Anything the FDA says to eat I just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits
Useful introduction which whizzed through everything you need to know about inflammation - I'll probably forget most of it but some things will stick! Loved the 7 suggestions - I can use these and I bet they'll make a difference to me. Thank you, Rupy! Your intensity and enthusiasm (and knowledge) does spur me on to eating for better health.
Great suggestions and info, thank you I’m trying to work out how to include more nuts, seeds and pips with dental issues. I’ll have to find a way of fine powdering them into a sauce, anything to avoid chewing them
I had a SCT in March (Myeloma) and am finding life very difficult at the moment with chemo brain and fatigue, I am also on warfarin for life as I have 2 artificial heart valves. Could you please give me some advice as it seems all the cruciferous vegetables I love have to be restricted, I have also read that turmeric is very good for Myeloma, thanks for all your posts, they are valuable

17.30 food info
Thanks for the heads up 😜
Turmeric is so healthy, but my husband has kidney stones and he was told NOT to have turmeric. Confused as to why?
That’s interesting. I checked with ChatGPT and it said it’s because it contains oxylates and it’s true you have to be cautious with kidney stones.
High in oxolates which is a component that can form kidney stones is an individual is predisposed.
Dear on dear - saturated fat - really?
Sorry cooking sweet potatoes in your plastic (basket) air fryer is adding micro plastics to your food!

Rather long-winded intro to what the title was promising.
