My partner has EU settlement. I had my Biometrics done at 27,oct,2023 its 92 days from now, they didn’t ask any further information regarding my application. UKVI just sent us 2 emails telling that they have received the documents and are under review. I didn’t receive any emails there after, please help what could that be ?!
Also, is there a possibility to talk about some things to look out for to get to the UK? Things to prepare for FLR-M / ILR, but also things like "bringing your personal belongings" etc?

Good day Ive applied for a spouse visa incountry in July 2023 and my previous status was denied asylum with rights to work. I have not received an answer from home office other than emails requesting additional information. Should i be worried? It will be 12 months soon
This might be a silly question but once the Visa is approved and the spouse comes to the UK. Is the sponsor and spouse able to freely travel to other countries or is there a limit on the amount of time? I.e sponsor and spouse go to country X for 3 weeks within 6 months of spouse arriving in the UK. Thank you so much for these videos they are very informative and laid out clearly!
Hi @scl9671, You are most welcome! There is no set amount of days that can be spent outside the UK on a partner visa when it comes to the extension or ILR application. With this being said, since a requirement of a visa extension and ILR application is the intention to live in the UK permanently, if a substantial amount of time is spent outside of the UK whilst the applicant is on a partner visa, this may give rise to doubts regarding the applicant’s intention to live in the UK permanently. The reason and length of time are relevant factors here. I believe we discuss the intention to live together requirement in our UK Spouse Visa Requirements 2024 TH-cam video. Hi I have been denied visit Visa twice, for different reasons but mostly on basis of not providing sufficient documents to prove that I have enough ties back home. Is it likely that these two denials will affect my spouse Visa application?

Is it going to be an issue that when I applied for new passport I gave details that I am single even though I'm married? It doesn't show anywhere on the passport my marital status but I have certified and legalised marriage certificate, I will upload for visa application and can show officer on arrival, could I be refused entry because of this or cause any issues?
If DMC Sheffield refuses spouse visa will reasons for refusal letter be sent by DMC Sheffield by email or do we need to collect refusal letter from visa application centre out of country?
Hi @TheDataDJ, Despite the advice from TLS/VFS that priority applications are not advised if the applicant has previously been refused a visa, we've seen that applicants who opt for the priority service who have previously been refused a visitor visa tend to get their decision within 30 working days. This is the case as long as the reason for the refusal had nothing to do with deception, criminality etc., I hope the above helps. Kind regards, The Migrate.org.uk team.

My solicitor forgot to apply as a priority visa but the day when my husband went for his bio they asked him if he wanted to use priority service he said yes and pay right there since 2 Jan we have received no decision e-mail except that our visa application has been recived eco spouse visa pls help mr

I submitted the papers on 2 January and my husband had his biometric on 19 January I did non priority service the standard one. I submitted the papers here and it was paid via rupees in Pakistan currency I am missing my husband 😭

If only one visitor visa to the uk has been refused. Is the priority service worth it? Is only a visitor visa.

Probably need to provide 6-12 months, the more the better.
