As for the Grand Polonaise Brillante, the opening notes immediately transport the hearer to the Grande Valse Brillante, and the echoes of the Military Polonaise introduce other reflections of grandeur. If Chopin could hear you play, he would lead the standing ovation and his cries of “Bravo” would drown out the praise of all others. Her wonderful performance of Moonlight Sonata just blew me away I have so many recordings of this but I’ve never actually seen anyone play it before. I love this piece and have many arrangements from ( easy piano, which is a misnomer for me ) To the original arrangement. I have been working just on the first movement and I think I probably will until I go. I always thought to myself if I can just play this piece, outside of my children and grandchildren I would be able to rest in peace. I think, no I don’t think I know that Miss Huppman captures the very essence of Beethovens soul and moment in his life where his “ Stream of Consciousness “ took over and his Genius and lust for life broke the chains of living , to a place where freedom is and the bonds of life disappear. I usually don’t take anytime to write a review. But this time I didn’t have a choice. You could say I was drawn to write this, as much as I’m drawn to See and listen to Miss Huppman bring Beethoven to life 🎹. You’re a bright star to what has been a pretty dark sky. Thank you *

@@classicalpianist It's difficult to choose favorites... but if I had to list 3, they would be Ballade No.1 in G Minor Op23, Grand Polonaise in E-flat Major Molto Allegro, and Nocturn B 49 Lento con gran espressione in C-Sharp Minor.
The interpretation is of uttermost beauty. Romantic, original, vivid, playful, with much musical gift and sense - to my modesty it brings a new light to this Chopin's composition we have already heard performed by many pianists. But, IMHO, when one plays music, one has also to MAKE music. This is, if I may say, a great quality of yours, maestra Anastasia. You bring much originality in your renditions and your beautiful soul sings through sounds. Expressing beauty and invoking sublime feelings should be the essence of music - and in your interpretations, esteemed maestra, it certainly is. Thank you!!!

Good playing and interrupted by ads. I listen with concentration and find this work daunting from a technical standpoint and not easy to acquire unless one practices an inordinate amount of hours daily to accomplish what it demands. Opus 22 is really an amazing demonstration of Chopin's pianism.🎉😂❤
