I was consistent with your videos for my first pregnancy in 2021 & had a positive birth experience with no epidural and DID NOT tear! On my 2nd pregnancy and while being consistent is harder with a toddler, I am trying my best to stay on top of it! Thank you for such great videos!
I am 33 weeks pregant, I have been doing your pilate ànd workout excerise almost every day. Love your videos. It always makes me feel good and energtic afterwards. Thank you ! ❤
I will be 39 weeks on Monday. Have been doing yoga, work-out and pilate by watching your videos. Your video helped me to build a positive pregancy. Thank you, Jessica!
Feeling emotional after this. Such a good gentle exercise after severe back pain had me on bed rest for a few days. Made me feel encouraged for when labor does come that I can do it. (5th baby)
Love all the positive comments. ❤ I've been following along with these exercise/yoga videos since 18 weeks. They've been so helpful, but today I am exhausted. Due date is tomorrow and all I want to do today is sleep... 😅
37 weeks and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for today! Hoping for a successful VBA2C and have been following your videos since week 5. I love how this video was mostly on the floor, nice refresher for when my body needs movement but rest at the same time. Perfect stretch!
I am 35 weeks and still doing yoga, and all the videos you have for us pregnant ladies, i really love them and feel so much better with myself and my body. Thank you
21 weeks tomorrow, im in quite a lot of pain in my hips/back after a day of work and this felt really nice (even tho im stiff as a stick lol)! This is my first baby and im trying to be as prepared as i can for birth and also being a mum. Thank you
Thank you for a really good stretch set. If I could ask for some longer breaks between poses, sometimes it is hard to follow you in time with a 9th month belly :)
I truly felt so much more energy doing this and im 30 weeks....wish I would of done more stretches and exercise early on but I'm proud I'm starting now. Thanks for the video
I’m 14 weeks and I was feeling so stiff and my lower back was hurting so bad and I did this and now I feel good ‼️ thank u so much I’m gonna do this every day
Thank you for this! 35 weeks on Wednesday and my goal is to do these stretches until she arrives! Praying these will help with a smooth and natural birth!
Going to start doing this a few times a week until delivery in November! Can't believe I hadn't done this video yet. My hips havent felt so good in a long time! Thank you for your channel
Just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and amazing videos. I am close to giving birth and use them almost daily. Very grateful for your channel!
I have long legs for my body and have always struggled to squat without my heels elevated. I am quite fit and move alot, but have always struggled with mobility. Sitting in a 'heel to floor' squat is quite a challenge due to balance issues (needing my body forward to counter leg angle) but sitting in a 'heel raised' squat is quite comfortable. I wonder whether this is as beneficial as the former, or should I be pushing to manage the 'heel to floor' position? Thanks!
For someone whi has never exercised, in which week do u recommend we start these exercises? For any and all videos henceforth, could you please mention that point pls?
i followed your exercise during first .. delivery was pretty fast but there was a tear (was following nurse advice with birthing position on back) 38weeks now on my second pregnancy and it’s slightly hard and tiring to do exercises with a toddler and other priorities however hoping to have positive birth with no tear this time.
Thank you so much for this stretch. I’m 36 weeks and feeling really achy in my hips and back. I want to do your videos everyday but will still working full time and being tired it is hard. Regardless, I do your videos about 3x a week and it feels so so good. ❤
My body feels great after these stretches, I'm 35 weeks now, i've had 2 C-sections and I'm hoping to have a normal birth this time around, I truly believe these exercises will help
Thank you for this wonderful video. Feeling great after this stretching...35 weeks pregnant... Could you please post a video on doing some stretch or yoga once the water has broken and from that period untill we are fully dilated please 🙏.. in my first pregnancy i was Labor for 18 hours after my water broke untill my baby was born. I would really appreciate if you shed some light on this part. Thank you 💖 and may God bless you and your family with lots of love and happiness 💖🌟🌈
@@DumebiLeaI was induced at 38 weeks due to oligohydramnios, so I can’t say this exercise got me to go into labor (I had chance to do it only 5 times). BUT my actual labor went really smooth, and I had a successful VBAC 😊
Love your channel - o feel like i need a video ok how to prep without opening 1 leg wide at a time due to pelvic pain😢. I seem to overlooking those tips when searching (I am doing your pelvic pain videos, though ❤️)
What is the SCIENCE behind doing these exercises and having a more successful birth? Nice to see lots of positive comments but those ppl may just be also better at giving birth. Would be great to see some statistics/ facts . Love the vids do them everything night ❤
Hi! Can I get started on these exercises now that I am 34 weeks pregnant? I only do walking and so I wanted to exercise until I give birth but I am not sure if it is safe since I am not full term yet. Thank you!
I'm currently at the gym doing them during pregnancy and have been doing them since 1st trimester. I honestly don't know but it's good to have the whole routine memorized and be muscle memory because I'm going to def do these in labor idk
You can start this anytime during pregnancy (the earlier the better) 💞 I recommend 2-3 x per week combined with other activities you enjoy (walking etc.)
Hey Jessica , Chanchal here like your exercises and following daily it gives me a healthy and pain relief enjoy also in the 8th month of pregnancy but plz tell me your one video of exercise followed for a natural birth delivery without vaginal tearing and plz reply as soon as possible because I'm in the 8th month of pregnancy and have less time , but I'm very worrying about vaginal tearing so please please reply me
Why is this video so hard for me. I had a hard time with stretches like this before pregnancy though. Sumo squat makes my legs fall asleep, can't keep my balance in Lunge and hamstring stretch and downward dog hurts my shoulders
What is most important during third trimester? Stretches that open the hips/relax the pelvic floor or exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor (kegels and such).
I’m only in my second trimester but I’m doing a water birth so I wanted to start early this made me feel so limber ! It’s definitely been a min since I felt better 🤍

