Also, Mark beautifully said about women disconnecting from their intuition and how important reconnection is for raising them up in their power 👏

When Mark talks about the woman whose dude is ambivalent, is proof that she’s ambivalent, thats 💯 true. Chasing unavailable people keeps us “safe” and unavailable partners show us how we continue to abandon ourselves for external validation.

That part about women and social media is absolutely on point. That’s why I left social media, because if I posted something that was meaningful to me, very few people “liked” it. But if i posted a picture of my face, man, the response was immediate and astronomical in comparison. Ppl didn’t care if I was trying to communicate something of value but they cared about my looks…

Where do you find is a good place for your self-expression? for the things you'd like to communicate?

@@markgroves I currently hold a position in an organization where my experience and knowledge is valued. I also tend to attract friendships who are interested in those things as well. I now value more quality over quantity and don’t mind sharing myself with a smaller group of people.

Very interesting conversation. Oddly enough I have listened to “him” several times, and was not surprised at thinking it was him, then confirming the allegation.
I have worked with a coach, and her philosophy is to look at and heal your own trauma, and take ownership of your role in relationships. Raise your standards, have good boundaries, and emotional intelligence.
This is simply my opinion, but I believe too many people do not do the aforementioned work needed by so many of us. It is not about blame, but lack on the part of parents, myself included. It can be painful to look at, and work through our own issues. However, certainly very freeing to become kinder, loving humans responsible for our happiness and health, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I love her passion for truth .❤.. I appreciate you and so many people need to hear this message. The world would be so much better if people would take personal responsibility for our own lives.
