    If you place a small paper towel into the top of the eggs before you put the yellow part with the holes on it will soak up the liquid and make it to where the egg will be all the same color.

    I think for the last gadget, you're supposed to push it down so that the soup overflows out of the yellow filter's holes. This way it might cover the entire egg instead of leaving a white spot. I think...not entirely sure.

    I love your gadget videos! My own favorite way to make seasoned eggs of whatever kind is to put them in a plastic zipper bag then hang them off a refrigerator shelf or rack with a binder clip. I can use far less marinade that way!

  • @Jeni10

    That shaker jar, I have long done that with the back of a teaspoon, smack8ng the shell all over until it’s covered in tiny pieces pf shell, then I peel it in a bowl of cold water, which gets under the membrane and helps to lift it off cleanly.

    if you add the cold egg into boiling water and dip it in a bowl of cold water when its done cooking, you can peel the shell off super easily without the gadget

  • @TwiSteDCBloSsoM
    @TwiSteDCBloSsoM 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    The first one, I found something in America like it at a World Market and it was called a froap. It was marketed to be a fried yet poached egg to use less oil. I haven't gotten mine to work to nicely yet...
    The egg peeler, the American version I got as a gift also said to add a little bit of water to the bottom before shaking to crack the egg for peeling.
    Now I need to find that microwave egg cooker and the container, because that looks so much easier for seasoned eggs for 1 person!

  • @jime6739
    @jime6739 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    If you hard cook an egg with steam using any old pan and a steamer basket, it will be the same as the one they used in the microwave. Eggs cooked in steam versus boiled in water are usually very easy to peel, no special plastic tube is needed for shaking them clean.

    I have that egg microwave cooker for years now. Love it!!!! they have bigger ones as well (for 3 or 4 eggs at the same time) I want one of those as well. I would like the aji zuke tama tool as well. though I use less marinate since it put it in a plastic bag en squeeze out air, it is hard to store that way. this one is better to stack in the refrigerator so space saving.
