That fuel trailer is such a great asset - so much time saved. Tight squeeze - loved 'hello tree' - doesn't take much sometimes to hold back water. Huge root mats are amazing. Pond is a beauty. Opening up pasture area - more overgrown than one would initially think.
Looking nice more and more you get done the view from the sky must be beautiful so far making the landscape more productive for cattle to graze 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
That was a close fit for the new machine unplugging the drainage ditch. It's amazing how mother nature works when she wants to make another swap. The pond is looking great for how thick it was. Great to see you have a great day at work Chris.
That’s going to be a beautiful pond when you’re done clearing around it. If the owner will keep it maintained it will stay beautiful. I’ve got 4 ponds on my farm that need to be cleaned up too.
That is going to be a sweet little pond when you’re done. Getting the excavator in to dig that ditch gives new meaning to 10# of do do in a five # bag. Always enjoyable to watch a clean up, thanks for the video, appreciate the ride along.
It's nice to watch these videos because as it's being explained at the beginning you can try to see in your head what the end result will look like before the first work begins. Because of the good narration we get
Love watching you work. As you improve the area, make it usable, it's fun to watch. Opening up the 'swamp' was interesting. May have been mini work but would the mini have been able to yang that stump? This is very enjoyable and thanks for sharing with us all, Chris.
I love the way Chris talks to the vegetation as he clears it. Like when he was working to drain the swamp, he was warning the tree that he was coming through! That was classic Chris. Thanks for today that was lovely.
I enjoy your videos. All of em. The body of water by that creek or river reminds me of a slough. Gum trees looked like cypress trees growing in a slough or swampy area. I would have drained that also. One good thing, it will cut down on mosquitoes
Chris bring your water pump with you and neck down the outlet hose so can clean the bulk of the concrete and mud from the excavators . You have the pond to draw from.
Great job, especially getting that big girl into that super tight space! Anyway that is going to be one nice looking pond when your finished! Keep up the great work you do!
Makes ya feel goo when ya can make a good showing like that each day , ya know it !! lolol... You have got a lot done there in a couple days so far !! Great as always Chris !! Have a Great Evening , And , On too the Next !! Man, it already looking totally different...
The old Pond to Clean up. To first to Rood up the Bush on the Water side. This Day Work You farther on the Bush Wood side and Rood up but You Work exactly that You only the Tree Rood up what You Planing and to the Swamp Draining in the Way. Great Work what You this Day make. Thanks for the Interesting Video. 👌👍
Mine too, but those concrete crusher episodes were great! I have never seen so much rebar in my life! 😆😆😆I saw a cement maker downtown that I thought was a crusher. Chris opened up a whole different world for me on those episodes. I enjoyed every minute of them!
pond cleaning up nicely Chris. those vines are a nightmare, tangle up in everything. the PO might have realized overflow was clogged, making a swampy mess and just gave up on trying to maintain the banks?
Thinning out the mess now is wiser than waiting for the trees to get bigger and more water logged. Break a few sticks to make progress well worth it by summertime.
The videos with lots of commentary are my favorites. Watching you work in that tight spot right next to that tree with the door open , all I could think was “and if it was me this is the moment the machine stirs up another bees nest….”
I'm rather happy there was no beavers. They are, without a doubt, the best water water conservationist on this planet. I wish we had them in New Zealand.
Yes Chinese privet is very invasive here in Texas also. Some have a purple berry that birds spread. Glad it was just a ditch and not beaver dam. In only a few hours Chris the property looks so much neater with an open view. Have a good weekend.
More great pond work by the Pond Master. Glad you could squeeze in and reopen the drain to the creek. If you go to the island, will you bring and use matts so you don`t sink into the mud? Privit is wild here in N. Fla. too - think its spread by birds.
Leave it to Chris, he's a man with the plan for everything. If you ever have to go back to the swamp drain, you can easily use the mini in the future. I don't think you would have been able to use it today with that stump being there. A lot of the bank looks like you could have used the mulcher on it with all the vines and bushes in there.
I saw a place North of you that had a big swampy area that is filled with swamp rats and other creepy crawlies. I wish we could get you hired to drain it and get that cleaned up and turned into a nice place again.
Depending on what the owner wants of course, but if it were my pond, I’d raise it and leave the island alone. The dead trees would make great fish/waterfowl habitat and they really don’t look as unsightly as many would think.
Considering the extensive vegetation management you undertake, wouldn't it be advantageous to invest in a flail mower for increased efficiency and effectiveness?
Up here in northern lower michigan it still looks like fall outside, but we're to get a couple weeks of rain and nice weather, well above freezing anyhow. c'est la vie.
Have you been back to the pond with the bait pond and huge spillway. The previous contractor removed all the dirt from around the big trees right beside the pond. I believe you made a log road to clean the other side of pond.
I’m doin some clearing down here in Miami near the Everglades in some thick brush like that, unfortunately machine I’m on has a fixed thumb 🥲 watching you work with that hydraulic thumb makes it look like light work!!

