I would be an ingrate if I didn't come here to appreciate the good work you(Mr. Ben) and your team are doing. I watched all your videos, listen to them every night,as my lullabies😂 while in bed, followed every advice you gave and here I am with my family B1/B2 visa approval.I left no stone unturned on my DS-160 form, gave the VO all my highlights bf she even asked,I was so pro-active to an extent she couldn't ask further questions 😂. To God be the glory, our visas was approved. May God continue to bless you(Ben) and every members of your team. LONG LIVE ARGO VISA!!!

I’m sorry this is coming a bit late sir Ben, my story is a bit complicated I have been to Ghana basically all my schooling and during this period I wasn’t having a passport so they are not stamps on my new passport at the moment but however during my travel to Ghana, I constantly travelled by road and I used my national identification card as a means to identify myself as a minor.
I have my interview coming up by the ending of this month, I will love to know if this will affect my chances of getting the US F1 visa.

This is exactly what happened to my wife in Hanoi over a year ago. She hired a company to submit her DS-160 in an attempt to come see me during the pandemic while her spousal visa was being processed. She did this because she doesn't speak English and figured it would be the better choice. Fast forward to 8 months ago when her case was approved by USCIS and now my attorney has been waiting 4 MONTHS for a FOIA request to make certain her DS-260 matches up to the copy of her DS-160 when submitting to the National VISA center.
This has gotten so destructive to our marriage that I got congressman Jim Jordan's office involved for this FOIA request last week. I'm no expert in this field but it's quite clear to me that our immigration system is broken. It seems to punish those of us who respect the steps and procedures.
Thank you for the video but I am in such despair!

Please what are your thoughts on the interview waiver option for B1/B2 visas for applicants whose visas have expired for less than 24 months and are still applying for the same category? Is it advantageous choosing the interview waiver or go in person for the interview no matter the fact that you qualify for the interview waiver?

Should I fill a new DS160 and take a fresh appointment to reflect the correct position during the interview.

Thanks but by the way visa officer asked me for new photo and but he directed me to next counter to get the finger print and asked me to confirm with her but she didn't mention any thing abt the photo so I thought matter is cleared and i got the approval by the next officer. Two weeks my status showed approved but next week it turned to reffused. So few days after i realised matter will be the photo and I handed it over to the embassy front desk. Will I get the visa issued sooner or will I have to wait for longer time.

Dear Sir, suppose a person has a secondary source of income apart from his regular full-time job and says he/she earns 1000 Euro of his income from salary and 500 Euro from investment. How this information fills in DS160. Does he/she needs to mention only employment income i.e. 1000 Euro or can mention both i.e. 1500 euro.
    Kindly assist.

I have a question: I am a former PR and a current citizen of the U.S. My parents and the only sibling live in my homeland country (HC). The officer automatically rejected my sibling's visa because of me being a U.S. national twice. How can we avoid this ? It is very unfair to have the doors closed on you because of your family member. I feel horrible that my status here is preventing my sister doing her masters in the U.S. She got the offer from a very good school and the HC government may sponsor her financially with the condition that she will have to come back right after graduation and work for the government for 5 years. I am hoping that this agreement between my sis and HC government would help as an evidence of strong ties to her homeland. Would appreciate your insights. It is very unfair she was not even asked anything about her education, plans or dreams- just DS160 question- do you have a family member who is PR or Citizen? Yes- who ? Sister-REJECTED!

Hello sir, greeting from Myanmar. I am going to submit DS160 for F-1 student visa and I travelled alot including europe, singapore, thailand, cambodia and china. But these visa histories and documents are in my old passport that has not been returned to me and my question is may Visa Officer know my travel histories by seeing my old passport number that is shown in my new passport? I am not sure I can re-claim it back because of political instability in my country, Myanmar. How can I prove it at my visa interview, sir?

I know this is a long shot, but my fiance from the Philippines and we filled out the ds-160, she's elected to leave her child to be raised in the philippines with her family and wont be part of the ds-160 visa. She listed him on the ds-160 visa and it shows him as a traveling participent on the email I received. Nowhere we mentioned he was going to travel with her on the K1 visa, but he's still listed on there. Are we good to continue with this? I've tried calling the embassy in manila but no luck getting through during normal manila working hours. Please any advise would be extremely helpful. @Argo Visa
