfectly

The Saviour, as a man, kept all the Commandments of God; had He not, He would not have been an acceptable sacrifice (without spot or blemish)... Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect...go and sin no-more , lest a worse thing happen...with man nothing is possible, but with God all things are possible...

Christ said if you love me you will keep my Commandments. Because the followers of Christ met on Sunday was because they couldn't work on Saturday. And as a matter of fact they worship through the whole week. The evil Roman Church change this an 1894 I do believe to worship on Sunday, day the Sun. In most other language besides English the 7th day translates to Sabbath day not Saturn day. We might as well break that commandment because it doesn't mean anything right?

Jesus was accused of breaking the Sabbath it was questionable what he was doing by different interpretation also he overturned the money tables which got him crucified whether he did that on purpose or not I don't know because he also got mad at the fig tree for no good reason but then tried to say it was a teaching moment in addition he turned water into wine unnecessarily just to please his mother against his better judgment

The 7th day Sabbath is the Lord's day. There's only one true faith, Eph. 4;4-6. Which would be those who keep the 10 commandments including the Sabbath just like the early church. Fulfilling the law does not mean it's done away with as it clearly says he did not come to destroy it. Romans 3:31 The law is not void. All through the book of Acts you'll see they kept the 7th day. Noone ever kept Sunday. We should never teach others to break any of the commandments. Matthew 5:19-20.

This video has many things to comment on but I'm sure I'll miss some...
The 10 Commandments are not finished. They were IN the ark of the covenant that lasts forever. The ordinances and feasts days/yearly Sabbaths are finished. That is what he was saying was a shadow of what's to come. Ie Jesus being the last Passover.
God made sure to write REMEMBER the Sabbath, as it's the only one that starts this way, because He knew they would change His day and we would forget. He wants us to remember His seventh day Sabbath, which was sanctified since creation, and keep it Holy. This is His seal. "The Lord's day" Sunday is the antichrist's day for Satan and even call it their MARK of authority!
They met on Sundays, not to make it a Sabbath but to hide and plan in secret. Yes they worshipped but we should Worship God every day.
    God never changes. Period.
Many of these verses are taken out of context.
Please pray, study, then pray again. Every time you open that Bible. Please open the Bible for yourselves and ask God to show you the truth and it's right there.
Sabbath Blessings, have a blessed one.

Was the earth, the heavens, and the seas made only for the people of Israel, or was it made for the whole world? In the same way, the Sabbath was made and left for the whole world. You shall not add or take away anything from the word of God.
Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Mat 5:17
because Abraham obeyed me and did everything I required of him, keeping my commands, my decrees and my instructions. Gen 26:5 (Abraham keep the Sabbath before the teen commands and before israel)
25 “Eat it today,” Moses said, “because today is a sabbath to the Lord. You will not find any of it on the ground today. 26 Six days you are to gather it, but on the seventh day, the Sabbath, there will not be any.”
27 Nevertheless, some of the people went out on the seventh day to gather it, but they found none. 28 Then the Lord said to Moses, “How long will you[c] refuse to keep my commands and my instructions? 29 Bear in mind that the Lord has given you the Sabbath; that is why on the sixth day he gives you bread for two days. Everyone is to stay where they are on the seventh day; no one is to go out.” 30 So the people rested on the seventh day. Exod. 16:25-30 (before the teen commandments, before Sinai)
For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. James 2:10
Let us not forget that the Sabbath was instituted even before sin entered the world; it was not only blessed by God but also sanctified. What other day in the Bible holds such importance for God?
I cannot find a single hint anywhere in the entire Bible that says, 'Brethren, now there are only 9 commandments; God has changed His mind about the Sabbath.' Never, ever should we put false words in God's Word.
Jesus left us the Lord's Supper to remember Him, and through baptism, we are baptized into His death and resurrection.
    Mark 7:7-9
These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
    7 They worship me in vain;
their teachings are merely human rules.’
8 You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to human traditions.”
9 And he continued, “You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!
    Jeremiah 6:10,16
10 To whom can I speak and give warning?
    Who will listen to me?
    Their ears are closed
    so they cannot hear.
    The word of the Lord is offensive to them;
they find no pleasure in it.
16 This is what the Lord says:
    “Stand at the crossroads and look;
    ask for the ancient paths,
ask where the good way is, and walk in it,
and you will find rest for your souls.
But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
Anyway, tell me, what logic is there in the fact that Jesus kept the Sabbath, the apostles kept the Sabbath, that the apostle Paul went to the synagogue on the Sabbath as was his custom, and that the early Christians kept the Sabbath until around 100 A.D., only for some to gradually decide to change it to Sunday and, eventually, through a council, officially change it from Saturday to Sunday? It wasn't God, it wasn't Jesus Christ, it wasn't the apostles or Paul; it was a council. In the Bible, things are clear-God is not a God of confusion. 'He does nothing without revealing it to His servants the prophets.
This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. 3 In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome. 1 John 5: 2-3
It's not only about one day, it's a symbol, it's the sign of God, his sealing, his perfect plan concluded. It is not just about the day, is HIS day because he take that day as a symbol for all the eternity, like the " cherry on the cake" the way that God chose to be, and he decided this even before the creation, like all the things, God's plans are perfectly thought out in detail even before they are made, transcending our traditions or understandings.
How we can still keep changing God words, trying to be God in the place of God?
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Rev. 14:12
God bless you all my brothers, love you ❤

