Kanagawa! My family is from Manazuru in Kanagawa. My mother worked at the famous Fujiya Hotel in Hakone in early 1950’s. There is a store in Kamakura that sells the most delicious butter cookies in the shape of a bird. So good! I’m homesick for Japan.

The ume dip looks delicious, great to toss with some spaghetti or with a dressing and add to a cabbage chicken salad. Never thought of mixing ume with cream cheese. Perhaps it will work in sandwiches as well. The curry is interesting as well, never imagined for some reason that seaweed would be used in the roux of curry. But then again there are so many different curry roux so of course there would be one with seaweed. The matcha is so vibrant green and it seems a bit lighter colour then the one I'm used to from Uji. And I would try all the sancks :)
Have you ever made tabe rayu yourself? I think the sesame oil will be perfect for it.
