    I was consistent with your videos for my first pregnancy in 2021 & had a positive birth experience with no epidural and DID NOT tear! On my 2nd pregnancy and while being consistent is harder with a toddler, I am trying my best to stay on top of it! Thank you for such great videos!

    Feeling emotional after this. Such a good gentle exercise after severe back pain had me on bed rest for a few days. Made me feel encouraged for when labor does come that I can do it. (5th baby)

    37 weeks and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for today! Hoping for a successful VBA2C and have been following your videos since week 5. I love how this video was mostly on the floor, nice refresher for when my body needs movement but rest at the same time. Perfect stretch!

    21 weeks tomorrow, im in quite a lot of pain in my hips/back after a day of work and this felt really nice (even tho im stiff as a stick lol)! This is my first baby and im trying to be as prepared as i can for birth and also being a mum. Thank you

    I have long legs for my body and have always struggled to squat without my heels elevated. I am quite fit and move alot, but have always struggled with mobility.
    Sitting in a 'heel to floor' squat is quite a challenge due to balance issues (needing my body forward to counter leg angle) but sitting in a 'heel raised' squat is quite comfortable.
    I wonder whether this is as beneficial as the former, or should I be pushing to manage the 'heel to floor' position? Thanks!

    i followed your exercise during first .. delivery was pretty fast but there was a tear (was following nurse advice with birthing position on back)
    38weeks now on my second pregnancy and it’s slightly hard and tiring to do exercises with a toddler and other priorities however hoping to have positive birth with no tear this time.

    Could you please post a video on doing some stretch or yoga once the water has broken and from that period untill we are fully dilated please 🙏.. in my first pregnancy i was Labor for 18 hours after my water broke untill my baby was born.       ⁠​⁠@@DumebiLea​​⁠​⁠​⁠I was induced at 38 weeks due to oligohydramnios, so I can’t say this exercise got me to go into labor (I had chance to do it only 5 times). BUT my actual labor went really smooth, and I had a successful VBAC 😊

    What all Muslim women do it 5times A day as Salaah Me Time and Spiritual meditation. The inhale and exhaling, everything so synchronized.

    What is the SCIENCE behind doing these exercises and having a more successful birth? Nice to see lots of positive comments but those ppl may just be also better at giving birth. Would be great to see some statistics/ facts .

      I started early in my pregnancy, but then increased how often I did the stretches to daily in third trimester 💞

      I'm currently at the gym doing them during pregnancy and have been doing them since 1st trimester.
      I honestly don't know but it's good to have the whole routine memorized and be muscle memory because I'm going to def do these in labor idk

      You can start this anytime during pregnancy (the earlier the better) 💞 I recommend 2-3 x per week combined with other activities you enjoy (walking etc.)

    Why is this video so hard for me. I had a hard time with stretches like this before pregnancy though. Sumo squat makes my legs fall asleep, can't keep my balance in Lunge and hamstring stretch and downward dog hurts my shoulders

    What is most important during third trimester? Stretches that open the hips/relax the pelvic floor or exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor (kegels and such).

    I’m only in my second trimester but I’m doing a water birth so I wanted to start early this made me feel so limber ! It’s definitely been a min since I felt better 🤍
