Just loved the mower accompaniment oh and the blower. Very helpful too when the lumber jack turned up too, why would we need to hear the sales guy, perfect all so professional !
Calvin dud my video fitting, I didn't know who he was then but I am glad I got him. I will never touch another putter other than lab golf and I have only had my putter for less than a month. 2.1 custom, thank you.
i did the online fitting and discussed that back and forth with the fitter who was super responsive. Ended up with a DF3, TPT shaft in Platinum. Have played it now for a couple weeks and absolutely love it. 50 years of battling the figure 8 back swing is gone.. on rails. So good.
It’s so crazy I was just on that putting green. Coaching high school boys State golf. Got to play a practice round with my player too. Still regret not getting in the LAB while I was there
Great video, my god, is there any grass left!! That course should be manicured to the "T". My only question would be about the process of weight variations. Obviously, you stayed with the feel you normally swing. Thanks for all the info.
Good video. 3 years ago i sent in my video and got fit for a DF2.1, the ugly branding iron. The tech def works but couldn't get over the ugly looks. I wound up selling it on ebay. Since last year I've been gaming the Limited edition Jailbird Versa 380 counterbalanced putter. great on long putts but my short ones are being pulled left, mostly because i have a slight arc in my backstroke and the jailbird is face balanced. Def need to get a remote fitting for the DF3, if not this year than next spring.
@@TinkerGolfMandid my remote fitting and placed my order for a 36 inch. Counterbalanced with a 3.0 17 inch SS grip. NN head marking. Black steel shaft. 72° lie angle.
@@TinkerGolfMan no I’ll be playing it like I do with my Jailbird 380 at 36 inches. I choke down about 1-2 inches so it plays counterbalanced. Like the way Ricky Fowler plays it. I bought the limited edition Jailbird 380 Versa last summer.
Not much available in Canada to try. Couldn't stomach spending that much or committing long term without trying. And definitely didn't want to get used since these are fitted for lie angle. Ended up with a jailbird mini after trying everything. Hopefully they become more popular and I can try some next time I need a putter (hopefully never)
I purchased a stock DF3 online from Golf Vault in Kitchener. Used code GV5ACE to save 5%. Total was $569.96 cdn before tax and free shipping. LOVE this putter.
I play the original model. I do sort of believe that they have too many models now. It can be confusing, and make some believe they picked the wrong one.
@@keithpanco I agree there’s a lot of models, but if you have one that works, stick with it! But always try to get fit for the new models so you can try different models and have the fitter recommend the best one!
Why didnt you have your fitting in the fitting studio.Start off with your own putter. All the data will be shown .Never seen a fitting out on the putting green.
Sam, I think this is a very good question! I'm thinking about doing a fitting, but I will certainly have it done indoors, so I can see all the fitting numbers and ask questions pertaining to the data they are capturing!
Honesty, the technology is really good. Specially the heads not moving around! And they can really dial in the softness or firmness you want in a putter! Should be more people on this!

Love to hear this! Got pics? Follow me on the gram!

I find it a bit strange at their own fitting centre. They didn’t have a 33 inch when they had you hitting the 35.
Great video I am getting ready to order mine. 35" 70* DF3 in Green with black accra shaft

Thanks for the insight here! I’m also a golf tinkerer and ordered one of these last week… may have to retire all the Scotty swag haha
Yeah, hard choices!

What did you think of the TPT shaft? I saw in the video it referenced the BGT and wasn't sure what that was.
For me, felt very firm. I prefer the softer feel. But you would need to test it.

Understood! So many good putters out there! Hopefully this becomes more popular in Canada!

LOL I am with you. Up north in the Great White North, I am going to proceed, I have an armlock, but going with the Mez Max broomstick
enjoy your torque 😂
They don't use Quintic?
How tall are you? Trying to figure out my spec for an upcoming order. Thx

put a scotty headcover on them LOL
HAHAHAHA! Not sure if they fit!
This fitter constantly saying, “Does that make sense” would drive me nuts!
haha, I was thinking the same! Wish he would have answered "No, please explain!"
Still believe they will end up all hype? If not, may have to rob a bank 2 get 1?

5 to 6 weeks? Come on now.
It’s no hype - DF3 Broomstick is for the win 🏆 🧹
