    I've been diagnosed with severe hip aritirits . On right side. Xrays showed it. Am going to try your three exercises. Hope I can see some. Improvement from soreness and stiffness. And limp. Thank you

    I did your exercises for plantar fasciitis and it cleared up completely! I can’t tell you the relief as I couldn’t walk for the pain. Then I overdid it climbing a really steep incline and nxt day it was as if I’d torn something in hip & groin. Consulted your exercises again and am slowly healing. Thanks guys - you’re truly amazing!

    These are great exercises and began reducing hip pain from day 1. One important point left out when doing the hip flexor stretch is that the front knee should never push forward past your front toes. It's being demonstrated perfectly, but still in practice, it's easy to lunge forward past the toe if one isn't watching out for that.

    Thank you so much!! I was having difficulty walking and was told I have a complex tear in my right knee meniscus which I knew. Being 67 years old, I also have mild arthritis in my right hip. So I did the exercises and it made a huge difference in my gait, I can walk normal again. I feel great!! Thank you again.

      Combining these exercises , also doing Yoga regularly. Will keep you fit, into old age! I am an ex Yoga teacher. In cases of pain, I am off to the physio therapist!

      Agree! 57 yo classically trained old ballerina/RN x30+ yrs. wearing Hoka’s on my feet👍gotta stretch & lube the joints or else I’m stiff.

      I’m only 30 and learned this the hard way. 6 months of quarantine and basically going from sitting 8 hours a day at my desk to laying down the other 16 hours has left me in soooo much pain. My joints, my shoulders, my hips all hurt so much but especially my hips, I didn’t even know they could pop. I have an elliptical now and the means to exercise in my own home so I just hope I haven’t done irreversible damage

    Excellent channel. trained all my life and yes once your passed that 60 mark everything starts going wrong. Hips hurting like hell but a 5-7 k run gives me a couple hours relief however that first exercise you showed can get me pain free for about 4-5 hours. Best channel of it's kind on the net best regards from the UK

    Thank you so much. I’ve had two hip repair surgeries on my right hip. Now both of my hips have been killing me lately. I’m a 5’0 tall 53 y/o female who has been working on our RV. There is only one step into the RV which is really high to get up in there. Pain started soon after I began work on it. I’ve taken everything to stop the pain, stretched (in my own way), heat, cold, massage, pool and nothing has helped. Holy cow! These exercises are helping!!! Can’t thank you enough! You guys rock!

    My right leg has limited range of motion and weakness from arthritis in my right hip. Bob and Brad, you already taught me how to get rid of my sciatica, so I’m trusting that these exercises will help whip my hip back into shape! Thank you all you do for us!😘

    Hi guys.. I just want to say thanks, thanks,thanks🤗 I have had fibromyalgia for years now and had Physiotherapy many times..because the pain switches all the time it became quite cumbersome. Since I have found your channel I have gained so many tools..I don’t get out of bed until I have done about 10 of your stretches. My pain is not gone but my mobility has improved immensely.       so, i continued two more times yesterday. i actually stretched the other leg as well, which turned out to be much tighter. by the third time the muscles were noticeably looser. feeling good not painful. ok, i had to come back and thank you both again! you Guys are Awesome! i'm 63 and have dealt with this pain for about 10 years now.

    Hello from North Wales Uk . Your videos have made a great improvement to my hip mobility. I wasn’t sure what needed working on but I now know it’s stiff hips, I can’t sit cross legs on the floor my knees are almost pointing to the ceiling with no flexibility, so I’m working hard on the last exercise here . I feel better after these stretches too. Thanks.

    62, did all 3 of these Hip ex. today, found an immediate improvement. I was supposed to have a left knee replacement 2 years ago, decided to exercise instead, knee pain is now minimal. I will never let em cut on me.

    I have awful joints at time with inflammatory markers but I'd been doing great. Turned 50 and did a 9km walk. Since then I've struggled to weight bear on my hip for pain but it's improving a lot with rest. Looking forward to trying these exercises and getting out the house again!

    You gentlemen are amazing. I am based in Botswana in Africa and i had been going for physio because of painful knee and then the Lockdown happened because of Covid 19. The physio clinic was not operational during lockdown. Out of desperation because of pain i went into You Tube and came across your site. I did your exercises and the results were amazing. I really thank you because during lockdown instead of relying of painkillers to ease the pain I did the exercise and they really did wonders to my knee. Thank you very much

If I may, could you suggest a different position for the first stretch rather than on the knee. Severe knee injury last year so can’t do on the knee, even w pillow anymore.       I have to add that I’ve had back issues since a car accident 30 years ago. But it’s acted in the last two weeks. Back and hip pain are awful.

    After years of playing golf I have problems with my right hip. The two things that give me relief more than anything are laying on the floor and squeezing a kick ball between my knees or going to the gym and using the inner thigh machine. Both give me instant relief. If I neglect doing these exercises for more than 3 days the ache returns.

    Fortuitous discovery given I have been dealing with hip pain on and off for three or four years....twisted my hip shoveling snow five years ago. I am 78 and would love NOT to have hip surgery.....i am recently subscribed but haven't gone back to your earlier videos.....where can I get the folding table you use?     Used to be able to do the external rotation stretch, but now it causes pain on one side. I'm already hyper mobile and have just been discharged from PT. I have the massage gun which really helps, and just bought the exercise tube set. 52 yrs old with chronic tendinitis issues in glutes, shoulders, and now hip problems. Bought the McKenzie books and am trying to be diligent with a specific routine. Clam shells aggravated the painful area but they found much weakness in the stabilizers and tfl spasms. If I stick with just the McKenzie do you think there's any hope or should I return to the doctor for an MRI? We love your videos!
