I rode in it this weekend. Top-notch work! I can’t stress enough of how great the ride quality is. That suspension set-up and tuning is flat-out amazing.
Good point, I'm thinking the air pressure will push/pop it out if you can get your hands in there to push it? It does look like a tight squeeze for fat fingered folk. also, I have an air chuck plug in the coupler to keep debris out of there.

Just when I think I'm too old to be wowed, something like this comes along. WOW! I won't give up my 80 for it but it sure does give me pause. haha
Like you will never get rid of my 80 but this 200 (or any 200/100) would sure be a nice smooth ride on the highway and forest roads.
Appreciate the clean build, nicely done!
Jason great designed 200 series as as always.
Thanks David it shares a lot in common to yours
Is that a two or three inch lift?
2.5-3
The aircuck door is a good idea but how do you uncouple the hose once it is in? Looks like you couldn't get your fingers back there to do it.

There is plenty of room much more than it looks in the video. Wits end pacifier chuck plug to keep stuff out
Is that access door on the bumper standard or did y'all add that?
Standard
