I was trying to explain to my 95- year- old grandmother how digital art and drawing works (she was having a difficult time understanding the concept on drawing on a surface without ink or paint and how "drawing on a computer" worked in general, especially when it came to the use of color and how that worked "inside" a computer), so I pulled up this video and used it to better explain what I was trying (and somewhat failing) to communicate verbally. Seeing the pen in action and how you picked the colors really helped her a lot, and the whole time she kept exclaiming, "She is really, really good!" She was an art major in college and was just fascinated with the whole process, as digital art really is a whole medium in and of itself that she didn't have growing up (which as a Gen-Z is a bit of a surreal concept haha). She especially loved your shading, btw 😊 Just thought I'd share that and say thanks for the great video. My Grandma and I really enjoyed it ❤️
🥹🥹💕💕 This is one of the most wholesome things I have ever read! Thank you so much for sharing this adorable story! I am not sure if i know what you mean byt a close-up drawing?
@@Rinspiritart by close up drawings, I meant like the face anatomy and the detailing. How to do that?
this is so cool i used to use this app
The pressure curve is a custom setting for each brush
clipping is under the layer menu blending options alpha or inverse alpha
Tysm it’s better than the tutorial ❤I follow you now 😊
im still usin this app
I found out about the app when they gave me the school tablet, and it's only now that I remember the returned app xd

You don’t think you can make great art in sketchbook? Yet you literally just killed it in the video……
Hello , I am new to digital drawing,so can you guide me how to start.
This one was grate

Its diff on mobile but Stylists still work

❤❤❤❤😊😊
Lets see if this is first....
Give suggestions to draw like u
Man this is not the video to learn from what the heck even is alpha locking?
It's a tiny lock down on the layer
Alpha lock means that you can’t draw on transparent areas of a layer.
I thought you did try this app already
I mean, not autodesk anymore but yeah
Maybe I should make an Autodesk Sketchbook walkthrough on my Channel XD this program is so misunderstand 🥲 I use it on daily basis & it's perfectly fine for me🤲💐
