  • What do you want to see more of? It could be more Installs, drifting, technical stuff, etc.
    This should help people learn how to install most in tank fuel pumps.

    This is the best method I’ve ever seen! Very strong and leak free connections for the new pump. I’ve seen people making videos of them trying to de-pin the hanger to run thicker cables and epoxy them in and it’s super cringe and asking for leaks lol!
    The one thing I’m going to do different is use serrated hardware which should prevent the nut or bolt from spinning and coming loose!! Or a locknut with the plastic insert types.
    also because I know the universe is out to get me lately and the unthinkable problems keep coming my way 😂 I would use heat shrink tubing over the connections made inside the Hangar as a security measure!! Just to help me sleep better at night, I would need a second line of defense to prevent the possibility of a short occurring and put some shrink over those exposed crimps and if your extra paranoid like myself then I would also cover those contacts with some liquid electrical tape 😂
    but awesome video bro! No one else on TH-cam has a better tutorial explanation 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    J30R9 is the hose you want(says right on the hose), most part stores still sell non-ethanol friendly fuel hose, always gotta hit up a few places around here to find the stuff. The relay n larger wire upgrade use to be called the Hotwire mod, some places use to sell a premade Hotwire Kit for the cars I messed with.

    Great guide. Woulda been VERY useful two days ago when my original 28 year old fuel pump decided to die on me while i was on a… safe and responsible weekend drive through the mountains.

    Hey make sure to use a fuse on that relay straight electrical connections with out having a fuse gets sketchy

    Why no solder?

      The solder joint can crack due to all the vibrations and such

      Solder isn't the best for automotive electronics, crimps are better as they han handle more movement

    ---- I don't cut that corrugated hose with a blade, it's so hard it scores the nipple,and it won't seal; i give it a little heat with the heat gun,it pulls right off; re-heat to push it back on;
    edit: you may think fast is good,but it is actually annoying, jumping around with the camera and with cuts like that,
    --- WE can't learn much like that º.º
