Yes, me and my family loves this. Try below recipe too. 1. Tempeh/soya chunks white veg kurma(i normally avoid masala and adds coconut ground with greenchilli and jeera). It's healthy and really tasty. Goes well with jeera rice, chapati , dosa. 2. Try palak, onion and tofu suffed paratha.

Pakka thile irukka sweet stand ... ❤ If you sprinkle little bit water on the tofu/paneer after putting it over the vegetables, it would remain moist. Priya akka, why don't you start a cookery channel...simple recipes loaded with protein and fibre... Gut friendly. Willbe very useful for ppl like us.

Im non veg but i love tofu better than paneer I would have either egg bhurji or tofu burji Some of these vegan options from east asia, south india and Mediterranean are stomach friendly even for meat eaters ( i cannot eat dairy items much)

Only handwash with scrub. No soap. Regular procedure of boiling milk but it needs to be little bit warmer than normal before u add culture. Wrap with cloth and place in dry humid place, it takes vetween 6-12 hrs based on country to ferment
