I don't understand why burping is considered disrespectful, even though it's more hygienic than sneezing... when you sneeze, they either say bless you or just ignore it, but If you burp It looks like you committed a crime or are the most disrespectful human being on the planet, everyone looks at you and complains... It's literally a biological process like sneezing or farting
"Burping is typically considered disrespectful due to cultural norms regarding table manners and etiquette, whereas sneezing is often seen as an involuntary act that warrants sympathy rather than disdain."
I guess because it's loud and quite rigorous. But, irrespective of the causes, apart from foul smelling constipated air, it has no smell, and never heard of being a means of transmitting air borne micro organisms like sneezing
@@MedicalCentric I agree with the cultural norms and etiquette. But saying sneezing requires sympathy, I don't concur. Yes, they're both physiological processes providing us protection and relief. But a sneeze, with speed of about 4meters/second, carrying potentially harmful micro-organisms. If done carelessly in the open, disregardingly, deserves no sympathy
Burping that feels like vomiting may be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or indigestion; consult a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
I am just 18 years old and i have this for the last 4 years but now it worst like if i eat it make gas and if i can't eat it make gas i am just irritating some time it feels with shortness if breath but the oximeter show good oxygen level some times i have pain in chest but after walking it may relieve can gas have any permanent solution when gas occur my foot and hand also cold and one my parents amd grand parents had abdominal issue but not that type of issue plz help me
@MFRAAD313 I'm really sorry you're dealing with this-it sounds incredibly frustrating, especially at such a young age. The symptoms you're describing, such as gas, chest pain, shortness of breath, and cold hands and feet, could be related to digestive issues like acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or even anxiety, which can often worsen digestive symptoms. Since your family has a history of abdominal issues, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, consider keeping a food diary to track potential triggers and try small, frequent meals to reduce gas. Managing stress and regular physical activity can also help ease symptoms. Stay patient, and don't hesitate to seek a second opinion if you're not finding relief!
I'm here because I noticed I massaged someone and he burped. Then I started noticing myself burping whenever I massage myself then I read that that might be because I'm being relaxed and my body starts to rest and digest. I noticed that I lost bit weight since I regularly massage myself and burp each time.
@tincy3974 It's fascinating how your body responds to relaxation through self-massage, possibly triggering the "rest and digest" response, which could explain the burping. The weight loss might be related to improved digestion or reduced stress, but it's important to remember that massage alone isn't a primary weight loss method. Keep an eye on your overall health and consider other factors contributing to the weight change.
I have issue of instantly burp after every time i sip water since 2 weaks i also have discomfort in my neck since one month and chest tightness sometimes since 4 months
@shazimali571 It sounds like you might be dealing with a combination of issues like acid reflux or a gastrointestinal condition, especially with the burping and chest discomfort. The neck discomfort could be linked as well, but it's essential to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying causes and get a thorough check-up. Don't wait too long-it's always better to address these symptoms early! 😊
@pritirekha2958 Frequent burping after eating, especially accompanied by a burning sensation in your throat, could be a sign of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or acid reflux. This happens when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing irritation. Eating smaller meals, avoiding trigger foods (like spicy or acidic foods), and not lying down immediately after eating can help. If the symptoms persist, it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Ooah.. I've been bulk for a month now, I eat beans (many kind) every day, that's why I burp a lot recently..hha
Thank you
Eating a variety of beans daily is excellent for your health, but they can increase burping due to their high fiber content. ❤️
