I like the way you explain and the reasoning you use when creating a project to show us. You explain well while being fun, and unique. Enjoy your content ✌️
The measure of a perfect headband is that it does not "squeeze my brain out of my nose"! 😂 Love that so much. Thank you for a realistic tutorial that's actually accomplishable! Using the factory edge as the "pretty" front is brilliant.
I have made a few headbands in the past but never quite got the measurements right. So thank you so much for sharing your video Katie 🙏 I enjoy all of your thoughtful content ❤ and you do make me laugh 😄
perfect timing. I am going from spikey short hair, back to long. I am in that gawd awful stage. Too short for a pony tail, I despise pressure on my head, so most head bands SUCK, and I cant stand my hair in my face. You may have saved me from shame, tears, and total frustration... and a temper tantrum with scissors. WHEW!!!!
Unreal thanku so much..i have the hardest time tying my bandanas as my head is pretty lil lol and theres lots of material left over. I can never tie it tight enough to keep it to stay on grrr.. Having thin hair i end up putting bobby pins in but they usually pull my hair and that hurts my scalp 🙄😬😤 Thanks again ❤
Do they slide off the top of your head or up the nape of your neck? I'm wondering if that rubberized non-slip stuff you find on some stockings or shape wear along the edge would help it stay put. With curly hair I imagine you wouldn't want to use a rougher fabric like terry cloth because it could cause frizz, but that may grip a little better than smoother fabrics.
If you make your own headband, get it on instagram and tag me @katie.makesstuff!!

Having Fibromyalgia my head is super sensitive, this will be a great alternative, thanku so much ❤
You are SO welcome! I hope you're able to find even the smallest amount of relief.

Most of my favorite things are measured solely on vibes rather than numbers. 🤣
I just found you when I found your Cheapy to Creepy episode and I loved it so yeah you got another subscriber!
Yay!! And thank you! Creepy season is coming and I'm EXCITED!
Me too lol 😅
So cool and it’s so easy to follow, I hate things on my head i expect it’s an ADHD thing, so I don’t bother usually but I am tempted to try this xx

This is great Katie! The possibilities are endless
I may or may not have a dozen headbands now...and zero headaches from them!!

Oh I hope so!! I can't stand pressure on my head and I figured others were like me!
Nicely done Katie.🙃☺
Thank you! 😁
will definitely try that
Hmmm... Haven't tried that design. Might work well for me. Thanks!
That would be really nice made out of cotton to soak up sweat. An old T-shirt might do the trick.
100% percent! I've got some jersey sitting around for headbands
Nice!
Thank you!!
Cute 💕

You're so welcome! I hope your poor head is able to find some relief!
😂"And not... squeeze my brain out of my nose"
I have a sz 6 1/2 head sz but I have very naturally curly hair so those kind never stay on my head. Do you have any advice how I can make them stay

Why not just use white thread they it won’t matter if it turns inside out😊
Mainly so it showed up on camera. But also that edge is usually at the back of my head, and what's on the back of my head is no longer my business 😂
