Lebanon, Ohio huh. That’s in Amish country I think. Quality carpenters, attention to detail in construction. My childhood home built by Amish. 4 bedroom 2.5 bats. Full basement with exit door to patio. Oak flooring thru entire house. They do beautiful work!
Absolutely beautiful home but I don’t understand the concept of two wet bars, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers but only one bathtub. I would have expected a beautiful tub in the master!
Here in Toronto the "Chef's Kitchen" is often used for catering staff. They bring the entire meal service into the kitchen and run it out of that kitchen, so they are out of the way for the entire event. They also do cleanup and close-out into the kitchen as well. The principal kitchen can also be set up on the island for a buffet service if wanted. This allows you to have guests circulating through the principal kitchen area and not see the clutter as the event proceeds. I've even seen two places where they have a separate gated entrance to the chef's kitchen to a parking pad for the catering truck to be ensconced during the event. It meant flow for the catering staff for a 1-- [person event was seamless. The servers were on the floor circulating and serving throughout the meal and after dinner and the six crew catering prep staff was prepping and heating in the second kitchen completely invisible throughout the event. They were able to bring food in from their truck during the night without being seen or interfering with the event. So much easier than trying to get it all in at the start and they were finished and cleaned up and gone before the last guest left.
My opinion: I have a #1 guideline for reading a floor plan. Let's say hubby has been working on the car and has motor oil smears on clothing, hands and arms. Or, hubby has been in the garden and is covered in dirt or mud. Or, hubby is a construction worker and is dirty with concrete or wood particles. You name the scenario. He comes home from a hard working day. He enters the garage and to the mud room. Perfect. All he is thinking about is getting a relaxing shower to remove dust, dirt and sweat. He either leaves his clothes on or takes them off, leaving them in the mud room. He needs to get across the house to his bedroom. This takes him through the kitchen where maybe supper is being prepared. He has to go through the living/great room. Maybe there are family or friends over. If he's removed most of his clothing, he's essentially naked. Or, if fully clothed, walking the dirt through the house. He has two choices, he can walk from the great room, down the hall to the utility, leaving his dirty clothes there but, he must get to the shower through the walk in closet (clean clothes) to get to his bathroom (all in front of guests). Or, he walks through the great room, to his bedroom, through the walk in closet (clean clothes) to the utility and reverse trip to his shower. Perhaps, the mud room, utility and master bath need to be inner connected so that the hard working man has privacy to clean up and then eat his evening meal or join with family, without embarrassment. Another scenario that I don't understand; the utility needs to be close to bedroom closets for shorter walking distance. Why would I want to carry dirty laundry from bedrooms and bath, through the living room and kitchen? And then return trip to put away? In some floor plans, the utility room is accessed through the kitchen. You've done laundry and need to walk it through to the other side of the house to each perspective room to put items away. The utility needs to be as close to bedroom closets for shorter walking distance. Why would I want to carry dirty laundry from bedrooms and bath, through the living room and kitchen? And then return trip to put away? Thanks for your time.

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!!!! Love the pull out shelves in the kitchen so you don't have to stand on your head to find an item. Ceiling in the master was awesome. I can't think of anything I didn't like, it was all beautiful!
Every time I click to watch this.. I get butterflies.. This is my dream home 🥰😍.. the only thing I would change is just to add an extra bedroom upstairs and and extra one in the basement.. other than that everything is perfect!! Praying in the next two years we can make our dream come true 🙏🏾❤️🙌🏾
One item that is becoming common here In Ontario is that there is a separate set of stairs from the garage to the utility room. This can allow for things like hockey equipment or bulk purchases to be brought in without tracking through the house.

I HAVE to make this comment. As crazy and petty as it sounds, for some reason, that soft beautiful music gives your channel and tour a relaxing atmosphere. Like almost a BUY ME NOW feature. There something about music and the tone and pitch is perfect.
It’s a beautiful home, that’s for certain. One thing I would have liked to see would be a nice big soaker tub in the master bath. There are windows in the upper gables but I don’t see access to the upstairs, it would be nice to have a finished upper floor as well. There is one thing that really drives me crazy and that is wire racks in the closets of the secondary bedrooms. I’m sure this house is a fortune and it certainly does impress with all the custom cabinetry, I love the morning room and the back screened porch. It does seem like it’s not made for a big family especially if you didn’t have the basement option. Overall it’s really stunning. Thank you for the tour.
Very nice home!! I would have liked for you to show the window wells in the basement bedrooms a little closer. It looked like there were ladders to climb out in case of emergency, but I couldn't see for sure. That would be a great idea for a basement bedroom.
Only in my dreams. I have never had the privilege of having a home like this. I had a new home when I was married to my ex but it was standard and cookie cutter home. I had to sell it when I got divorced. Maybe in heaven I can have a home like this....WOW!!!

This is a beautiful house and the floor plan is fantastic. I absolutely love the screened in porch and the double slider, something that I have included on my wishlist for sometime. The shower in the master bathroom without a lip is another must that I have had on my list. The master closet and connected laundry is fantastic. The only thing that I would need to include is an elevator since stairs are no longer my friend and I would want access to the basement.

Very beautiful home with high end finishes and appears to be very well built. Dobt care for crank out Windows because of knocking into them on the outside especially these that are low and also be blown against in wind and then if it rains both inside and out Will get wet just not practical in every place or room of the home I would prefer sash Windows. Not sure this would be my choice for specific home but do recognize this as being a home builder that might have what I want or could provide what I was looking for. Goodness, that's a gorgeous dream home. A chef's pantry!? Yes, please... complete with Chef! 😉 A master closet that can double as a nursery! 😄 When we were looking for our first place, I saw a master closet about half that size, with a window and wanted it for that reason. An attached nursery! I do wish they'd follow through with the glam bath and include a soaker tub. Also, I'm not one who would ever put a TV over a fireplace. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but a fireplace should be it's own focal point and not overtaken by the eyesore of a TV. Also, I love my "idiot box" aka TV. 😄 I want a place for it. Thanks for touring these epic dream homes. They are so much fun to look at!

Lebanon is definitely NOT Amish country. It's semi rural about 40 miles north of Cincinnati. We live 10 minutes from there.
