I had new bank account I opened after I arrived, but I have maintained the required amount of money in my account for the last 28 days as per the rules. Would you like me to submit the full four months of transactions, or is it enough to provide the bank statement showing just the 28 days? Also, will the four-month bank statement affect her visa decision in any way? Thank you

The government will be reviewing the annual salary threshold again in june 2025. i cant believe it will probably rise even higher. Couples will not be able to be together and start a family . Extremely saddening .

And it's really nice to see that my pension income from abroad can now be included with my self-employment income when I submit my ILR application in 2027 (providing HRMC doesn't change anything between now and then). 29000 income requirement is before tax or after tax

For fiance visa, can the savings be in the sponsor's individual account (in the UK) and the applicant's individual account (outside UK) and NOT a joint account between them? I haven't found any examples of people doing it this way for entry clearance and am sceptical about the use of 'jointly' alluding to a joint account.

My wife’s IlR on SET M Route is coming up to 5 years on the 5th April 2025. I wanted to go down the Super Priority Route as I might be travelling with her in May. What’s the chances that Home Office can reject the application if I applied a week before 5th April on Super Priority. Or will I be fine even if I get a decision before the 5 years is up?

Regarding the Tuberculosis requirement, TB2 says "A valid TB certificate is required if the applicant has been continuously present in a country or countries listed at TB6 for 6 months or more, which includes a period (of any length) within the 6 months before the date of application." Does that mean that if at one time you were in a country listed at TB6 for more than 6 months, but no part of that 6 month period falls within the 6 months before the date of application, that a TB certificate is NOT needed? Or, as you stated in the video, will it be required because the starting position is that it is necessary if the applicant is living in one of the listed countries at the time of application?

I am on an Indefinite leave to remain and live and work in the UK. I have applied for my spouse’s visa and she is outside of the UK. Her appointment is in a week. My understanding is that the NHS surcharge is for people living in the UK for a short period of time. I have been told that if your spouse intends to live in the UK permenantly, then this surcharge does not need to be paid. Is this correct?