The Lord's day is not referring to Sunday but judgement day the sabbath is not a mosaic law but one of the ten commandments (eternal law of God) Jesus made sure we kept the sabbath (Saturday) not Sunday(a common working day). Catholic church changed the sabbath to Sunday which why most protestants keep Sunday not based on scripture but on tradition of man.

Dear all Sabbath is a perpetual covenant which is to be kept by the israelites the new covenant was made not with the gentiles but with the house of judah and the house of israel. We gentiles are grafted into the house of israel and became parttakers citizens of israel.
    Colossians 2:16-17
16 So let no one (U)judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a [j]festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 (V)which are a shadow of things to come, but the [k]substance is of Christ
👆 this is the epistle to the colosses who were pagans who had their own customs traditions holy days according to doctrines of men. But now through one of paul's disciple (see colossians 1) they have come to christ and have become believers of christ.
Therefore he is saying to the believers that do not let anyone judge you because you have stopped eating unclean foods (swine, dog, cat, vultures, crows, snake meat etc as I did before I became a believer as it was my tradition) or stopped drinking alcohol or the likes, started observing the feast of the Lord (passover, unleavened bread, feast of first fruits, pentecost, feast of trumpets, day of atonement, feast of tabernacles or booths) or the moon cycles to know the seasons (today we follow solar cycles gregorian calendar)or the sabbaths which lord our God made it Holy.
Remember what Jesus said, in mathews 5-
17 (X)“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, (Y)till heaven and earth pass away, one [b]jot or one [c]tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19 (Z)Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven
THEREFORE IT IS ONLY THROUGH FAITH WITH TRUE REPENTENCE AND OBEDIENCE TO HIM IN TRUTH AND BY GRACE ONLY THAT WE ARE SAVED.
    AMEN

To answer what you said >>>>> 1 John 3:4
“Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”
King James Version (KJV) Jesus Never sinned against any of God's laws so he never once ever sinned. >>>>>> Matthew 5:17
14Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 17Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. ( Have Heaven and Earth passed yet ???? ) .... keep in mind that Yahshua will once more return during the last days, so the new Heaven and Earth is not yet taken place. >>>> So what do Jesus ( Yahshua ) do on the sabbath day, he only observed it by helping others, healing others and praying for other's. He was teaching his followers how to observe the sabbath day as he did which is helping out your fellow man. Remember his followers where starving because they where running low on food supply and didn't haven't eaten for what seemed like months, what Jesus did is like someone giving a homeless man food on the sabbath day. God want's us to follow his commandments but he also wants us to help others also, he doesn't want us to starve our bodies but have as much food in our bodies as possible so we won't starve on his special day. Read the Bible the correct way from precept to precept... here a little and there a little... line from line.