That is not his new machine. It's the newer 250, not the 300.
@@bushpilot4853that's his new 220
@@bushpilot4853 exactly the 220 is his brand new machine, all others were bought used.
Nature takes over faster in some areas than others but always takes over indeed.
@@bushpilot4853almost sure this is the new 220 with the screen there in it for grades bought brand new, other machines were newish but not brand new
That’s going to be a beautiful pond when you’re done clearing around it. If the owner will keep it maintained it will stay beautiful. I’ve got 4 ponds on my farm that need to be cleaned up too.
If I still lived on a farm, I'd want to have an excavator and dozer of my own. Chris makes it look a lot of fun moving dirt and plucking out trees.
That is going to be a sweet little pond when you’re done. Getting the excavator in to dig that ditch gives new meaning to 10# of do do in a five # bag. Always enjoyable to watch a clean up, thanks for the video, appreciate the ride along.

Chris is the true master....he makes it look easy...Edit : Yes, From start to finish on everything makes it all a viewing experience.
Love watching you work. As you improve the area, make it usable, it's fun to watch. Opening up the 'swamp' was interesting. May have been mini work but would the mini have been able to yang that stump? This is very enjoyable and thanks for sharing with us all, Chris.

Birds love privet fruit, so seeds are spread far and wide!
That Pond is looking Nice with the Clean up.
It’s going to be gorgeous pond and place when you get through with it. Keep the vids coming brother!
Gotta love a Sunday afternoon episode of Chris doing a pond rescue episode.
Even better when we get episodes almost every day.
I enjoy your videos. All of em. The body of water by that creek or river reminds me of a slough. Gum trees looked like cypress trees growing in a slough or swampy area. I would have drained that also. One good thing, it will cut down on mosquitoes
Vintage LetsDig18 playing deep in the woods, getting the water moving
I love to revisit the 16yr old videos of clearing beaver clogs in dams, Chris rocking out to Lennard Skynard
It really is a great bonus to get these jobs where the owners have some major projects to be done. The more the merrier.
I like how you tell us about all the different kinds of trees and things ! 😊😊😊
I love watching you work. I learn something new every time watching how you operate your machines.
Thank you!!!
Was hoping you would have found a beaver dam!! That’s how I found your channel!! Enjoying the clearing though, it’s coming along!!
Sure makes a difference once all that stuff's gone. That'll be a nice little pond when it's done. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
Those hidden farm ponds can hold some real pretty bass... thanks for sharing 👍.
Chris bring your water pump with you and neck down the outlet hose so can clean the bulk of the concrete and mud from the excavators . You have the pond to draw from.
And you trying to tell this man how to do his job.
Or I could just shovel it off in half the time and not get soaked in muddy water
Pretty Amazing what a Skilled heavy equipment operator can do 👍👍
Nice work never a shortage of ponds 😊
I love watching your pond videos Your work is second to none. The transformation is incredible.
The shoreline is looking good it’ll be ready for some fishing soon🎣
Excellent comeback after too much concrete busting.
Nothing like some fun pond improvement and swamp draining.
Nice work Chris... as always.😊
Chris, I have some flower beds at my house that need some weeding if you want to bring the 220 out to California. 😅
Such a nice guy. You were so sweet to that tree. Left up to me the tree would need to leave..
That Letsdig Thumb & Bucket sure is nice for grubbing trees & brush!
The pond is starting to look much better can't wait for the final results great video thanks Chris
Awesome job , Mr. Chris .
Great job, especially getting that big girl into that super tight space! Anyway that is going to be one nice looking pond when your finished! Keep up the great work you do!
The result of just one day's work is always impressive!
It’s looking good Chris. Fun to be back to doing this familiar type of thing!
Makes ya feel goo when ya can make a good showing like that each day , ya know it !! lolol... You have got a lot done there in a couple days so far !! Great as always Chris !! Have a Great Evening , And , On too the Next !! Man, it already looking totally different...
Just went to lay down my head to sleep. Looks like that has to wait... Thanks for the update.

