    Dr. I am a ckd patient stage 3 with creatinine at 1.5 or 1.6. how much protein I can take and what type of protein is suitable for people like me. Kindly enlighten us because we too want to lose weight but not able to. Doctors like you only should be able to guide for weight loss journey

      Plant based protein is best for u but your protein intake should be less than required allowance for u it's around like .4grams/kg/day

      Olive oil is the best of all but it shouldn't be added but once heated it becomes a poison so we need to be aware of that

    But your Tamil is so pure that I can understand 80 percent of it.
    Your posts are very good with facts and good intellectual content. I love it.
    Nevertheless my suggestion is to spend a little on a good video editor and add more animation or pictorial in your presentation when discussing scientific facts. Especially when you said i will side by side compare Paneer and Tofu I was expecting a good graphic of panner and tofu graphics
    I am a follower of Dr Pal also , he takes a more comic route. But you don't have to, yours is more direct to fact route

      It differs from person to person. If u are an athlete and doing gym goers means then your daily protein intake should be around 1.3gms/kg/day

    Dr enaku oru doubt. Beef organs sapudradhu nalladhu becoz it contains nutrients. Same like organs beef glands sapdalama like thymus, thyroid, adrenal etc.

      Give them normal milk .. plain milk is good enough and multivitamin is not needed in that age

      Allergy is to the sugar lactose , not proteins or fat so that will not help .

    Not a problem though....but the fact is milk is a non-veg product as it contains animal fat. The vegetarians who consume milk in their diet are called Lacto-Vegetarians.
