      Hii
      I really need you to review the new Kawasaki Ninja 400, I am positive that the new Ninja 400 is a superb machine, but is it worth and according to kawasaki they are localizing 400 and probably by 2019 Q4 we will see a Ninja 400 at around same range as a YZF R3, so your honest opinions please!!

    Hello strell
    This was a nice video and I totally agree on what you said but the thing is when we are on a long ride the KTM Duke 390 has a lot more to offer in terms of power and will keep us entertained for long. Coming to comfort we can add a air seat mod along with wind shield for added comfort. Since I own a 2017 Duke 390 I am just trying to state some points hope you don't mind .

      @iamstrell  6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thanks Mahesh for sharing your experience. I have toured on an RC390 till now, from KTM. And you could guess what would be the results :D . Btw regarding my gear,
      1. Helmet = AGV K5 SV
      2. Jacket = Spartan Helios
      3. Gloves = Alpinestars Shore
      4. Knee guard = Cramster
      5. Boots = Alpinestar SMX6
      Wasnt rich enough to throw money to all these in one shot. Upgraded slowly one by one :)
      Good luck to your rides.

      @@maheshnagaraj9262 bro a small request. Can you explain your experience in duke for lazy city riding. I want to ride slow sometimes. Have to make an important decision between duke and r3. R3 is capable of doing slow rides but dunno much about duke in that aspect.

    • @maheshnagaraj9262
      @maheshnagaraj9262 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@siddharthsamivel3522 riding slow is possible but only from 3rd gear onwards . In the first two gears the revs climb up very quickly and the bike feels very torquey . So 3rd gear is the best for slow city rides . The minimum speed in 3rd gear with which u can ride without experiencing knocking is around 30 . The new 390 has tall gear ratios so in city (especially in Bangalore ) it's a pain to ride it because of the tall gear ratios and heating . So the best time to ride is when there is moderate to less traffic and on highways

    I bought the 2018 Duke 390 for city riding over the Yamaha after test riding both. The Duke is now a superior bike in every negative comment you raised apart from the fan. It comes on in city stop start on hot days and I like that, it’s doing its job. The issue with the heat on the legs has improved with a small heat guard and if you wear long pants and good shoes I don’t get hot at all. The new Duke is aggressive for the city, and very “flickable” around the traffic and the seat is improved so you can sit comfortably all day, the added power can get you out of trouble, or into trouble if you’re an idiot. Good review mate, maybe it’s time to try the new model ? Thanks

    Hey Strell bro, i am pretty confused between two bikes,
    1. 2020 BMW S1000RR.
    2. MV Agusta F4.
    Brother i am pretty confused because i love to go on tracks and yes i am in love with the design of the MV F4 (tooo gorgeous) but hey Vikas, i have listened people saying MV's are not reliable, yes i can understand that as it being an Italian but people say that any one light issue in the bike will result in a cost of similar to a full maintenance and servicing as well as cleaning of an BMW S1000RR and some also say that one day you keep it and on the next day it requires to go to the service centre, i will usually take that bike every Sunday on highways and tracks,
    So brother what would you suggest, i love both of them but just can't regret the design of an MV Agusta F4 and it's exclusivity i am just feared of what people say about the MV's that they are more costly to maintain than a Toyota Fortuner and they require to go for services evry day or week and also it's very hard to service them as it's centres are not everywhere{ Though, i live in Mumbai and i think there sould be atleast one showroom in Mumbai}
    Pls help me out Vikas, pls🙏🙏🏼
    I am really waiting to buy one of those machines and i have enough money though, but pls clear out my doubts!!!
    What you think Vikas, A person who can afford and maintain a Ford Endeavour and would be going to buy some of the Mercedes around in near future can maintain an MV Agusta F4
    I want to complete my dream garage of:
    KTM RC 390
    Triumph Street Triple 765RS
    Triumph Rocket 3R
    Ducati Multistrada Enduro
    &
    BMW S1000RR/MV Agusta F4(as per you suggest)!!!

    Yes it was jerky in the city, but with the slipper clutch even that problem is solved.

    I know this is might be a bit much but dominar vs r3 for city which would you pick?

    • @iamstrell
      @iamstrell  6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Haha. Finance wise, one R3 = 2 Dominar. So no comparison.
      Since it's been asked, my vote goes to R3. Simply because of the comfort it gives.

      I think Dominar is an awesome machine.....But R3 refinment has no comparison with Dominar....any given day R3 ia more refined

      Sammy_1300135 v yep ninja300 is better than r3 in terms of sportiness, engine Refinement, built quality, big bike feel & it heat-up less then r3

    In the sense that RC is a way more aggresive and a track focused bike so as the duke a street naked machine ... I would go with R3 be it be daily commute , weekend ride or a long tour its the best option... moreover its a twin cylinder machine at a reasonable price tag☺

      Go for duke 390 and not for bmw because too much vibrations, less power, too expensive (on road in Kolkata is 3.61 L) but one good thing of bmw is it’s service interval of 10000 kms or one year as told by dealer in Kolkata. I had duke 390 and did a test ride of bmw but didn’t liked it, no power and lot of vibrations. Was very disappointed. Now looking to test ride R3 and ninja 300 and buy one of them.

    Bro I'm in a dilemma to choose between duke and r3. I'm upgrading from 200ns. Mostly I do cities. I love the low and mid range in duke but haven't got a chance to test r3 in my city. So how's the low and mid range when comparing to 200ns power in lazy riding in cities, you know the amount of gear shifting and all. I wanna know if we can tackle b2b traffic with ease in r3 like FZ and NS. Also I'm not interested in 2019 r3 due to it's front design and more leaned ergonomics as I want comfort in that aspect as well.

    • @iamstrell
      @iamstrell  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      R3 won't be as flickable as duke. It's almost made for touring, but certainly a good city bike. My opinion is duke perform better in b2b because of upright riding posture.

    • @siddharthsamivel3522
      @siddharthsamivel3522 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@iamstrell what's your opinion on naked vs faired flickability in city traffic say like r15 vs fz. I'm more inclined towards r3 so I want to know from that aspect of riding experience.

    • @anirbanghosh5066
      @anirbanghosh5066 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      itz a nyc city ride bike too...I agree 2019 r3 is going to be more aggressive seating posture like r15 v3...even I don't like the 2019 model,it will end up in backache..2018 model is good for city ride
