How long did you mess with the broom before this video? I may have missed it... it took me a bit to find a grip that I fell in love with.. my initial grip looks a lot like yours but I have messed around and found a fool proof grip (for me that is)
@@drewfortsongolf5529 how about since? Did you pull the plug on it? I read somewhere that someone said it takes like 500 putts before feeling fully comfortable with a change like that. I could be making all that up ha but just curious if you have similar feelings now
@@Kylez1212 yeah I decided it wasn’t the right fit for me. Thought it would be a bit too much of experiment and I didn’t have time to practice it enough. I believe it can be a fantastic option if someone has the time to practice with it and dial it in
I have been using the long putter since 1976! The broomstick is 4 a golfer who has the yips with a short putter! It will not turn a bad putter into a great putter, but it will help! If you r a good putter with the short putter, no way should you consider the long putter, especially at $700 dollars.

Yeah I had only rolled about 50 putts on a mat inside before this. Definitely not a lot of practice with the broom

I feel like the 40 ft putts were useless for gathering data. I think you couldn’t get them to the hole because the green was so horrible/rough.

U need 2 stay with the short putter! U do not look comfortable with the broom!
