Hi Ben I wish I had found u before, My case is so complicated, I got B1 visa approved n traveled to USA to visit my sister, after seeing her confident n full of knowledge in her master’s degree I wished to apply for my masters degree in USA. Then I got my i20 from one college so I applied for change of status from B1 to F1. And waited for USCIS decision, mean while I kept calling on uscis phone numbers which I got on the uscis website and kept tracking regularly regarding my case n when will I get the decision and what’s my status can I stay in usa or should I leave and all the time the answer I got was stay in the country till u get the final decision on your case, and I stayed for 20 month n finally I got the decision denied so as soon as I got denied I returned to my home country. And then I started applying for masters from my home country n four times I got rejected. The officer won’t listen to anything just ask me why I over stayed and denie my visa. One officer gave me revoke on my B1 visa now my husband is in USA n I applied fir my F2 visa and still got denied … m going crazy as what to do …. How do I correct this .. I have a baby too 3 months old n m not able to crack the interview plz help me out …

Hi, I filled DS-160 form in April 2022, i got an appointmeent after 8 months.. But what i mentioned my intend travel dates passed which was in June 2022.. now i have an appointment in October 6 2022. I can not edit the DS-160 form at this point. So what issolution for me, should i Fill new DS-160 form and present new form insteqd of Old DS-160 form which is useless..

Hey Ben and Mandy, @argo team, please help me, yesterday I had my Visa interview and they rejected me under 214B after a very long discussion and questioning in Malaysia.
First my program is a 10 week ESL, starts on 28 Sep 2022 and ends on 08 Dec 2022, BUT on my I-20 form, it starts from 28 Sep 2022 and ends on 28 Sep 24, I don’t know why, is it a mistake or it is like that?
I also applied from a foreign country Malaysia KL, and I had to demonstrate some ties back also I am a rich businessman here in Malaysia, I did my best but my Malaysian Visa for bachelor expires in November 2022.
Then I don’t know how to go next time, I would like to pay for you if you could help me, I am ok with your fee.

40:10 so if I fill a new ds-160 form I just have to have my confirmation page of the new one on the day of the intervirw and then:
1- do I have to e-mail it to somebody or to the embassy or i just have to keep the confirmation with me until i go to the interview
2-do I have to pay the visa fee a second time or what?
3- Please can anyone tell me the whole process of filling a new ds-160 form after paying for the interview
4-does the filling of the ds-160 form affects the approval?
