It's always nice to go to a less stressful fun job after completing a harsh project that was hard on your nerves and the equipment. Stay relaxed. Thanks for the video!
The land is your canvas you see a finished piece of land and paint it with your equipment. This owners my favorite that you work for in your jobs . He has faith in your work and always keeps you working on massive projects.
As a landowner and fisherman this hurts😢 The only thing this pond will have going for it is the spring. With minimal trees providing little to no shade algae and water temperatures will skyrocket in the summer, bank stabilization from rain and cattle is now nonexistent. This will be a cow toilet though and through only for the cattle to enjoy.
It's gotta feel good to work on a pond that was built before you were born, and knowing that when you get finished, it will be something that can be enjoyed again for many years to come. Just the little bit you cleared on time laps made it look great already, can't wait to see the finished product, but I'm sure it will be amazing as all your jobs are.
Love seeing Chris back where he belongs, making a pond beautiful again !! That must have been a huge yellow jackets nest you dug into. Glad you were in the cab, they've unforgiving.
The Pond Master is back to reclaim and improve a pond needing care. Looks like you found a HUGE Yellow Jacket nest. Out by yourself, staying in the cab is smart. Improvement step #1.
What a lovely pond that will become beautiful when your finishing touches are applied. Wowza on the bees. They definitely did not like the bucket and you were smart to keep the doors & windows closed! Love your work, Chris. Thanks for sharing and bringing us along on this next adventure.
when you do projects that you really enjoy doing (clearing up old ponds) the results usually show by looking extra special good. Enjoy your videos and glad you made it safe from the bees.
This part of the job is your habit Chris and my goodness you have made one heck of a difference in this one video alone this pond is going to look fantastic by the time you finish working on it, thanks for another great video.
Good to see you back at a pond clean-up. I imagine there are some good fish in it. It was probably a huge yellow jacket nest you hit. Thanks for the video
It’s easy to understand why this is some of your favorite kind of work. The results are fantastic. It’ll look so good after a day or two with the grading bucket…
Well, Chris, I feel your back where you belong, remodelling an old pond, and no doubt by the time you finish it will be another master piece ,great to tag along with you.
I'm so glad to see Chris back doing what he said he likes doing the best. Rescuing an overgrown pond. That property owner definitely has to have some really deep pockets as much work as Chris has been doing for them. That pond is definitely going to be a really nice fishing pond when Chris gets done on it.
Thank you Chris for a return to pond life video's. There is so much to watch in every episode, that the eye wanders around the screen in search of the next interesting point. As usual, a chorus of thanks from your viewers for the return to water features. From UK.
Chris…. like many others I really enjoyed the concrete crushing adventure (was something different and new) but returning to what you and we love you doing is the pond stuff…. it’s calming, soothing, quieter, greener and out in ‘nature’. Thanks for the therapy!
Vegetation grows about the same here in northeast Oklahoma. If it isn't covered by a building or bush hogged regularly it will be an imperturbable jungle in three or four years. Balloon, bees, brush and beavers, quite the alliterative day for you. Thanks for sharing your projects.
I'm glad you're doing pond work. Its a lot more interesting to me than some of the other stuff you do. I always enjoy clean up or dredging existing ponds/lakes.
Chris I'm glad you're back doing pond work and clearing, when I saw you climb into the belly of the crusher and come out covered in concrete dust, I knew the days of crushing were coming to an end.. love watching you work..
Great video, that is gonna be a beautiful pond and surrounding areas,be great for pasture and cows would have a great watering hole.your customer has some great visions on all the property he owns, definitely keeping you busy, between Beasley and this customer.great job as always.just keep doing what you do best, making great videos.be safe 😎😎😎👍👍👍
LetsDig18 in his element - pond and pond repair, brush removing, balloons, bees, muskrats, excavator wash, clean and maintain on a beautiful sunny day in a peaceful setting. Not to mention good soil and pasture. Looking good.
Hello Chris, I really do like how you take care of your equipment. Most of the people don't understand how important it is to keep maintenance up. Unfortunately, I have a big problem here in West Africa with our people keeping up the machinery. Looking forward to seeing more from your content. Thanks for all day work you do and provide us with these great videos.
@@cathiwim you see, if they had no training in childhood takes a little bit longer to teach adults the right thing to do with the machinery we work every day at the job sites. It is not an easy task to be all over the place to check them out. We do have a system in place. If you take care of your machinery, you will have a small bonus every month. So we do hope that we can slowly change their thinking. Have a nice day. Thanks a lot for your comments.
My dad dug into a nest with the Bucyrus Erie 88B yrs ago. He said he dug into a bumble bee nest, but I wonder if it was yellow jackets that were just good sized. That shovel front didn't have the best sealing cab. That is what I hate when mowing. I'm always on alert about bee nests in trees or ground.
It looked like Honey Bee's !! This time of the spring they will swarm and just land in a tree to rest, and I'd say, you grabbed where they was resting and you knocked the whole swarm off and it took them a little while to regroup and get on another tree... But, I agree, I really like the clearing too myself !! And you are good at it Chris !! You make it look too damn easy Man !! lololol... Great as always !! I saw the bees, and that was probably the biggest swarm I have seen to date, thank goodness you have a closed cab, that could’ve been interesting. Nice to see a pond clearing vid again, it’s like old home week, thanks for the video, enjoyed watching bees and all.
Please have that mole on your left forearm looked at. It may be nothing, and I hope it is, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. I really enjoy watching your projects. Hope to see your cabins come up and your farm resort open soon.
Chris, the respect you have for all your equipment is unbelievable, I agree early oil changes are much better than long term oil changes, look after the equipment, and it looks after you. The other thing that amazes me was the fact you noticed the pond overflow pipe was installed backwards. The pond whisperer hard at work making a beautiful piece of art. Looking good Chris. Honey bees would be up in the trees nesting. Ground hornets are in tunnels and more active early with the warmth in their tunnels keeping them active. Not sure what you got there but good luck with them.
