He finally went through that door a few short years ago.....but I miss him so much. Memories... they still hurt my soul so deep ..only the depths of the mysterious, deep, Blue-Seas can compare. Bob Dylan was absolutely one of his favorites.

She listened to Earth Wind and Fire, Phillip Bailly, Tom Petty, and probably put up with Bob Dylan (thanks Dad). One of her favorite songs though appeared to be Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow. It's been almost 14 years now and while I can't say I miss her as badly as the day she left, she is always in my heart. Time does heal the pain and the mind tends to forget. The past, though, cannot be erased.

A few years ago Bob came in my Starbucks and I was singing one his songs. “He said I bet you don’t know who sings this...” I didn’t realize it was him at the time. He looked younger. I told him it was Bob Dylan and how I use to hate it and now I love it. I remember the good times through the music he loved. I thought he was John Mellencamp at first. I wish I had just given him a hug and a thanks.

Always speaking to the heart and mind. 24 years and collected most of his original early records! The best!
