Great review…thanks for this.
Nicely Done Mr, Great review!!!!
I didn’t even know that there are good shifters in this price range👌🏽
Me too, I've put it on my sim rig, it really is good quality, how did you find the review? Would appreciate the feedback, a sub would be great, I also going to review the sequential shifter too, thanks
Thanks for the review. There some others on eBay similar design mechanical wise, but rather then switches they use Hall-effect sensors , same price. Also they fixed the metal on metal rubbing, by adding a Perspex layer 1 mm bigger then the metal plate.
Would you mind mentioning the search term to find the ones with the hall-effect sensors and the fixed perspex layer please?
@@affieuk or search for:
H Gear Shifter for G29 G25 G27 G920 for Thrustmaster T300RS/GT PC USB
It's black with a red accent line, and a thick gear knob.
@@affieuk There are quite a few on Aliexpress under USB SHIFTER..but most are hard to tell what's actually inside. Some pictures give good angles and you can see the internals but obviously check the descriptions for any info, which can be dodgy at times.. So the option I went with just for the assurance of returns and refunds etc was the Amazon route and found the CNRAQR 7 Speed Shifter. It includes a Sequential mode adaptor piece, Hall effect sensors and everything was nice and lubed from the factory. also Very sturdy with a full metal top plate unlike this one.
@@affieuk Forgot to mention the piece in the shifter does not twist like this one, zero play in the design. I think I lucked out and found a damn fine shifter for $55. I Highly recommend it.
@@FellowshipOfTheAviatorZ Thanks, will take a look, only issue is, can I get it in the UK.
Great review mate, would love to see some purchase links in the description though
Thank you, done, need to improve lots of things, appreciate the feedback
@@realgoodgear
No worries mate, do you have a discord server for your channel?
No, is it worth setting up? What would be the benifit?
Would love sub to the channel if you haven't already, thanks
sorry I do, but not for this channel, I don't really use it
Nice! I can't seem to.find one that isn't overpriced. So I got the Oddor Gear (old drivers dream of racing) which is usually wholesaled by thanksbuyer.
Even this link works out to $69aud.
But the Oddor with hall effect sensors goes for 45AUD at the moment (about $20 quid)
The thing is I'm look at 2 things price and quality, not just price, for the price it really is high quality. Would really love a sub to the channel would help alot, thanks
@realgoodgear it is nice for sure,
But just not quite as nice, and slightly more expensive. Their Hall effect version is nicer but more expensive again.
But is probably the nicest of the "cheaper shifters" and also has two aluminium buttons on it.
And yes I'll sub, thanks for the reply
@@GregoryShtevensh I'll have to check it out, really appreciate the sub, just started the channel, if you have any feedback I'd appreciate that too, good and bad, it's all good, and again thank you
Get the SimJack shifter for around 80-90$ it is way better and i would say on par with the moza shifter, maybe even a bit better.
Link seems broken
