great haul, there,Nick.I can't wait to see those Dinky AEC's re-done.also those TK's.I've got loads of them, most hooked up to lo-loaders.I have one, based on the giraffe transporter, converted into a breakdown truck.
Thank you Terry, I was pleased with the AEC’s and I have quite a few of the TK’s as well now, I must try and do some code 3’s with some of them too, I just always seem to be struggling for time to do them lol🤦🏻♂ All the best, Nick🐸🐸
Tanks for another nice video Nick, I have a couple of those old Britains horsetrailers, but none of the new version. Take care, and the best to you and your family
Hello Nick another great video very enjoyable looking forward to seeing the restoration s hope you and your family are keeping well best wishes regards Glyn
Great video Nick a very nice collection of model i do like the trucks you got the AEC Arctic dropside I have a canopy for that one if you need it . If i do not talk to you before Christmas you and Monica and the family a great Christmas and a Happy New Year . All the best Ralph
Thank you Ralph, glad you enjoyed it, the AEC’s are nice, I’m pleased with those, I’m sure I have a canopy for the dropside trailer in one of my boxes, which one I’m not sure lol but thanks for the offer😊👍 Hopefully I will get a couple of videos out before Christmas but if not, all the very best for Christmas and the New Year🌲🌲🌲 Cheers, Nick🐸🐸🐸
Hi Nick, some nice models there and pretty good prices on bygone times. It's funny seeing some of your purchases from Dagfields as I've seen them myself, and I considered the bag of military stuff from emporium 3 myself but had already spent my budget. Great video, very enjoyable looking forward to seeing them restored.
Thank you Mark, lol, there were quite a few models that were still there from last time we went, I was pretty pleased with what I picked up this time though, it is difficult to decide what to get and what not to get when you are sticking to a budget, I did him and ha about the bag of military stuff, I picked it up, put it down, walked away and then went back for it lol, not sure that it was worth the £10 though🤔🤔 Glad you enjoyed the video, all the best, Nick🐸🐸
You’re right, I never really took notice that the Anglia ice cream van was LHD, don’t know why they did that! I will decide when the time comes what colour to do the Zephyr, I usually google a few images before when I can’t decide to see what I like best😊👍 All the best, Nick🐸🐸
I think you're gonna be busy for a while now Nick, it's another great video. I love that Corgi Major Toys JCB, and it looks to be in really good condition. I'm glad you visited Bygone Times, what did you think of it? Is it anything like Dagfields? Anne-Marie and I both enjoyed meeting up with you and Monica again, glad you got home safely. I text you to see if the ferry had been able to sail as you said the forecast was for a rough sea. All the best to you both for Christmas, looking forward to your next video. Take care. Peter and Anne-Marie. 👍
Cheers Peter, I think you are right about being busy for a while lol😉😁 I didn’t find Bygone Times quite as good as Dagfields, as far as models go, although it seems bigger but I’m pleased we went though, I got your text and did text you back but it seems sometimes my texts don’t seem to get through, had that a couple of times in Chester when Monica tried texting me. We were lucky with the ferry, as condor had emailed us saying it could be cancelled and to change our booking to Saturday’s sailing, we didn’t bother and just as well, as that sailing ended up being cancelled and ours went, there were only 3 cars including ours for Jersey and about a dozen of us on the boat, with about 7 people getting off in Guernsey, it was very rough though🤦🏻♂🛳🛳 It was lovely to see you both again, I enjoyed the meal in the Old Kings Head and many thanks again for all those models, hopefully I will have a couple more videos before Christmas, incase I don’t, all the best to you and Anne-Marie, have a lovely Christmas, Nick🐸🐸🌲🌲
Great to see you back on u tube Nick. I enjoyed watching your latest edition. Hope you enjoyed your holiday. You mention the ferry trip took 11 hours? Does it take that long to get to Jersey?
Thank you Wally, glad you enjoyed the video and yes thank you, we both had a great time😊👍 We were on the older conventional Ferry which normally takes about 9 hours but it was running late because of the rough seas, it wouldn’t have been able to dock in Jersey because the tide would have been to low at the time of arrival, so it put in to Guernsey first to load and unload freight and a few cars and passengers before coming on to Jersey, it normally stops in Guernsey on the run up to Portsmouth from Jersey. There is a faster ferry that takes about 4 and a half to 5 hours but that only goes in calm weather and it is out of service having a refit at the moment !

2 things, the Anglia Ice Cream van LHD? and the Mk2 Zephyr estate would do nicely in black.
You’re right, I never really took notice that the Anglia ice cream van was LHD, don’t know why they did that! I will decide when the time comes what colour to do the Zephyr, I usually google a few images before when I can’t decide to see what I like best😊👍
