Not every composer can preform as well as they expect their pianists to, lol. Ravel had trouble playing some of his more complex pieces, and would skip the third movement of his Sonatine because it was too technically challenging. Liszt: La Campanella
Piano: ( *dead* )
how about el contrabandista lol
R A P E
ConquerNewWorld 2017 nooooo dumb stuff
He must have remodeled the piano.
Piano will explode at 4:10
I mean WOW!!! This shows the level of achievement and intelligence our species is capable of. Not only to the writer of this amazing piece, and this gentleman that was able to play it, I give much gratitude for allowing my ears to hear it.
Can't imagine the amount of practice behind this comfort in playing such pieces
Lang Lang : (dances)
Liszt: This mortal mocks me.
OMAMA JOHNPAUL hahaha very funny
So lang lang is mortal
@@jonahlai6204 Well compared to guys like Franz Lizst, Frederic Chopin, Charles Alkan and Amedee Meureax, yep! He's a mortal. Liszt, for instance, could sight read some of Chopin's hardest pieces, WITHOUT EVER HEARING OR PRACTICING THEM BEFORE.
OMAMA JOHNPAUL well, that's fair enough
@@omamajohnpaul4215 damn what the fuck
I can do the same as he is from 4:25 onwards
LMAOO
Lol
And that’s great
LMAO
hey atleast you can play the last chord
Damn! You can actually see see the keys bouncing (0.25x speed) after he hits them like they're on water.. absolutely insane detail..
Even the camera frame rate couldn't keep up with his hands..
Another thing i love is that the audio is perfectly in sync with the video..
Thanks for this..
If he was typing at this speed he’d write a novel in half an hour
2:55 he dances
Edit: don’t start a war in the replies
Vibe vibe vibe vibe vibe vibe
But he just vibin doe 😳
Bindiya Siribaddana shut up

Mine too,. It’s the last vibrations for the main melody.👍
Agreed

I look at his hands. And I think - this is probably the only musician who can be "listened to" even without sound, just looking at his hands.
Probably the best Campanella. Franz Liszt also listens to Lang Lang with us and smiles :)
Peace to all ❤❤
Holy cow the ease with which he moves his hands.
This looks like an incredibly hard piece and yet his technique is flawlessly smooth. Amazing.
1:34 absolutely love this. Look at how crisp he made that part sound. That's some next level articulation.
My jaw legit dropped when I saw that, the way his right index finger would double the lower octave was insane.
So relaxed
meglio Rubistain
Unbelieveble
@@Death_Raveas someone who is learning la campanella i would say it’s the hardest part or atleast in the top 5.
4:07 Hand.exe has stopped working
Pit 2x speed 😁
He did that on purpose
i just realised liszt could play evert liszt piece perfectly because he composed them. what a legend
Not every composer can preform as well as they expect their pianists to, lol. Ravel had trouble playing some of his more complex pieces, and would skip the third movement of his Sonatine because it was too technically challenging. That being said, I think it's even more impressive that Liszt was a virtuoso in both composing and playing, and I'd imagine he could play this piece as effortlessly as Lang Lang does.
The melody was composed by Niccolò Paganini.
Lang Lang is hero , his name should be shining in history ❤️❤️ , talent , and he is Amazing ❤️🔥 wish to see him in future ❤️❤️
0:28 He was just like "that hand lotion works really well"
this looks harder than math
Fredrick Shi oh really? Have you studied math? I don't want to debate on a piano video but getting good grades in eight grade doesn't mean math is "ez"
Fredrick Shi cool. Study math at uni then tell me how easy it is. High school calculus is nothing compared to uni stuff. I'm just in tenth grade myself but I'm studying at uni parallel to school and jesus this stuff is unbelievably difficult. I'm probably going to fail.
Fredrick Shi you too mate
This is math.
It probably is.
When you reach this level of skill the piano becomes an extention of your body , and that's so charming to me
The triple notes were executed perfectly!!!!
Fuck those are hard aye!
Technical ability is out of this world. Haters gonna hate.
Jesus how many redbulls did he drink before that
I’m late but one red bull for one note

And cocaine, lots of it... I'm kiding, hes just out of this word
Incredible that we live in an age where I cannot only watch and hear one of history’s greatest pianists but also see their hands in exquisite detail while laying in bed.
Imagine in the future. 50. Years from now we will be holograms by using glasses we will live the moment.
Absolute perfection. Without contestation, one of the most difficult numbers to master.
Anyone who will be watching this perormance over and over again in 2019?
You arent the Unique person who thinks classical music destroys actual and 20 Century music un general... :)
I'm from Argentina
Jep, for sure

Fantastic is all I got! The talent, the hands, the knowledge, the feeling and the total control: just moving!
how is it possible that he plays it so easy? No nerve on his face is moving or in tension. I am amazed
Practice, practice, practice. It’s all.
4:12 me when all my tasks need to be done the next day and its nearly 12o clock
Me too.
I'm fucking crying LMAO

Un tema maravilloso. Lo adoro en demasía!!!!!❤
you may hate lang lang, but you can't argue against the fact that his technique is phenomenal and he can play anything at will, at superhuman speeds and accuracy... personally i like him. his performance of rach 3 movement 2 on an UPRIGHT piano in the street was what made me fall in love with that movement...
Eric Lee Piano I don’t care hat he plays on, as long as he plays, but the Steinway would be preferable!
Good technique? very funny. Maybe if he had good technique, he wouldn't be injured all of the time. For a real example of good technique, look at any video of Yuja Wang playing the piano. This is version of flight of the bumblebee that lang lang and his shitty technique would never be able to play at this tempo th-cam.com/video/8alxBofd_eQ/w-d-xo.html
Good Technic but bad interpretation of the piece. So it is too mechanical
i dont think anyone is promoting particularly ill feelings towards him; they are simply making (uneducated) jokes out of his performance behavior and technique
Eric Lee Piano sometimes lang lang plays a bit messy or muddies things down with pedal. he is a great pianist and showman, but sometimes the clarity is just not there. lang lang is not my cup of tea personally.
One of the greatest performances I've ever seen in my life,,,,that was really special....
Hello friend how are you today? Do you know you can earn weekly?
4:55 What an heart, he even bowed to the curtains !
BRAVO!! Lang Lang Is beyond....way beyond in a class by himself. His finger work is wholly captivating, and his ease of emotional application is the icing on the cake!