I really appreciate you brother... without going far from your point of view that is clearly biblical.
      >] John 7:16 (kvj) : Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent; Therefore digging in is very important and having the revelation of the one who give us his doctrine( Holly Spirit) will be better.
      Again >]John 7:22-23.
On this scripture, I join you brother, Helping people is an act of fulfilling the Sabbath. For in that day, we are worshipping God, giving him glory (in other words "Rest"). So to help your bother = giving to God (
Going deeper: healing = salvation (it's by faith that we are receiving from God including the Healing therefore whosoever has received healing, in his soul salvation has taken place by faith (because if you believe you have faith in God the one who heal) :
      # that's mean Jesus was bringing people unto Salvation ( by healing them= believing in Jesus =faith). That was lawful not breaking the law but fulfil as you has said.
      >>>Now Colossians 2:16-17. I really appreciate again your teaching so I would like add something :
I focus on the fact that Paul said " Let no man therefore juge you". And you said something shift at that point... That's true. But I think that the shifting was the grace unto Jesus Christ applied now to the law. Because in the law no Sabbath =death=judgement. But in grace no Sabbath =no jugement=no death.
But don't forget...if someone doesn't observe the Sabbath he is loosing the blessings coming with, even today and forever.
      >>>>Luke 11:9-13
Ask it shall be given you... Don't put far the advices of the Holly Spirit... He will show you mysteries that can even shock you. Just ask simple question to God, # is it Sunday or Saturday? He will answer you believe me# without telling you which day is right.
Love you brother... May Jesus Grace be fully upon you.

Brother one can't have the Holy Spirit with out being reborn and you know that the Bible teaches us that only those who possess the spirit of truth are those who do his will, his commandments are his will, the bible even says what can we do in order to make it into the kingdom of God and Jesus said if ye want to make it into the new kingdom do the father's commandments. One can't go back to a life of sin, the bible says God listens not to sinners, can you just imagen a drunk that keeps running over innocent people saying please forgive me but keeps doing the same thing over and over again or someone who keeps eating pork when it's scientifically proven that pork is very high in sodium which causes heart attack, stroke, diabetes, obesity, bad dreams, fatty liver, bacteria that eat's away at brain cells, ect. . not following any of his commandments and expect to get answers from the spirit of truth ( the ruacḥ ) of course there are those born with the spirit but the bible also says it's not in everyone, even the flesh can take over and make one believe it's God talking to them Jeremiah 17:9
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
King James Version (KJV) that's why Jesus said think not from the heart but by the mind, the holy spirit is written on the spirit of the mind but in order to recieve it one must be reborn and do the father's will ( commandments which sin is the congregation of the law ) . Only a few selected individuals have this gift ( the lost sheep who Yahshua is coming back to save and bring to the 12 gates ) But of course with every great power comes a great responsibility. Some can use that power to do harm if their doing it in their own way and not keeping any of God's laws, yes harm towards others with such wicked things as the old ways of making animal sacrifices and mixing animal blood with milk and honey, no matter if they know it or not to be wrong celebrating wicked holidays that has nothing to do with true biblical holidays , ect. These people born with this unique gift jump up and down in churches and speak in tongues that sound African, ya didn't you know that it's actually documented that all the slaves sold in the black atlantic slave trade all spoke the original Paleo Hebrew Language and the true Africans selling them off to the Jew-ish ( ish ) people called them "HEEBOES SLAVES" which translates to Hebrew Slaves. But of course everyone will be judge in the end, even some of us won't make it, only a selective few will make it with some of the other nations joining us but God will make them work for us to help rebuild what they've destroyed and Jesus ( Yahuah ) will be the ruler of the new heavens and the new earth and there will be no more violence, crimes, racism, wars, same sex marriages, wiccan halliday celebrations, porn, theft of land with blood shed, ect. >>>>> 1 John 2:15

Are the ten commandments, including the fourth commandment of keeping the Sabbath of the Lord that God Himself wrote twice with His own finger part of the Mosaic Law? Both laws have Sabbaths. And yet there is a huge difference between the two. The Sabbaths of the Mosaic Law are different from the Weekly Sabbath of the Lord of the 4th Commandment of the Ten commandments. The Weekly Sabbath of the 4th commandment has never been part of the Mosaic Law. In Colossians 2 and Romans 14, when we read the context of those passages, it is ONLY referring to the Sabbaths of the Mosaic Law. You are unfortunately missing this huge distinction. How come?