Deer happiness, being able to reach those fresh leaves.
Enjoyed so much love watching you make everything beautiful again you are the best !!!!😊
enjoy watching your projects
I thoroughly enjoy all your videos but pond work is my favorite by far.
Nice work as always.
Mine too, but those concrete crusher episodes were great! I have never seen so much rebar in my life! 😆😆😆I saw a cement maker downtown that I thought was a crusher. Chris opened up a whole different world for me on those episodes. I enjoyed every minute of them!
It already looks quite a bit better. Still more to do... I bet it feels good getting back to dirt over all the rocks...
pond cleaning up nicely Chris. those vines are a nightmare, tangle up in everything. the PO might have realized overflow was clogged, making a swampy mess and just gave up on trying to maintain the banks?
privet’s a tidy little hedge in England but it can blossom and seed so I guess it can be invasive in the right conditions. Great work Chris 😊
Love watching this type of clearing.
Making my favorite Snap, Crackle, Crunch sounds with those briars and smalls!
enjoyed this video, nice work clearing the bank, love it when you are chatty and explain what is going on.. thanks for sharing..
This is the really fun stuff to watch. Little of everything to do.
Thinning out the mess now is wiser than waiting for the trees to get bigger and more water logged. Break a few sticks to make progress well worth it by summertime.
Would absolutely love an update of the deep oval pond you created a few months back. Thanks always love your content
The videos with lots of commentary are my favorites. Watching you work in that tight spot right next to that tree with the door open , all I could think was “and if it was me this is the moment the machine stirs up another bees nest….”
love the commentary, feel like I'm in the cab with Chris.. exploring the woods hahaha
That was one action packed 30 minutes!
WOW Chris! You now have over 1/2 a Billion Views!
What a celebrity you have become.
Congratulations, Thank you from us and keep up the hard work.
IT'S JUST AMAZING THAT WHEN CHRIS PUTS HIS MIND TO SOME HARD WORK HE USUAL GET A GREAT DEAL OF WORK DONE!!!...
Another great video on the clearing this ponds banks bro. Safe travels. Ken.
The amount of work you can get done in one day shows just how good and fast you are running equipment
It is amazing how fast you can clear pond banks.
Glad to see you back on ponds , nice job
Love those video Chris ,your doing a grait job man .
That was tight quarters when clearing out drain ditch. Thanks for the video
Chris you do nice work, nice video.
I'm rather happy there was no beavers. They are, without a doubt, the best water water conservationist on this planet. I wish we had them in New Zealand.

Good seeing you again,..I thought you had stopped making videos,..which would have been a bummer,..enjoyed the video,..
privet has little purple fruits birds spread all over.

My OCD enjoys the pond clearing the most.
Many trees, shrubs, flowers, and bushes spread through bird and animal droppings.
A good day's work. Looks nice

Love your pond jobs

Loving it!!! Have a great evening Chris, take care and God Bless!!!❤😊

Really enjoyed this video keep up the content!👍👍😊
Need some brush beaters to clear a trail! Or a safari! 😉
Considering the extensive vegetation management you undertake, wouldn't it be advantageous to invest in a flail mower for increased efficiency and effectiveness?
Good job mate keep up the good work love it
I love the way you describe working through the trees as a sneak in your super stealth Volvo 220 😂
Awesome job as usual!
So much better than concrete crushing chis,a pleasure to watch mate !
Up here in northern lower michigan it still looks like fall outside, but we're to get a couple weeks of rain and nice weather, well above freezing anyhow. c'est la vie.
Busting bever dams is how you started out, or rather where I began watching you quite some years ago.., do I get a long time subscriber medal?
You could have used the Yanmar excavator in the woods today to drain the swamp. Great video. Stay safe
… and he didn’t even scratch the paint! Great job.
Have you been back to the pond with the bait pond and huge spillway. The previous contractor removed all the dirt from around the big trees right beside the pond. I believe you made a log road to clean the other side of pond.
Job well done 👍🏻
I can see the island now. :) Nice job getting the excavator out. Thank you and have a good day.
Should've had Geoff bring his Ranger over to just drive over all the bushes! 🤣
😂
Hecking enjoy theese types of video, much love chris from sweden!
Fire will be BIG, you are the FIRE MASTER
That was a masterclass on operating in tight spaces. I'm always curious how much a project like this costs and how do you figure it.
“Hello tree, stay right there…” 😂
I’ve never seen a tree running or even walking!
Looks like some good fire wood, wood chips, logs instead of burning it all.
2:20 it good burning wood. it burns very hot
Great video loved it all Bossman
Looking great you will make it nice 👍🏻🇺🇲
Taking that 220 back into those woods, was equivalent to pounding a square peg into a round hole. Leave it to Chris to make it look easy.
I’m doin some clearing down here in Miami near the Everglades in some thick brush like that, unfortunately machine I’m on has a fixed thumb 🥲 watching you work with that hydraulic thumb makes it look like light work!!
