    I can still remember first videos live on IG, when you were in germany 4 years ago, in the midst of pandemic. Talking about books you were reading (and thanks for that i read several of your suggestions) i can see the effort you put into your projects in those years. Thank you for being around Theo!     Hello Theo, amazing video! I am training calisthenics with some friends and I am introducing to them some movements that I'm learning with you. I've just seen the video of the 4 movements you need and I liked the suggestion of doing the beast + the kick + the crab. I will also try this one that you share in this video! Thank you Theo!