Congratulations on pregnancy #2! It is so busy… you are doing amazing 💞
Definitely harder with a toddler! Same boat here lol
How often did you do the exercises ?

I delivered my baby only in 3 minutes. I did yoga watching you 2 weeks before the day. Thank you!
I will do that tomorrow before my delivery 🤰🏼😊🤞
Was it your first time baby?
My due approaches next month I'm kinder scared😢
@@damariskuria2893hi there, how did it go please? I hope you got an easy birth.

Найкраще тренування в 3 триместрі. Легко, розслаблює спину, я дуже задоволена ❤
What all Muslim women do it 5times A day as Salaah Me Time and Spiritual meditation. The inhale and exhaling, everything so synchronized.
This was marvelous! Thanks a lot.
This workout routine really helped me relieve my backache in just 2 days. Thanks a lot for this great video.

Yeah I'm not sure. I've been doing them once or twice a week throughout my pregnancy I'll let you know how it goes
I'm really big and nearing the last month of my third trimester.... some of these were VERY difficult for me to do......
Good! Do you do these exercises in your third trimester or even before you enter into it? . Thanks
I started early in my pregnancy, but then increased how often I did the stretches to daily in third trimester 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV thanks for the reply. I'm 29 weeks today. I hope it's not too late to start some of these exercises 😉
I always did a shell stretch when I had back pain. But I'm 4 months pregnant now. Am I still allowed to do it?
Awesome. Can we do this from second trimester? (25w)
when to start this exercises plz mention in the video
When to do these exercises
And if so how many times do the exercises
Hi Jessica, are we able to do this before bedtime? Is it like some light stretches and wont sweat much but just get our body relax and ready for bed?
Yes, you could do this before bed stars ✨ 🌙 it’s a relaxing one
So happy u are feeling better love all your videos
Thank you Simone 💞
Hi! Can I get started on these exercises now that I am 34 weeks pregnant? I only do walking and so I wanted to exercise until I give birth but I am not sure if it is safe since I am not full term yet. Thank you!
Yes, this will not induce early labor 💞
Are these done during labor as well or just during pregnancy

I honestly don't know but it's good to have the whole routine memorized and be muscle memory because I'm going to def do these in labor idk

can u do this in second trimester or only near the due date? someone pls tell me :(
Hi, I’m 26weeks now, can I do all recommended exercises now? Or does walking suffices for vaginal birth
Still doing the yoga routine I'm at 20 weeks now wish me luck
Can you do these exercises in the seventh months or it supposed to be in the ninth month 😊😊

Can i do this in my 4th month ?
Yes, it’s never too early to start💞
Just to be clear there is no "getting off easy" at 34 (almost 35 weeks) expecting baby #5 lol. But totally worth it!!
What week strat now?
33 weeks 4 days today. Doing your yoga workouts daily. But I'm so tired doing them Lol. Love your cardio hiit too, gonna do them as long as I can
Ahh! Getting closer! Yes… it gets so tiring at the end! Thanks for all your continued support! You are doing incredible 💞
