As an indentured boilermaker that spent a decade doing pipework i have nothing but respect for your work mate. The shrinkage is the hardest part and your all over it. Kudos to you master fabricator. Anyone in the US would do well to contract you to build there manifolds. From a very impressed Australian 👍👍👍👍👍

Can you post a video of your water cooler set up on your touch? an is it necessary to have to welded up one of those manifolds in a timely mater? meaning you can weld one runner with out burning your hand. an also where do you buy your tubing from?

Your Welds are very shiney. I work with AISI 321 and its not so shiney. When i work with AISI 304 it look like yours but i don‘t use this for manifolds. What Material do you use? Regards from Germany.🤘

Do you take special requests for manifolds because I have an Audi A4 1.8t b6 and want a t25 t28 manifold
I paid $800 for a damn PLM top mount turbo manifold and 3" downpipe and had to have the 4 bolt flange cut off of the downpipe and a v-band welded on, as well as a 2 bolt 38mm wastegate flange welded onto the manifold and it's nice, but I wish I would've just had you make me one because your manifolds are just beautiful. They're art brother. I kick myself all the time for that shit.

How do you know which runner goes to which collector? Is there an actual science behind it or just what ever works?
It would matter if the runners were equal length and it was a 4-2-1. Most fabricators are just winging the primary length, it wouldnt be economical for them to design manifolds that are if they are constantly making new manifolds for different cars, which is *okay* since it's a boosted application. There's a bit of efficiency being left on the table for sure though.
