- CORRECTION: The muzzle piece does not just fit onto a stock Knockout. the orange piece of plastic beneath the barrel on the Knockout gets in the way. My bad there!
Here's a brief overview of my 4 round inline clip Knockout, which I'm calling a "TKO". I am using the stock Knockout spring and in this 4 shot configuration I am getting an average of 125fps.
Materials used in my build:
one 8 1/2 inch length of polycarbonate tubing (5/8" ID, 3/4" OD, 1/16" Wall)
one 3 1/8 inch length of polycarbonate tubing (1/2" ID x 5/8" OD x 1/16" Wall)
one M3 brass insert
one M3x30mm socket head bolt
two 014 o-rings, 70A Durometer (1/2" ID, 5/8" OD, 1/16" Width)

Nice inline knockout! i just built a "Poor man's TKO", as i am calling it, Which uses a 1/2 in pvc barrel and electric tape and 17/32 brass(ext measurement)
Truly love the design and function of this. Great mod! Just picked up a knockout earlier today and will be patiently waiting on the chance to print or purchase these parts. Well done.

Was gonna also ask I was looking at the files for pretty much just the 3 pieces I would need to do the minimization or ball storage delete, and was gonna ask if the files are done in mm or cm as the measurement. The places I was looking to have them printed say they need that info. Thanks again!

Ever since i was a kid i dont love how nerf usually put the attachment rails on the top and only the recon had a bottom attachment. Because i think a flashlight or a lazer on the bottom are way more useful than putting anything on the top. The top rails are more for just looks than anything

OK, so, the problem I'm running into at the moment is with shipping. I was getting my polycarbonate tubes from the US and I'm in Canada. Because of the ongoing situation with Covid-19 there's (from what I've been told) a 1-2 month delay for packages traveling through the border. I'm almost out of materials and that means I'm just going to have to wait to get more.

Question. If you use brass, then won't it have a different thickness? How will this change the performance.
The lengths of the tubes would probably be different from what I have in my TKO and it mightl perform differently. I haven't tried it personally but I know there's a user on reddit who makes inline clip Bigshocks with brass.

Did you upgrade the springs or other internals? Any links for those? I'm looking to get started modding and this would be great.
The only modifications to the Knockout, besides the paint and ball storage delete, was removing a small bit of plastic so the barrel goes all the way forward. This is just so it's easier to load darts into the breech. Everything concerning the plunger tube/plunger/catch/spring is completely stock.

Hey Ehdrien, what polycarbonate tubing did you exactly use for this project, cause some of them are curvy and can be bent
Are you sure you're looking at polycarbonate tube(rigid and clear) and not vinyl tube(flexible and clear)?
Whenever I search for polycarbonate tube on amazon the vinyl stuff comes up too.
I don't have a brand to tell you. I just search for polycarbonate tube on amazon and double check the inner and outer diameters and that's about it.
@@ehdrien1094 alright thanks. It was because on amazon the item shape said that the polycarb was "round" and I was afraid that it wasn't going to be a straight shape

Probably not, I’m pretty sure a tight fit on rival rounds doesn’t work well, and you would need to replace the original barrel. Might as well just reload normally at that point

Short answer is no, you'll have to find where to buy all these parts from a supplier that ships to you. If you happen to live in the USA then all the parts are available from McMaster Carr. If you don't live in the USA then McMaster Carr probably won't be an option.
Question.Can it hold 2 full-length darts?since it can hold 4 half-lengths,right?

Inline clips have been around for a decade, way before I've gotten into the hobby side of Nerf. You don't need my permission to build one. Go nuts! ;)
i have made this with the brass tubes you said. it fires the first dart perfectly but then fires 2 together. any ideas why?
I'm not entire sure, I haven't made one out of brass. I'm guessing this is something you could probably adjust by changing the length of the barrel portion of you inline clip. You might have to experiment.

I wish i could get the pipe you used but it would be twice the price of the blaster just to get them.
Saying this both for you and any others that might have this problem.
So with a lot of research (aka Googling) i have discovered that i needed a larger pipe where the darts are held so the air had more room the go around. You stated 9/16 and 17/32 brass tubing. I needed 9/16 and 19/32. Now it works great and i haven't even cut the pipes down (so yes I have about 1.5ft of pipe coming out the front of my Knockout).

It's not for sale anywhere, to my knowledge. It's a underpowered, gussied up rainbow pistol. Search "prism" on thingiverse and you'll find it.

Sure, but you won't be able to insert them into the breach. You'll need to front load them to avoid bending your darts.
