This is exactly what happened to my wife in Hanoi over a year ago. She hired a company to submit her DS-160 in an attempt to come see me during the pandemic while her spousal visa was being processed. She did this because she doesn't speak English and figured it would be the better choice. Fast forward to 8 months ago when her case was approved by USCIS and now my attorney has been waiting 4 MONTHS for a FOIA request to make certain her DS-260 matches up to the copy of her DS-160 when submitting to the National VISA center. This has gotten so destructive to our marriage that I got congressman Jim Jordan's office involved for this FOIA request last week. I'm no expert in this field but it's quite clear to me that our immigration system is broken. It seems to punish those of us who respect the steps and procedures. Thank you for the video but I am in such despair!

Thanks but by the way visa officer asked me for new photo and but he directed me to next counter to get the finger print and asked me to confirm with her but she didn't mention any thing abt the photo so I thought matter is cleared and i got the approval by the next officer. Two weeks my status showed approved but next week it turned to reffused. So few days after i realised matter will be the photo and I handed it over to the embassy front desk. Will I get the visa issued sooner or will I have to wait for longer time.

I had a rejection once but I had no travel history then i got a tourist visa for france but I have not yet traveled since the visa is for December and yet my next us visa interview appointment will be in July because my college semester is for fall so do you think it will affect my visa approval or not. I put May 29, 2023, and this was my previous start date that I put on my DS160 and now my sponsor changed my start date to July 10,2023 due to delays in embassy availability. Do you think I should create a new DS160? I'm worried it might cause denial on my visa .This is for traineeship J1 cultural exchange program.
