  • There are certain exercises that can be done to have a stronger back & control back pain. Some exercises are to be done only after consulting the doctor regarding the back pain, and after consultation based on the reports, a person should follow the exercises.
    Dr. Vikas Mathur, Senior Physiotherapist at Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Jaipur shared much-needed exercises for back pain issues, and also shared the advantages of the exercises.

    Mera bahut dino se bick pen tha lekin aaj 28.6.20.24 ko subh me bahut ziyada dard tha maine sir ki vidio dekh kar exercise kiya turant acha hua mai sar ko dill se dua deta hun

    Sir mera kamar mey bahut darat hota hai lumbar joined mey x-ray kiye the report normal Aiya tha
    Lekin mujhe lagra Sayed Lumbar puncture L2,L3 me kuch problem hai .ye exercises karange to thik ho jaiga na sir plz bataye 🙏
