I totally agree, it’s a beautiful home however the master should be on the main floor especially if I’m paying good money for a home. The kids and guest can use the stairs. Nice tour Tim.
I would leave out the doggy bath out upstairs just crazy..I would add two more rooms downstairs
This home is absolutely gorgeous! 😍I like that window in the open walk-in closet in the 1st bedroom. That tile in the 1st guest bathroom upstairs is so pretty! The master bath and closet are breathtaking! 😮 I would put the laundry room on the 1st floor and eliminate the doggy bath. Beautiful kitchen with so many cabinets up to the ceiling! Very nice island. The pantry looks like a 2nd kitchen. 😳 I love this house; wish I could afford something like this.
Timothy, I see why this is the house 🏠🏡, that you was waiting for!! This is completely crazy gorgeous!! There is lots of room for everybody!! The designs and the artistry is just fabulous!! All the rooms are very large, roomy, and very versatile!! It has all the bells and whistles of a dynamic well-made 🏠🏡!! Thank you for everything that you do, to bring us homes like these!!

I really like this place as toured and partly as the plans are. The Kitchen, Dining, and Pantry are better as toured. I like the Multi Gen Living and Bedroom as in the plans.
As a now single retired person it is too big for me though as is. If they could do it single floor with the Basement it would be great. Idealy I'd want it built into a sloped lot so the Basement could be a Walk-Out. I'd want a deeper poured Basement, a few friends have them, one has 10 foot ceilings. Makes for nice Basement Bedrooms that don't look like a Basememt Bedroom with low ceilings and you can have a great Party/Game area.
WISH I could see the Garages, I hate when they lock them. I'd not be happy with them anyway, so it doesn't matter, on these tours I always want wider and deeper garages. A log home builder up north here is spoiling me when I see their plans, they get it about needing more garage space.
Beautiful. I think the master and laundry room should be on the first floor.

Get lost much? 😅 I was telling you, yes that is the primary bedroom. You just couldn't hear me. I agree, that is odd having the pet wash on the 2nd floor.
I agree about the pet washing station, would be better by the mud room if possible.. not sure how I feel about having the Master Bedroom directly over the kitchen though.
That pantry should have shelves all the way up the wall. The doggie wash station should have been put in the mud room. That was a dumb move lol. Finally a big dining room. I would have made a built in bench along part of the window wall for kids. I want a 12 seater table for holidays (but my house isn’t big enough). I still prefer an actual dining room and a kitchen table, though. The master closet was just what I need. My husband wouldn’t need much room, unless he was planning on hanging up his socks and underwear too 🤣🤣🤣

Merhaba , videolarınızı beğenerek takip ediyorum, çok güzel evler tanıtıyorsunuz estetik, işlevsel mimari ve dekorasyon açısından da oldukça başarılılar hatta peyzaj bile ancak son birkaç videoda ki evlerin sade, dingin muhteşemliğine yakışmayacak şekilde ana giriş kapıları sanki bir garaj girişi kapısı ya da bir apartman daire kapısı gibi biraz küçük ve özensiz görünüyorlar . Daha geniş, iki kanatlı güzel bir ahşap ya da ferforje veya cam bile olabilir bence bizi evlerin giriş kapıları karşılar öncelikle .

While the top row of cabinets does provide storage most people would need a step ladder to reach them. Overall it is another cold, uninviting home IMO. I believe if the interior was staged better I would like more of the Schumacher designs.

Absolutely not a fan of the wide open closets in the master bedroom. That would have to be rectified for me to buy this home even if I loved everything else.
Small bedrooms and small closets for a big house. Also super strange to have a window in a closet, not great for clothing. I do like the dog bath, the kitchen and the pantry. Overall it seems to have a decent floor plan but I'm tired of the whole farmhouse and barn door vibe.
Overall great floor plan and interior design. Little too black and white for my taste but it was nicely done. Wish they could’ve incorporated a powder room in there somewhere. If someone was actually using the guest room downstairs it wouldn’t be nice to have everyone use that bathroom. Bet they could work one in somewhere right off front door. Take a bit of that downstairs TV room. It was pretty long.
