One of my pet peeves is the stairs being right in the foyer. I have never liked that, so I always look for a way to take it in a different direction.
Beautiful home. Love the size of the bedrooms, kitchen, pantry but not the front stair case. Looks like you don’t have much room to go around to that flex room.
This is one of the most unique and gorgeous homes I’ve ever seen! Truly a dream home! The interior designer did an outstanding job as well! Thanks for this wonderful tour of this great quality built home! Schumacher is the top of the line builder!
Now this is a home! Love everything about it. My fave, by far! I just wanna pick it up and plant it in the country somewhere but still close to conveniences. The staging is on point too.
This is a knockout. Two things I thought of with a place this grand...a residential elevator going from the basement to the second floor. When doing a basement I'd always like the one in a house a friend bought...it was a poured basement and they did extensions on the top of the poured wall forms. He was 6'4" and in the basement reaching up he could not touch the floor joists of the first floor. On top of that the house was built using floor trusses so everything (electrical, plumbing, and ducts) ran through the trusses giving maximum ceiling height.

It has a beautiful layout and the separation bw the foyer and living space is a great idea. The extended morning room is absolutely gorgeous. The millwork is exquisite and the whole color scheme is divine. Not so crazy abt the layout of the bathtub between the vanity tho.
Closet in master is awesome. I would use every inch. Very nice home. For me I need the master to be down stairs

I have to admit I think even Mike Holmes would give this his seal of approval! Very nice! Correction: wish the ldry rm were bigger w cabinets n shelves uh oh, no pot filler. Hmmmm. Hope master shwr is right w hand held NOOOO HANDHELD! Make sure those are always included!

What a gorgeous home! The ONLY thing that irked me was the position of the island in the kitchen. Would have been more suitable to have the chairs 🪑 on the outside so not to block access to the fridge. This is an ongoing issue in our tiny kitchen now so that why I noticed it 😅 overall beautiful functional home.

First floorplan at 2:13. Upper floor at 2:16. The one thing that would make this houseplan perfect is a dumbwaiter. Carrying laundry up and down stairs is difficult and even dangerous. A dumbwaiter just outside of the garage that connects to all the levels--- makes a lot of sense. That and a side door to the outside of the garage.
Think I'd move the toilet and sink to the mudroom wall, move the door hinge, rather than have it on the dining room wall...
Normally dislike coffered ceilings, but this works for me. Love the staging, too.

This home is very lovely. Is there a one story that has the same floor plan as the 1st story and then of the kitchen through the small office as a hallway that leads to the primary/owner's suite and the other bedrooms on the other side of the house. Or even comparable to this in square footage just in a one story. That way one can get rid of the staircase in the way of the flex room which should have a double door leading into it and possibly a door out the back end...
All I can say is I'm so in love with this home
Couldn't see anyway of getting a car into the garage without an opening 🤔 but love the house 🏡

The staircase ruins this magnificent home. It's practically on top of the front door and it also blocks the flex room.

The main bathroom on second floor could be a bit better. How about tile going up to the ceiling and a better tub. Such a builder grade bathroom for such a nice house
Il really like this home but I would need a master suite on the first floor as I have had some injuries. I would love to see this or something similar with a master suite on main floor
Beautiful home but Too much wasted space for me. Downsize version would be great. I would Love to know the cost of the light bill! And the actual cost of the model home. Do they ever sell the model homes? Just wondering.
Nice home, different layout than one of the other homes but I like it for a larger family. As any home this size if were mine I'd have a nice dog wash station put in either in the laundry room or that little side office with the exterior door that would be best. The dining area in middle of such a open area not My ideal space for it though. The laundry needs some cabinets and the master shower a bench with addition of a hand held shower.

lol nothing I have just been getting mixed comments on opening the fridge, and while newer videos I dont open them this one was still me opening it so i just cut it out.

Looks a lot bigger than 2600 sq ft from the outside.
Looks like a McMansion to me. The staircase in the hallway impedes on the entrance to the room to the left. But it probably doesn't matter. In 25 years all that timber would have rotten away and the building will be demolished for another monstrosity. Why is the garage door to the side of the building ?
Had me mesmerized up til the master being located upstairs, if this is supposed to be a “4ever” home for anyone, trust me, u won’t want to be climbing stairs by mid/late 50s ! Other than that and promoting fossil fuel usage, beautiful!

I truly love the Schumacher homes. This seems familiar- have you shown it before? Yes, as your comment mentions - thought I was experiencing Déjà vu. Is there a way in which you could create different playlists for each company that builds the homes you film? From my perspective, as more videos are filmed, determining or figuring out which homes and when they were filmed gets challenging. Perhaps you are uploading as they are finished being edited, rather than the most recent ones visited?? Or maybe I can create my own playlist? For example, I liked the Florida homes, love the Schumacher homes and the other company that was in Ohio?? I do not care for the videos of the cabins, so poorly staged and far too many “imagine this or that” (not being critically of you Timothy) rather curious as to why the company is not taking the opportunity to showcase their homes in the best possible way🤔
yes we have seen this similar floor plan... it was the craftsman version though. I with Schumacher I like to Show all the different varieties even though some may ultimately be duplicates (most notably the Olivias) just because there are different variations to each one that I find interesting and hope yall will to. I have created different builder playlists for the builders I have a decent amount of tours from. Some one also created playlists by sqft range also. As far as editing yeah kind of all over the place. sometimes I still have videos from a previous tour sequence and then get to a new location and feel the need to spice it up. The other Ohio company was Diyanni Homes ( I LOVE THEM!) Hopefully that answers most lol I dont know what the deal is with the cabin places, maybe they just have so much volume they dont have to care

I hate the kitchen cabinets, would prefer a stand alone stove, to many slab windows would be nice if there was more operational windows.

That is the master bedroom not the owner room . Every man or woman this is there castle so yes they are the master. That said the house is great you are doing a great job just don’t start the woke crap , most normal people can’t stand that crap
