Thanks to American Foam and Buffdaddy from Blasterhub, I got my hands on a new Nerf Rival Knockout XX-100, a blaster I was really excited for since it was a breech-loading pistol. It managed to live up to all my expectations, and then some: this thing is absolutely awesome even as a little $10 stock blaster and has some serious mod potential. Yes a Kronos holds more and this has a lot of reloading steps blah blah doesn't matter it's fun, cool, and useful.

1 makes the prime handle be an auto return
2 the prime handle will open the breach.

About to buy one, I want to design a little like 4-round magazine for that tac rail on top. Use soft filament to print a plug almost identical to what the Zuru Meteor has, so it can easily be loaded while in a holster.
Fire a shot, open the breach, and I want it to barely hold the balls such that you can just roll your thumb over it and it falls directly into the breach. Should be a fun little model to make.
Yeahhhhh that's gonna need to be half dart breached
I think rebarreling for .50 caliber foam will be a popular mod.

It has been by now, shoots at like 180-190 fps
With all the rediculous steps to finally fling one HIR from this blaster... I still love it... what a gorgeous thing to look at. And its growing on me still.
I can’t wait for mine to come in so I can convert it to shoot a single half dart.

Since its Rival, i wonder if this could fire a mega dart. I know most people dont care too much about megas, but i like them. And this looks more powerful stock than other mega pistols

Yes it can, as long as there's a rival round loaded before the mega round
Would be even better if the breach opened on the pull down and close on the push up.

Considering the reloading steps, this is the first ever nerf flintlock
I love mine. It's weirdly comfortable, and it's performance is better than my kronos. This is also one that's fun to reload
I immediately thought brass breach falconfire style when i saw coops review.
Now you can have Knockout matches just like Jolt matches!!
I'd still use a modded BigShock or Hotshock for that, JUST for the faster reload.
At some when I'm back to a fully functional state I'm going to have to blatantly copy your mod with one of these. Awesome work on that!

The handle is one of the most comfy I've held in a nerf blaster. It's kinda weird tho because it's big enough to be a deagle handle but the rest of the blaster is much smaller in scale lol
I don't really see the point since it's not that much smaller or cheaper than a chronos. You can also single a Chronos and it's better.
This needs to be made into some sort of breechloading sniper/carbine or something. With an extended barrel and a big ol stock on it.
this could replace the firestrike for easy breech mods
When I first got my nerf rival knock out I thought it was broken and wouldn’t shoot then I realised the trigger lock was on😐

I think attaching a extension spring to the breech and changing the switch to a hold and release lever, similar to the way a pusher works, will cut down on the steps. Not a lot of room to mod this though unless you do some shell cutting.
Ten dollars for this even a Kronos is maybe five bucks more then this?

I really like this blaster but it needs a magazine so thats why im working on making a 3d printed knockout mag
When i opened mine up, the plunger tube was held together by clips, instead of being solvent welded. Does it mean anything? Also, the spring doesn't feel as heavy as it should (at least I think so) but still fires around 95 fps.
That thing is awesome but the one problem I have with it is that you have to do all of that just to shoot one ball (no pun intended).have a good day!😍👉 🔫

So many steps for just one round but I can't argue with that price. Also any chance of reviewing that newish xshot rival stuff? Found the pistol and the shotty at Ross. Already that shotty is my new fav main.

Everyone says just buy a kronos. There 15bucks (got my new, 20 bucks walmart) you cant find kronos anymore for under 30 bucks online lol so this blaster is a good deal

It’s a jolt reskin oops wrong channel
With how many steps there are to load and prime it, combined with its size, this strikes me as a weapon of last resort. Something you ready before the game starts and you don’t pull until you’re out of armor for everything else.

It's a cool blaster but I think just a bigshock with removed air restrictor
A: bigshock
And B: it’s really nothing like it. It has a breach and is designed to hold rival ballz as opposed to mega. I see minimal design similar beyond the obvious jolt lower half.
@@Bean41 bioshock is half the price and can take k26 I believe
A: it’s still bigshock and B: it can’t. It can take K25 but I’d be willing to bet the knockout can take K26.

Heyyyy first
I love Walcom, but there is absolutely no reason for this to be 12 and a half minutes. His videos used to be short and to the point, the first one I watched and loved was the Snapshot mod video. Its 5 minutes long, to the point and actually pretty funny. He just rambles on now, which, whatever you can do what you want, but I find myself not enjoying his videos as much because, especially this, it’s a super simple blaster and yet it’s 12 minutes long. Now I find myself dreading clicking on his videos when I see them on my subscriptions page, because I know that if I want information on the blaster and how it works, I’m gonna have to sit through 10 minutes of talking and essentially nothing to get all of the information. Still have hope though
Did you miss the part where I took the blaster apart and showed the internals? Clearly you did.
The video is that long because he showed the internals and in my opinion its worth watching
