- HI ALL, SORRY FOR NOT HAVING HAD A VIDEO FOR SOME TIME BUT BEEN VERY BUSY AND JUST NOT HAD THE TIME TO RESTORE ANY MODELS OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, ANYWAY WE'LL KICK OFF AGAIN WITH THIS PURCHASES AND DONATIONS VIDEO AND HOPEFULLY IN A WEEK/TEN DAYS WE'LL BE BACK ON TRACK AND HAVE SOME RESTORATION VIDEOS READY TO GO.

Oh wow Nick, I can't wait for the 135 restorations, my favourite tractor. You've got another nice collection of models again, that pale blue Morris 1100 is just like one of my brothers had. It was his first car, but I think his was an Austin, the colour was called Honolulu Blue. Very sorry to hear your mate's wife has passed away, it's sad to hear that. Thank you David, I’m looking forward to having a go at those Britains MF135’s, something else a bit different to try, no rush for the milk float, I’ve started doing another one of the models you sent me previously so it’s looking like that might be the one to get finished first and be my next video🤔👍😊

Thank you Nick for another nice video, I love the Britains tractors too, and ruined a lot as kid :), lately i have started to collect them, I was lucky to get my hads on a couple of Fordson Majors lately on an auction site here, owned by Ebay, and a few of the old original implements for the Majors at that time, those Massey Fergusons have become pretty rare to find here too, Ford 5000 and 6600 is a lot for sale, got my hands on a early 135 the other week, the older version with different stereing , missing a few things but luckily the steering wheel is ok, often broked in the childhood. Hi Nick, great selection of vehicles. I know some of the models of yesteryear if they're too far gone make great custom hotrods. I'll be looking forward to the restoration of the Morris 1100, and the Britain's I do like the olde Britain's vehicles myself, well take care hope you manage to get a rest soon.
Hi Mark and thank you, I never thought about doing hotrods, that’s a great idea, thanks for that suggestion, I will have a go at that, the Morris 1100 I will probably do after the batch of models I have started doing now, I am looking forward to tackling the old Lwb Britains LandRover! I should have more time now as our summer season at work is almost over, we’ll be back on lates ( half 7 starts) soon, this last bank holiday weekend was our last one to work so it will be nice to have Saturdays and Sundays off again, got to do the overtime when it’s there. every bit helps lol, just gets a bit much after a while🤦🏻♂ Take care, all the best, Nick🐸🐸🐸

Cheers Martin, I need to get all of my yesteryear models together to see what I have, and see what I can make up, I probably have quite a few duplicates but it’s so easy to lose track of what I have. The LandRover was cool, but I didn’t expect it to be that big lol, every night before bed I go and push the buttons lol, can’t resist it 😉😁 Thank you too for your sympathy about Dick’s Wife, it was a shock, I’m so pleased we visited them on our way back down to Poole when we were on holiday. I have the milk tanker too and a few of the other lorries that Britain’s did but again I threw the boxes away when they were new🤦🏻♂😔
Is that Yesteryear Fire Engine not a Packard? I have one and can't find the box either! I have a collection of trucks (bought for the graphics interest) but no cars, apart from a couple of older ones used as props on trailers. Nice wee 1100, and the Brittains' Series2 109 is a nice thing to have! Looks like a real Land Rover - don't paint it!

It could well be, I just couldn’t find anything written anywhere lol, I do like the yesteryear models but I think as someone has suggested on here one or two of them might be up for a code 3. The LandRover is nice, I didn’t realize Britains made these earlier on but they are nicer than the slightly more modern models…in my opinion 👍😊🐸🐸
