      Culture - Education - Technology - Safety - Politics & etc ...
Due to the massive changes in today's interpretation to how things are handled - especially the social media platform which is now between our hands - had made things like:
Basics - knowledge & evolutions - drastically changed into rather than becoming more original - it became generic.
Today the standards are forced into others throats to maintain a controlled - stable wave of advancement to keep things in check.
This caused the world to become cold and limited to the possible ideas to flourish.
Things are getting organized in such a manner that you can hardly feel uniqueness no matter where you look.
It is like the whole industry is a one large factory which is manufacturing our daily - monthly & yearly routines.
This is the best example i can put into words about this generation.
This had critically affected motorsport in general.

The in-car video is priceless. Old school driving at its best... Only a tach with a straight up redline to show when to shift. And, yes, shift. A clutch, gearbox and manage 3 pedals with 2 feet - when a driver had more to do than steer, and apply gas and brake. This along with the sounds and the visuals of this beautiful car on the track... Priceless! Thanks for posting.

What a video Bozzy! There are many amazing Group C cars but the XJR-9 and 12 have to be at the top for me, the sound of that V12 is pure Nirvana. The Jaguar XJR-9 ended Porsches dominance too. There is footage of Chris Harris driving one and talking to Andy Wallace who tells the story of other drivers in the lower class cowering in their cockpits as that V12 Jaguar screamed past them at Daytona it’s a must watch🤣

I've always wondered what it would be like to work the clutch/gearbox in prototype/LeMans cars from this era. Every upshift makes a sound like the whole driveline is bucking during clutch engagement. The Sauber C9, and especially the Mazda 787B sound even more brutal on upshifts, every gear change sounds so violent that it makes me wonder if they're as challenging to actually shift as they sound.

@@philking7805 I wont have the chance to hear on in the flesh unless Jaguar invites me to drive one. Like i say it sounds glorious from the outside.... far better than the Porsches it beat that one time at LM

It doesn’t sound as good as the TVR Speed 12 but still decent!

Anyone know the typical top speed of this car (gearing factored-in)? No guesses please. If you don’t know, don’t respond.

I remember driving this car on Gran Turismo 4 & 6.. just like the Nissan R89C and R92CP from Group C Racing. Its legendary just like them with outstanding performance.
