Hi!! I’ve been following you since my first pregnancy and now I’m on my second. I’m wondering if you could put a video out specifically showing birth ball positions to help during labor?? So I can practice these motions prior to the day of?

At 30w and I'm so fatigued, sometimes I can't press 'play' on your videos. But when I do, I always feel so much better after!! Thank you for such wonderful and helpful content!

I have days like this too. Today at 34w was one. Plus Braxton Hicks contractions. I felt like I was having a flu and the first day of my period combined.😢 Literally barely able to get out of bed. The kind of stuff nobody tells you about with all the "glow" #blessed rosy attitude online and irl and I had to google whether it's normal. I had to take a paracetamol and remind myself to drink lots of water. I was finally able to get up and do this super gentle class at 8pm and it was really all I had in me. Just a couple of weeks ago I was doing the cardio, HIIT, and strength videos and feeling good and hungry all the time. Now I feel like I'm back at the 1st 3mester mode... Take care and listen to your body.

32 weeks with my second, and I’m doing an unmedicated delivery with midwives this time around! I did your videos postpartum with my first, and they helped so much, especially since I got diastasis recti! I’m much more energetic this pregnancy doing your videos, so I’m eager to see how these workouts will affect the birth! Thank you for all you do!

I am 32 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my very first baby. Before pregnancy I was working out and weight lifting 45-90 minutes a day. Now, especially in the 3rd trimester, I don't have the energy for that. Your videos have blessed me with the ability to stay active at an appropriate level. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your channel and videos!! Thank you so much!! I'd have to say, this video is by far my favorite one. ❤

Thank you for all of your videos. I have a question that I hope you might be able to help with. I find I'm really quite stiff, and my front abs ache whenever I do anything that stretches them, like bending backwards over the ball in this. Would you say I should therefore avoid exercises that stretch the front of my torso, or would it be helpful to do more? Thank you
