Yo hayden there is this product called solar Flux type B. It's supposedly an alternate to back purging. Was wondering if you could test it and give a review on it.
hey man i was wondering why wouldnt you give a small 1/8th inch gap or so when you tack and fit these up like you would for a regular high pressure pipe weld? i understand you would need at least a second pass to fully cap it and it would take a little longer to produce them but youd have a reall through and through root pass. overkill for a manifold?

Schedule 10 ss 90 elbows probly 308 filler wire and a monster 16 cup wich i feel migh be over kill that cup is for long runs or titanium i would use a 12 to save on gas
