Such a beautifully curated box of snacks. As usual, your reviews are not only honest and detailed but they include interesting background information about each item. And now every time I look at the moon I'll see a rabbit pounding mochi. 😊 Love to you both.❤️❤️
That 'tsukimi' joke of Satoshi as he's peering at the potato snack's round shape made me laugh out loud. You cut away from it so quickly but a deadpan stare back from Shinichi would have made it perfect.
Glad to see 3 items from Okinawa in this box. The chili chips in the black package from Ishigaki island is now on my list. I see those at the store all the time. Thanks guys for another amazing video!!!!
I didn't know they had darker chocolate strawberries. I was so obsessed with the white chocolate ones that I made a second order just to get more of them from the market place. They are amazing! Still have no clue how they make them. It's magic!🍓😋
As an African, white chocolate is a lie, too much sugar, no milk. I used to think that White chocolate= Cocoa +Milk. Turned out Cocoa and Coconut is better. OR 90% dark chocolate and Plougastel Strawberries. A winner right there. All The Best.
Thanks for another fun video. Bokkusu have so many different kinds of great treats every month. I like Kinako mochi snack, but I haven’t seen Kuromitsu kinako mochi snack. Gotta try that one!

You guys are always bringing the tasty treats and humor! I like the mochi with walnut...but I like anything mochi really. LOL Have a great day bbrothers! XOXO
I totally agree with the first part of your comment !!! These two are awesome !!! I have been watching them for years and they really inspired me to make my own channel and do food and snacks taste testing videos !!! I havent tried any mochi yet , but id love to !!!
I’m loving this Bokksu haul. Right now, they are out of my price range, but for a while I was getting the UmaiCrate ramen boxes, as well as SnackCrate and Universal Yums boxes. I even turned my boss onto your channel today; she told me she had to stop watching as she was getting too hungry!😂 Another great job!
I grew up here in Germany in the area where Baumkuchen traditionelle originated from. (This area is located around the town Salzwedel in the state Saxony Anhalt) So I am very picky with my Baumkuchen, you could say. Just 2 weeks ago I went to an asian supermarket here in Berlin to stock up on my ramen and udon istand dishes for work. There I found this matcha Baumkuchen, right beside by beloved costella cakes. I really liked the taste and soft texture. Original German Baumkuchen usually is a bit more dense and to flavor it with anything would be considered blasphemy by traditionalists, but since I know the japanese love for this cake, I am really happy Japan has fused 2 of my favorite tates together: Matcha and Baumkuchen. Original German Baumkuchen would be the Plan one, only with an Sugar Icing if anyting. It also is Sold by weight here at the most bakeries, not by pieces. (maybe, thats a fun fact for you 😇) Lots of love to the 2 of you ❤❤
I already ordered one box using your code. As It is my first box, If I understood it will have a combination of traditional and modern snacks with no specific theme even though I'm excited for the box to arrive. Glad I found this channel
I just had the Sakura Kit Kat OH MY now I see why they all ways sold out when they come out. A friend just bought me a package . They even have the Japanese writing on it. Plus I get to try Strawberry Mochi. WOW.... Thank you for your videos. Stay safe.
I recently bought 2 flavors I hadn’t seen before, in Portland, Oregon. Caramel Banana and Chocolate Orange. Of all of the Japanese KitKats I’ve ever had, these are the very best.
yay another exciting taste testing video :) You guys are one of the TH-camrs that inspired me from years ago to make my own channel and do taste testing videos like yours LOL.
I wonder how madeleine cake looks in Japan, for us it’s like a tiny version of a cupcake (and nicer) sometimes with a filling but different from the minicake they called a madeleine as shape and texture
Bokksu looks good but the price is way too much for the little amount you get in the box, most of the items I can get at the Asian Market in Bournemouth,
Hi everyone! Those snacks look amazing. I’m going to try Bokksu products. Do they ship to America? Does anyone know where I could buy good Green Tea Matcha ice cream apart from Japan of course. I’m 13 hours away. 😉 I used to buy Mr. Green Tea in the supermarket but I can’t find it anymore. There is another brand called Batch green tea ice cream. It is pretty good but not as good as Mr. Green Tea . They also carry ginger and black bean ice cream. Maybe whole foods market has it. I live on the east coast close to Boston. Let me know. Thank you. Greatly appreciated. TabiEats makes the best videos on TH-cam! Very down to earth and authentic. Peace and love everyone. 💕 brighten someone’s day with a smile! 😁
Satoshi is really good in analysing the taste of food and describing it.
Squishy squishy mochi! The best Satoshi line EVER!
If everyday started with Satoshi saying, “squishy, squishy, mochi” life would be perfect.
Lol 🤣🤣

I'll second that! This was so funny. I absolutely adore Sathoshi's roguish kind of humor :-)

Also is there a difference between Green Tea and Matcha flavors
Have you tried Trader Joe's?
@@gaylagazerro8236 matcha is powered green tea. I would guess most green tea flavored dessert are made with matcha as it's easier to work with.
I have not tried Trader Joe’s yet but I will . We have a few here in Rhode Island. Thank you for the suggestions! 👍
Thank you for the distinction. That explains why matcha has a more concentrated flavor. Makes sense. 😊
@7:37 that looks delicious :)
I like Japanese snack I Food leveling
What happened to the recipe videos?
What is a moon festival?
It’s a summer festival that started in China, that over the centuries made its way to Japan.
@@Christi-Ann.Pierantoni It's an autumn festival. It's literally in the name -- the Mid-Autumn Festival.
