I suspect that as you go you end p haveing to cut the tacks, weld the runner off of the jig and then weld the ends back on or something... I want to see how you do that, if your last welds are to go the whole way around the collector how you get in there... That would make a great video that people would watch and refrence.
Just one question never welded manifold yet but I’m going to, and the question is do the “CLAMPED”flanges warp once they welded ?? How to prevent it ? Let it warp and skim excess off ?

I'm a noob, but what's the purpose of bevelling the pipe? Is it so that your weld can essentially "fill" the void? Also, how do you get to the inside welds of the collector? I feel like it's so tight in there.
Tyler Ginevan allows for filler metal to get down in there for good penetration and keeps it smoother on the inside when done right. Also can help keep the heat down, since edges melt easier. Just basically for a better weld.

Gently squeeze the pipe in a vice to make it oval. Will give you a lot better fit up on the manifold flange.
